Putting labels any which way after I told her it was to be put on a certain way. I told her I needed to put the bubble wrap inside. She proceeds to close the box without it. Had to open it again. Told me it would be a $1 for the bubble wrap then charged me $5 for it, then only after, told me it was $1 per line. Then says to me "I told you that". Wow! It wasn't like that before, I guess inflation. God forbid you need to send multiple packages or a huge box out. Communication is an issue. read more

My Amazon return packages get dropped off at this UPS store sometimes a couple times per day. The staff seem happy when customers enter and are quick to scan the packages and always issue a tracking receipt. Sometimes in the late afternoon it gets busy but mid day is dead and parking is wide open. They offer 24/7 mailbox usage. read more

As soon as i walk in the staff greets me. They are very eager to assist and quickly scan my packages. They offer mailboxes and packing products at decent prices. Always busy but only have waited 3 minutes at most. No comparison to the USPS in the Sawgrass Mall - way too busy. Great location and simple right in front parking. Never had any issues here and dont hear complaints ever by other patrons while i'm there. Only negative would be the solicitors other companies donations on the sidewalk - gets annoying at times. June 23rd at 12pm I dealt with a Hispanic lady who dropped my package rather than set it down even after told her it was fragile. If it was an accident it'd be understandable but she just picked it up and dropped it in place with the others. She had a terrible attitude with me for the rest of the transaction. This location provides excellent service and they are attentive. I was able to ship three packages that were very heavy and it was a very easy process. I like how the staff is eager to help. They have many office supplies here and if you need to fax something you can do so. Parking is a breeze. If you ship often, it is easier to open an account with them. I believe you can get discounts using your account. The only thing is that they do get busy and sometimes I have to wait longer than I would hope. read more

I scheduled a passport photo online and was able to make an appointment via their website. I showed up at my scheduled time and they seemed uninterested in doing the photo and then told me the camera is broken. I'm not sure if I'm totally convinced and if it is true they shouldn't allow scheduling at this location. I also returned an Amazon package here which went okay although they couldn't speak English well with me. Not a huge deal since we were able to somewhat communicate through hand gestures but just thought I'd mention. read more

AWFUL customer service!!!! AWFUL company practices!!! UPS was go deliver my package some point from 1pm-7pm. I patiently wait around all day for my package that I left work early for. After 7pm & still no delivery attempt I decide to call the 1800 number. Mind you I have been refreshing my tracking page all day and at this point at 7:01pm it still says my package is out for delivery & will be delivered by 7:00pm. I speak to an agent from the 1800 line who says someone will follow up with me. Once we hang up I refresh my page again and it says a delivery attempt was made at 6:22pm and another would be made the following day. I have a ring camera & no UPS was infront of my house between 6pm-7pm. I immediately call the 1800 line back and the agent says the manager at the local ups will call me by 8pm and confirm the delivery will be made tonight. At 7:51pm I call the 1800 line again as I have not received a call from the manager & the agent is rude and says no one will be calling me until the following day. The delivery person lied about the delivery attempt and should be held accountable. Shame on this company. read more

I normally haven't used this location due to the reviews but I'd stay away from this place by all means. Staff isn't very helpful and I understand that the lady i was with wasn't trying to not be helpful but I sent in shoes to ship and they didn't put them in a box for me when I asked to pay for one. I got an email from (goat) saying my box came in completely damaged. It's annoying that I had to take a loss on something I didn't even do. The location is super convenient at Sawgrass Mills Mall facing Sunrise Blvd right next to Applebee's. During the holiday season, this store was a lifesaver because I purchased my gifts at Sawgrass Mills Mall and was able to ship them the same day without the extra hassle and long lines at the post office. I would highly recommend their post office box services as well because I don't have to worry whether or not someone will steal a package left on my front door or if the weather elements will damage the package. I had them pack 3 boxes of dishes and mail too my daughter in Minneapolis when they got there it looked like they played kick ball with the boxes almost all dishes were broke. I put in a claim with them they have been dragging there feet with the claim since before thanksgiving. I finally said just pay me for the shipping costs. Still no answer. We made the mistake off setting up a business PO Box at this particular location due to the close proximity of our home. They continually lose mail without sending it back to the sender. I spoke to the owner, and she was very rude and took a stance of "we do not ever lose or misplace mail". going on to state that she has 4 other locations and they know what they are doing. Well, I have 2 other UPS Store mail boxes and they NEVER seem to misplace any mail. I am under contract until later in the year but will be moving away from this company when October arrives. I've been going to this store for years and the previous owners were amazing. However, the new owners are AWFUL! The girls in the front are rude, slow, inefficient and couldn't care less. One of them starting just literally throwing my packages to the side and when I told her something she just shrugged it off and strolled to the back of the store still slurping her soda. This is the only UPS Store I use. There are literally two stores closer to my house but I go out of my way to come to this location. The reason being is the customer service. I sell sneakers via 3rd party, the way the website is site up I have to go through the UPS Store. I never had any issues and the customer service is always great. I can't even begin to describe my terrible experience with this UPS store. I sent a $231 package to my brother for Christmas from this UPS store. It was my first time ever mailing a package. The guy that took my package was really nice, he didn't say much, just charged me the $13 for shipping and told me it'd get there by a certain day and that was it. Well on the day the package was supposed to be delivered, it actually wasn't delivered, and it was definitely either lost or stolen within the UPS network. So UPS did an investigation and agreed that they lost my package, after weeks of me calling and annoying them, because that's what it takes to get something going at that place, and they finally agreed to pay me for the value of my package, which was $231. So I repurchased the gift for my brother, with money I didn't have, on my credit card, because I understood that I would be reimbursed fully for my package. One month later, they call me and say that my check has arrived at the store, and it's only $100. So now I'm out over $150 considering the fact that the first one got stolen, and I had to repurchase the items at a higher price ($50 higher due to the fact that I originally bought them on Black Friday, and the prices went back up once the package was stolen in mid December). When I called and asked why I'm only being reimbursed $100, they said it's because I didn't purchase package insurance. It was literally my first time ever mailing a package. Call me naive, but how the hell was I supposed to know that package insurance existed, if it was never offered to me by the employee at the UPS store while I was shipping the package? Alberto is awesome, and Florence is really nice too, but this UPS store has definitely succeeded in making this Christmas the most terrible and expensive Christmas that I have ever had. I literally bought that gift with the last of my money, and now I won't even be able to pay it off (full time nursing student, or else I would get a job) because I didn't purchase package insurance that I didn't even know existed.
