I would never support this UPS store again. I've always dropped my stuff off at the UPS store and never had a problem till today. Went to drop off stuff from fashion nova and was not aware that you couldn't ship it back in the manufacturer packaging was talking to a young lady and then all of a sudden this rude employee comes in with a bad attitude to tell me that I can't ship it in the manufacturing product and that I needed something to ship it so I will not recommend any of my friends to go to this UPS store. They don't allow you to package your package WITHIN a packaging store. The workers are great and very kind, the issue is the policy put in place by the owner. It is way too extreme, there should AT LEAST be a sign informing customers they can't do something they obviously should be able to do in a packaging store before they buy overpriced packaging items. Super UPS store, I was mailing back my large key phone for my mother who can't see or hear this beautiful phone . She didn't like it ,wasn't black oh no,white will not do. Amazon has a deal where they send by email a code and UPS of your choice mails it back to Amazon and it's a prompt return and refund . This makes returns so easy better than Ebay returns.This store had me in and out quicker than you could blink . Man I love this. read more

Paid $367.57 for a package to be packed and shipped. Labels got swapped at the store and the wrong item was delivered to my uncle. The actual item -- a family heirloom -- was never found. Took months to finally get a resolution and the store's remedy was to cut a check for $277.31 which was the amount UPS paid them (for the failed shipment which was insured). They decided to keep the additional amount we paid for the packing of a package that was lost plus the profit they made on the transaction. Does that seem fair? We lost a family heirloom made by my now-deceased father and they make a profit. Terrible customer service and a disgusting way to run a business. I haven't had cable in years, I remember when I first cut the cord, for a few weeks it was hard without sports, I actually had withdrawal symptoms, but then I loved it. No more commercials programming the subconscious or idiotic reality shows dumbing down of the mind. Thank God! Anyway, I've had an unopened box of Devil-Cast equipment in my garage for years and needed to return it. I went to a UPS on University and Griffin, but their Devil-Cast(Comcast) network access was down, so they couldn't scan the equipment, so drove to this location on Nova and Davie rd. I arrived about 5 minutes before closing and the girls working there were more than happy to process Devil-Casts equipment. The girl with the nose ring and tattoo's customer service skills were excellent! Even though I don't live anywhere near this location if I ever have any UPS business to do I will take the long drive to this location as I love the energy of this place. ~~note The only thing I was concerned with was both girls had tattoos and piercings, so I wondered if either of them ever heard of Jesus? read more

This seems to be the only UPS location that I have issues with. I sell things from eBay and ship via UPS. So I am constantly shipping things. This was the second time that they tried to force me to buy a cardboard box from them in order for them to ship an item in its original box. One of the employees even said that I can leave the package there, but it will just stay at the back of the shop until I buy a box from them. Needless to say I took my package back. Go to another location unless you want to get nickel-and-dimed. read more

I'm constantly in and out of this store because it's the closest UPS dropoff location to me. Usually I don't have too many issues, and they have pretty convenient hours. Where I had an issue (twice) is where I dropped off packages that had to be somewhere by a certain date, and they were "misplaced" in the back of the store and didn't make it onto the truck that day. So the 2nd day delivery I needed became a third day. I called once I tracked the package, noting no movement-and was livid. Thankfully the manager found the package and retagged it as overnight and got it to the destination on time. It just became a huge hassle since the tracking number changed. The other issue I have is that a few times when I was out of town or not home and unable to take delivery and tried to have packages held here for me, I was frustrated to find out that it would take an additional delivery day to have a package held for me less than a mile away. Why it would make an overnighted package take another day to drive it a mile away makes no sense to me. What's more is that the office staff was rude to me on the phone and called my phone over and over harassing me about it after I had taken delivery on said box. Overall if you're coming here to actually ship things-no issues, but if you're receiving things here it can be a bit dicey. read more

Was referred by my bank because the notary there wasn't available. Brought 4 documents in and told the lady I needed them notarized. No published price and the lady didn't tell us how much it would be. I understand I should have asked but $15 for each document!! Even after I was irritated with the price I asked her to please make copies, she even charged regular pricing for that! No apologies or comfort just straight forward " that's the price" cold! I do not live near this location, but I have found that over the past 2 years I prefer to drive here even when I am out East. And when I just realized that, I thought maybe it was time to write a review :) I can not rate the staff and this location high enough for a number of reasons: 1- The staff goes above and beyond standard customer service and kindness. I have a PO Box at this location--so I can vouch for this not only from my personal experience, but how I have seen them interact with other customers. 2- I am in constant need of a notary with short notice, and have found that almost every other UPS location only has one staff member that is a notary public, which makes it less likely to find them available when you need it. Even more frustrating is that if you do catch a day that someone at another location is working, they almost always have been "on break" when I have visited. This location has THREE staff members that are notaries. I have never once been there and not seen 1 of them working-to be honest, usually there is at least 2 at the store. And if there is anytime when only 1 of them is in the building at once, and happens to be on break, they STILL help you. 3- Although every employee I have met there has exceeded my expectations, I have to say that with the recent COVID situation, they have all gone even further to help beyond their job duties (an example that means the most to me: My baby has fallen asleep on the ride over to pick up my mail too many times to count now. They have been so kind, and have brought it out to me so I didn't have to wake her up to run in and grab it). So...this location get 5 stars because it won't let me rate it higher, or I definitely would. read more

Came here to get finger printing done for a background check. My appointment was for 9:15 I wasn't even helped until 10. So don't feel bad if you're running a little behind because the guy who had a 8:00 appointment is not being seen until your 9:15 appointment. Warning! Bad company bad people My 102 pound item was inappropriately packed and shipped to my customer in Texas. This item sold on eBay and was easily proven its value of $725. It was not marked heavy whatsoever to inform any potential carrier of it's excessive weight. It had a total of 14 Styrofoam packing peanuts. It was not wrapped in any type of bubble wrap whatsoever. My customer received their item in Texas destroyed. EBay refunded them there $725 leaving me with no merchandise and out the money. This UPS store completely missed handled my case. Jeffree the assistant manager declare the value at $400 without my consent or knowledge of doing so. I have never received my item back and I only got $390. This is completely inefficient and is hurting my small business. I believe the remainder value of $490 should be paid to me promptly being that I can prove that's what my value and items sold for. It was inappropriately packed and I paid $155 for shipping. Some of that was for Jeffrey to do his job and pack my item appropriately making sure it was secure which was not done. I cannot afford to take that kind of loss. I do not have my amplifier and I do not have a sufficient refund. I did not have knowledge of his declaration of value nor did he get my consent. I can easily prove what it sold for in the money I am out. You claim that you are for small business yet you are technically stealing from mine. I paid for a service that was not rendered. The owner Patrick Eloi went out of his way to ignore me and I do not believe he is an individual with character or integrity is that you represent your corporation. I would like my remaining balance of my refund met. read more
