WARNING ABOUT SHIPPING A VEHICLE WITH USHIP…read more I want to share my experience so hopefully it does not happen to someone else. I booked a vehicle shipment through UShip. Once my vehicle was picked up, things immediately went wrong. My car disappeared and I had no real information about the company that picked it up. When I contacted UShip for help, I was told to stop calling and only communicate through email with their legal department and customer support. After that, no one returned my calls, no one provided answers, and no one helped locate my vehicle. To make things worse, whoever had the car disabled my OnStar, so I could no longer track where the vehicle was going. When I asked UShip for the transporter's information, they claimed they did not collect or verify basic information such as insurance, DOT numbers, or even proof of who the transporter actually was. In other words, someone can pick up your car through their platform and they may not even know who they really are. Another thing people need to understand is this: when you voluntarily give your car to a transporter, many police departments will not list it as stolen if the vehicle disappears. They often treat it as a civil contract dispute, meaning they say no crime has been committed and tell you that you must sue the company yourself. If that happens, you may never see your car again, and in many cases your insurance company will not pay the claim because it was never officially listed as stolen. In my situation, I was fortunate that one detective took the time to review all the evidence I had gathered. Based on the information I provided, he agreed that this was not simply a contract dispute and had the vehicle listed as stolen. After doing my own investigation and working with law enforcement, I was able to obtain historical OnStar location data showing where the vehicle had traveled. That information led police to an operation where vehicles were being loaded into shipping containers to be sent overseas. My car was found inside one of those containers, and law enforcement recovered around 30 stolen vehicles that were returned to their owners. If that detective had not taken the time to listen and list the vehicle as stolen, I likely would have never recovered my car and my insurance company would never have paid the claim. My advice: be extremely careful about who you trust to ship your vehicle. Make sure you know the transporter, their insurance, their DOT registration, and who is actually responsible for your car. Based on my experience, *using UShip can leave you completely unprotected if something goes wrong.

As a business owner, my printed materials represent my brand, and the final product did not meet the standard I was assured.During my visit, an employee, Mr. Jeremy, addressed me as "bro." I am not anyone's "bro." I am a paying customer and a professional, and I expect to be addressed by my name ANTHONY WILSON. Professional communication should be the baseline in any business environment. Additionally, I was unable to use my ARPP discount at the time of my deposit. Instead of applying my existing discount card, the store used their own discount. This is not the correct process and directly impacted my purchase. The combination of poor product quality, unprofessional communication, and mishandling of my discount is unacceptable. I am requesting that UPS Corporate review this store's customer service practices and ensure proper accountability. Kind regards, ANTHONY WILSON

I had an emergency as I needed shipping supplies, my usual to go place closed their pick-up window…read moreand mandated that they will only deliver with at least $250 because of the canary virus. I didn't need to spend $250, all I needed was a package of boxes and a bag of biodegradable shipping peanuts. Riverside Paper, my usual to go refused to budge even though I've been a customer for over a year. So I called Broward Paper, at first they said they were only servicing clients with accounts because of the canary virus, and if I wanted to purchase I needed to open an account with a minimum of a $150 purchase. I didn't want to spend the $150 either, but the woman who I was talking to was super! She allowed me to come in and buy exactly what I needed without an account, I was only required to bring the exact amount of cash. I don't think Riverside has lost my business, but they lost some of it. I really loathe driving to Miami because I can only go down there within a short window because of the traffic. On the weekdays rush-hour literally ends at 11 am and starts again at 2:30 pm in Miami. I kid you not, and god help you if you get stuck on the l-95 because of an accident which they do every day multiple times a day. Basically I have to adjust my whole day just to go down there. Broward Paper is centrally located around many places and businesses I frequent, so I am definitely going to purchase from them again, and I'm eventually going to open an account.
