Established in 2018.
Mike The Notary has been years in the making, and it all started for a simple but meaningful reason—I needed to obtain my notary license to marry a friend. What began as a one-time necessity quickly turned into something I genuinely enjoyed, and I just kept going.
From there, it grew into handling signings of all kinds, helping people through important moments, legal documents, and life events. Over the years, the work expanded naturally, and to this day I’m still performing weddings along with professional notary signings.
What’s always stayed the same is the focus on reliability, professionalism, and making the process easy and comfortable for clients. Every signing and every ceremony matters, whether it’s a major legal transaction or one of the happiest days of someone’s life.

I’m passionate because I know these documents and moments matter. People are often nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure, and I take pride in slowing things down, explaining the process, and making sure everyone feels confident and respected. Whether it’s a complex signing or a wedding ceremony, I’m there to make the experience smooth, stress-free, and memorable for the right reasons.
This started as a way to help a friend, but it became a calling. Being trusted during important life milestones is something I’m genuinely grateful for—and that’s why I continue to show up with care, professionalism, and pride in what I do.
