When this happens, they don't print! They call me and work with me to solve issues. THEN they print. I get great printing on time and at great prices. As I just heard over phone, they made me look really good in front of others. Weeks ago, knowing that I had moved from South FL to the Orlando area, a dear friend in PA called to see if I could help a neighbor of his. This gentleman was in Orlando for a trade show, learning upon arrival that all the printed material for his booth was lost in transit. I suggested he called DAX for replacements...and never heard about it until now. What I just learned from my friend did not surprise me. DAX had delivered tons of flyers and stuff by the following day and did so at a better price that the original supplier. Kudos to DAX...while I gloat about it.
