I haven't left a review for any businesses in a very long time, but this review is long overdue. I…read morecan't rave enough about the service and professionalism from Jean. I needed to have someone served in a very short period of time and am from a different state. As you can imagine, if someone is actively avoiding being served, they will be difficult to serve. I had just gotten my case approved and knew that the defendant I was trying to have served would only be in town for a short period of time, so I looked up process servers who would be able to serve him within the week. I was about to choose one I found through an app, but saw that they had a bad review and named 24 Hour Process as the other business they ended up having to use, after the other one did not deliver. I spoke with Jean and explained my predicament. It was Thanksgiving week, and Jean stated they could serve in Collier County and there would be a rush fee, but it could be done. I was anticipating that the defendant would be served in a few days, or at the worst, not at all. To my surprise, he was served the very next evening. Jean delivered on everything he said he would, and I highly recommend this business. I can't stop gushing about the service. If you're trying to find a good process server, this is who you want to use. I'm not sure how their price compares to others, but if you've got a solid case, the fee will be reimbursed when you win. Good luck!

Do not use this company for process serving. They basically lied to me, never followed up when…read moreasked after I paid $150 for their service, said everything was fine(all was set nothing more for me to do) about the serving. When I asked for proof as I emailed several times asking about the process, they then lied to me and said they tried 3 times w/ no success(promised 4 attempts when I originally asked), but that the sign was on the door. Then I got another email from them where they said the company no longer was at that location- so which is? So they tried 3 times at a company that wasn't doing business there but never notified me of this? Doesnt even make sense.

Update!!! Not shocked to say still a ONE STAR review. Today I got a phone call (he called me twice…read moreafter I hung up on him) from the owner D. Epstein! I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review. I blocked him and got a police report. Be careful who you try to come for D.E. You got the right one. This is Miami and I'm definitely from Miami. I'm not going to play with you.

I found Palm Beach Express while trying to figure out how to best get things delivered to my father…read morewhile he was at the VA Hospital in Riviera Beach. The hospital does not appear to be in the package delivery business, you can tell by the way the conversations are littered with mush such as using 'should be' or ought to' in lieu of a 'yes', or a 'no'. I called Palm Beach Express and got George, the less fair of the husband-wife partnership. George did not speak mush, nor did he once ever sound mushy. I was dialed straight into this, turns out George was a former Army Ranger which explained the solidness that exuded from him. That was the first/last call, I didn't even want to price shop after that. I knew George was onboarded, and that George was going to be my man. Turns out George & Stefanie together take names and kick f#!%ing ass.... yep, professionally. I was/am so pleased with the solidness (this is where the ending sounds/looks/feels just like the promises from the beginning) of transacting with them.. FedEx got the package to them a day earlier than promised. I did not know this until George phoned me at 1238pm (this is a value-added element to their service people!), letting me know Daddy was all set. What a relief! Review readers: BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.
