They never greet you, they let you stand there wondering if you can approach them while completely ignoring you and everyone else. When I drop off packages without needing a receipt they refuse to acknowledge me at all. No thanks, got it, or even a nod of the head. I don't understand how any of them still have a job there. I hate that this store is the closest one to my house but I am considering my options so that I never have to go in here again. At this point I am more than willing to just pay for the UPS pickup service. This UPS store gets credit for every prelabeled package I drop off. I'm tired of giving them free money for their useless employees. If this only happened once I'd just accept that an employee was having a bad day but this honestly happens every single time I go in there multiple times a week.
