The two times I have gone, it's been relatively short-staffed as well, so you need to know what you need when you go, or already have the package you want to send ready to be sent with little assistance. The one time, I had to return a laptop and screen to a company. The experience took longer than I had hoped, as I had to find the proper packaging and materials to protect the electronics. It does have a small business center, and the space is reasonable, with supplies available if you're looking to purchase anything for the office or for shipping. It's not a bad location for FedEx. But you have to expect that the staff won't be as helpful as you'd like.
