Of course they're not going to tell you everything you really need to know , so the young girl I spoke to originally told me for the van it would be 19.99 then of course I assume added gas and then perhaps milage of some sort.... well I ended up paying 19.99 X what i ESTIMATED driving ..... they charged that which was $55.... honestly I knew I went over so I was assuming they would tell me in a phone calling following my drop off ....NO they called me explaining my card was being declined for another $55 payment which was NOT true of course I had only put money in that account to pay my bill ....so I told them to check it because I had already paid ...received NO phone call back so i assumed at that point everything was solid.... NOPE I received an invoice via email for an overage charge and also a late fee..... so long story short they hide things from you , of course you sign your contract but a few things may slip bc I did read it. The very least they could have done was inform me how much I was being charged over like they're supposed to. There even was a number i called several times to try and resolve it and id wait over 15 minutes on the phone every time and get nobody... The other thing, I understand everyone has to learn but they had a girl on the phone who had NO idea what she was talking about considering she was talking to the manager WHILE on the phone with me , like at least put me on hold and fake it, so unprofessional. This is peoples money and time youre dealing with . Legal contracts aren't a joke. Ill never rent here again, could have paid my dads gas to drive here from cocoa beach and then back for less than i paid for this rental.

The front door was unlocked and no employees inside but found the packing tape and bubble wrap I wanted against the wall. After five minutes browsing, I went through the rear unlocked door and observed an entire fleet of U-Haul trucks of various sizes, still in the search for an employee. Sadly, no sale today due to obvious reasons and will purchase on Amazon.
