However, a couple of times that I have visited before closing the system was down and sometimes they close earlier than what's on the timeframe, so just be wary of that it's happened to me on a few occasions other than that the overall experience was very good. The staff at the hotel were very unaccommodating and wouldn't consider shipping the bag to my home (of course, I was willing to pay for the shipping and their time and trouble). When I contacted Joe at The Mail Center, he graciously agreed to go to the hotel, pick up the bag and ship it back to me and it was received in two days.
