When I showed up, they told me that they would have to charge me to print the label as well as for the tape they would need to use. When I informed them that no one had told me there would be a charge to print the label when I called, they went into a tirade about how I had to think about how they could make any money. I realize that it would've been easier to pay the three dollars and let them ship it for me, but I refuse to do business with people who yell at me. Took it down the street to a different location, was treated very nicely, gladly paid for them to print my label, and they taped my box for me at no extra charge. Guess where I will and will not be going back to?
