I was being very I was being treated very poorly by other UPSes and they were not giving me any information and they were being very deceptive and these UPS workers were amazing. Helped me about my package helped me find my package and did everything they could help me out, not only that they had a pleasant attitude and Seem to be great people. They had two I'm not sure if one of them was male but in the front and they were very kind. I really enjoyed my experience here. They were extremely helpful and amazing. read more

What an awesome place! Chris and her associates are very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Everyone treated myself and the customers in front of me with the utmost respect and kindness. They will take care of all your needs with a wholesome smile! Something you don't see much in retail nowadays The UPS Store will take care of all your shipping needs. Packing and printing are wonderful services they provide also! If you have a FedEx or USPS drop off, they most certainly will point you on the right direction and if you forgot to print your label, they will print it for you for a small fee. VERY CONVENIENT and time saver! I don't know why anyone would give this store a 1 star review. This is a 5 star store !!!!!! Keep up the awesome work ! read more

This place goes above and beyond. My wife and I order Amazon a ton and are always needing to return things and I'm so happy this is my local UPS Store. They all seem to care greatly and are very sweet with my 3 year old daughter. My step mother was cleaning out her storage unit and tried to send me some of my late father's sentimental items. She used the UPS store at 378 Northpark Blvd, Palm Beach FL. She messed up the address and the package was returned to the UPS store. They reached out to me directly to get my actual address. The woman (Chris maybe) was SO unbelievably nice and made sure that make package made it to me! I suspect that they repackaged it and shipped it again at their expense. Regardless, I deeply appreciate the care she took to make sure I received my father's photos and other sentimental items! Thank you so very much for your kindness and professionalism! read more

Poor Customer Service. I arrived at the location and realized that I had a paid USPS package and needed the shipping label printed. They advised me that I had to pay 5.00 to use their computer/printer, but suggested i print it out and bring it back. They/UPS even gave me a clear plastic covering for the shipping label and told me to drop it off. An hour later.... I come back and the women told me that I couldn't drop off the package. lol She said that it was USPS & they they don't USPS packages. Which is BS, I've done it on multiple occasions & never had an issue. I think she was upset that I had stopped by during her Chick-fil-A lunch break. I ended up going to another UPS store down the road and dropping it off. Update: Reviews are to share experiences and to help inform others make decisions on whether they should use the services. Owner/Wonder Woman Is Awesome!!!! She literally had the Truck driver come back for an Urgent Delivery I had to make. Helped me with packaging and made the experience so Seamless. I mean who does that these days. What I was expecting was a big Fat Sorry, Can't Do, And here comes the Wonder Woman to the Rescue. Haven't seen Anything like this in a Long Long Time. My experience at the #3410 UPS Store @ 378 Northlake Blvd. was STELLAR. The Owner/Manager Chris made the seemingly impossible delivery of a fragile item from West Palm Beach to my home in CT not only possible, but seamless. It was packed securely, shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition, with communication throughout. She went above & beyond for me and I can't thank her enough. If you are looking for great customer service DO NOT go here! I had made arrangements for a package pickup. When I arrived to pick up, Chris, the owner SCOLDED me for having the audacity to have a USPS package sent there. (Uh, Chris ... When I asked about receiving a Priority Mail envelope, what did you think I meant?) No matter that I have received similar envelopes at six or more other UPS stores. To add insult to injury, when I called her to voice my concerns (okay, I called to complain) Chris scolded me AGAIN, over-talked me and was just generally mean. No worries ... I found another location happy to receive my package and take my money. As for me, I will take my complaint as far up the UPS ladder as I can. You scolded the wrong girl, Chris. I have been a mailbox customer at the UPS store at 378 Northlake Blvd. for at least 10 years. Chris, Jackie, and Laura have been amazing and an unbelievable asset to my business. They are very friendly and helpful and I don't know what I would do without them. Approximately 5 years ago I moved somewhat out of the area and looked into a different UPS store (same franchise) closer to where I lived.
