!!!BEWARE - HANDS OFF!!! I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. They shipped high-value porcelain figures from an auction house. They wanted to raise the agreed price by more than $100 after collection. Some pieces arrived damaged. The parcel was insured and I asked them to file a claim. Counted the days until the grand opening. The location on Dixie is so convenient. Plus parking!! My first visit in was amazing. Service was fast, the staff was super friendly, and they had all the supplies I needed to ship my item. I was super excited when I found out they carried "pretty stamps". My second visit was even better then the first. My information was already in the system so I was in and out the door even faster this time. The sweet girl behind the counter gave me all of my shipping options and answered all of my million questions with a smile. She's a notary too!! That's helpful! I absolutely love this place. DM Postal is now my go to for all of my shipping needs. The post office is fine if you want to wait in line forever and fight for a parking spot during your lunch hour. Not my idea of fun. Fun side note: I left with a sweet goody bag of treats for Mother's Day! A bottle of water, granola bar, and fancy chocolates. Very unexpected, but greatly appreciated. read more

Really bad service ... like I'm confused how bad my experience was. I needed to mail a letter. How complicated can that be? It took a half hour to mail it. A half of an hour. That's insane. Ultimately I went behind the desk and filled in all of my own windows on her computer and registered the mail myself. She just sat and watched. "Hey, you wash your own car. I'll sit there and watch" "Hey, you cook your own food. I'll sit here and watch." What?! I will not be going back here. read more

Erum is always happy to help, ensures my items are packaged well (I'm always out of tape or need a different sized box, etc.) and makes my experience so pleasant! The most helpful, efficient, and courteous shipping staff I have ever met. I used to ship with a UPS franchise. What a difference in customer service. DM is independently owned. They are wonderful!. They helped me out twice in the past two weeks with a large and a very large item to be shipped many states away. They even helped me get it out of the car. They packaged everything. My family said the first box arrived in perfect condition. Second box will arrive today. DM uses Fed Ex and another shipping option -USPS? Not UPS. They have a very large selection of boxes. For the largest item I shipped - 36x24x20 - UPS gave an estimate of around 500.00 dollars including over a 200.00 fee to build a custom box. CM had the size box I needed for $17.95. I loved D M Postal until I dropped off my Kitchen Aid Mixer with a smart label to them. They cannot give a drop off receipt for USPS and the package never left their building. They said sometimes the packages are scanned in the building and sometimes they are scanned later. Cannot believe this beware of dropping off anything of value with a smart label to them ! I will never go there again with such laid back procedures. They should make sure every package is scanned before it leaves their building ! read more

We luckily found this business after going to a nearby FedEx which we thought was "PACK and Mail" (it was only mail), and fortunately a very kind and considerate gentleman named Dominic saw our misfortune after we had moved everything in and gave us the DM Postal address/info to try them for our needs.
