First, I should say that I've been using DAX for well over 10 years. Never a problem, always solutions. I say this because my ability to make my own artwork is shameful at times. When this happens, they don't print! They call me and work with me to solve issues. THEN they print. I get great printing on time and at great prices. (I don't recall ever having to pay extra for rush service, which I have often been guilty of needing.) Second, they have now got one better. As I just heard over phone, they made me look really good in front of others. Weeks ago, knowing that I had moved from South FL to the Orlando area, a dear friend in PA called to see if I could help a neighbor of his. This gentleman was in Orlando for a trade show, learning upon arrival that all the printed material for his booth was lost in transit. I suggested he called DAX for replacements...and never heard about it until now. What I just learned from my friend did not surprise me. DAX had delivered tons of flyers and stuff by the following day and did so at a better price that the original supplier. Kudos to DAX...while I gloat about it. (Sorry if it is long, I don't use AI, LOL.)

When I walked in there was one lady ahead of me that was being served. At the time none else was in the store. I went to the counter, had my envelopes ready with my Amazon label on my phone waiting to be served. The associate was finished with the lady ahead of me and as she was about to assist me a Caucasian gentleman walked in and without saying a word to me to signaled to him to come ahead of me. I'm standing there in disbelief that I have been standing here waiting and this lady just disregard me and took a customer that just walked in. I said to her did I miss something I am standing here he just walked in, she did not respond to me but went to to back and got the gentleman that worked there he came out she said something to him in Spanish and he said it's because the other person only had item. Mindy you he did not Apologize either and was very rude. I said to him I don't care if I had 100 item and he had one I was standing there waiting and as he walked in she did not even have the common courtesy to say excuse me or anything. O told him that I have been coming there for quite sometime and I have stood in line with just one it3m and not once did they assist me ahead of time additional lu there was no line the gentleman literally walked in while I was waiting..I pointed put that it was not lost on me that it was white gentleman that walked and without and regard she made him come head of me. The gentleman became belligerent that he is tired of "you people" saying everything is racist. Mind you I didn't not call him a racist bit again it is not lost on me the optics when as black person standing waiting to be served and was dismissed when a white person walked in. At no point no one apologized the gentleman was not there when it occurred he was I tha back and came out after she called him and all he did was make excused saying sometimes they will take someone woth one package ahead of the other person again i was standing there no one else heard or behind me when the man walked in and wothout a word to me she told him to come over and assisted him first. I told him that it didn't matter whether I had one item or one hundred items. I was the person who had been standing there waiting to be served. When the man walked in, she didn't even have the courtesy to say "excuse me" or acknowledge me before helping him first. There was no line behind me and no one else waiting. I also pointed out that I've been coming to this location for quite some time, and there have been occasions where I only had one item while standing in line, yet no one ever offered to help me ahead of some What made the situation even worse was the way the employee reacted when I expressed how it looked from my perspective. I mentioned that it wasn't lost on me that I, a Black customer who had been waiting, was bypassed when a white customer walked in and was immediately helped. The employee became defensive and said he was tired of "you people" saying everything is racist. For the record, I never called him a racist, pointed out how the situation appeared. At no point did anyone apologize. The employee who spoke to me wasn't even present when the incident happened he had been in the back and only came out after she called him. Instead of addressing the situation respectfully, he just made excuses. complete lack of professionalism and respect and both associates need to do better
