This UPS is one of the closer ones to me and I don't mind going to it because more times than not, the place is great. They do tend to be a little slow when it comes to trying to get the line down but I don't mind because they are doing their best. The location is always clean but I do think they can do a bit better when it comes to creating an area for a line. There were times where it seems everyone is in a clump that are waiting to be called and it does get very confusing. The staff is friendly and there have been times I see one or two of them juggling multiple guests because it is so busy and they don't want anyone waiting an insane amount of time. I also do wish there was more workers, there only seems to be one, maybe two, working at any given time so it does make the line and wait tend to get a bit longer. When I go it is only to ship out items I need returned or mailed so I have never had to buy anything when I stop in but the prices are reasonable for shipping, depending on what you need shipped and how heavy it may be! read more

Needed to drop off Amazon returns and was in the area of this UPS Store. The parking lot is an absolute zoo on a Sunday, wedged between a Publix and a diner. The staff was professional and quick to scan my packages and provided a tracking receipt. The store was well organized and stocked. Exiting the plaza was worse than the parking situation. read more

Worst experience ever the manager literally lied to the corporate office and said I brought the packages in already wrapped. He wrapped them personally, and when they arrived to their location, they were destroyed then I had to constantly go into the store to get him to file the claim, he lied on the claim and said that I packaged them. He also lied on the claim and said I had the Value. He also reached over-the-counter and pushed the button and had the sign and never offered or asked if I wanted an insurance the corporate office is taking his sign on everything they say the requesting more information but I don't hold out any help but I would not use this UPS store ever again. I won't use UPS again because if this is a type of people they have working for them it is a real shame. read more

I was supposed to get a signature delivery from then the guy just sat there wrote the redelivery thing and through it in my mailbox and drove off when I was walking to him not an attempt at all he's supposed to exit his vehicle and knock on the door and this office when you call them they never pick up and when they do they quickly ignore you and hang up 0 good workers there no professionalism I would recommend using ups or fed ex or something if your in the area these people absolutely suck read more

The nonprofit organization I belong to has been using this UPS store as our mailing address for over 5 years. It is conveniently located in a strip mall in Plantation right on Broward Blvd. There is always plenty of free parking and it's quick to run in, run out, and get your mail. The counter help are always friendly & quick to say "hello." We rent a mailbox there; because many businesses won't ship to a P.O. Box & this gives us a permanent mailing address that can be accessed by whoever has the key at the time. And speaking of keys; they provide you with a mailbox key & a storefront key so that you can get your mail in the evenings and on Sundays when they are closed. (The only drawback is when you have a package that doesn't fit in the box it can only be picked up during regular business hours.) In addition to mailboxes they offer other standard business services like shipping, copying, and shredding. They also sell boxes & packing materials. I arrived at store at 6:01 owner and employee were standing at the counter and completely ignored me. On Thursday, April 23, 2020, I visited the UPS Store located at 9737 NW 41 Street, Doral Fl. 33178. The customer service was exceptional compared to the other UPS stores I have been to over the years. Manager, Benjamin Perez assisted me and his people skills and energetic approach I immediately recognized. I had an urgent matter that I had to respond via a computer and I explained to Benjamin that I am not versed on a computer and my computer skills were minimal. Benjamin without hesitation assisted me. Finding a good employee such as Benjamin in this competitive business is not easy to find and that is the reason I am taking the time to write this review, particular to 9737 NW 41 street Doral Store location where Benjamin will definitely be one of the reasons for UPS success and repeat of customers. This place is just OK. Good location in the shopping center next to Publix and Starbucks, but the personnel here needs an overhaul. Not personable at all, unfriendly, and they lose their composure quickly when things don't go as smoothly as they think (i.e., you ask for different rate options, something doesn't print correctly, the line grows long etc). Even the managers are pushy and try to rush customers through their transactions. This store needs completely new management. read more

Took my Amazon boxes here for a return. They wanted to charge me $1 for each strip of packing tape. Come on now. Message to owner...you are being penny rich and pound poor. UPS Store# 3600 West Broward Went to UPS store to check my business mail box. Patiently waited in line. I watched the clerk have issue with the customers in from of me. One person wanted to send documentation to Israel and use his account number. A second customer was a lady that wanted to send something COD (clerk did not understand her initial terminology) to Jamaica. The clerk asked the woman 2 times for a ZIP CODE. When she got frustrated and started to walk away she stated Jamaica does not have a "zip-codes" and he told her he needed an address. I calmly mention that he (the clerk) told her zip code twice as I heard him, I mentioned it in a kind of a pleasant ok (i.e. I have asked for stuff thinking one thing and saying another- its being human).... He got NASTY about it stating he said address (not until the woman was storming out) and stated "why do I always have to start trouble when I come in here". 1. Second time I have EVER dealt with this clerk and 2. The first time, I had to explain at length to the person that I was caught in the middle with an issue he had and he needed to talk to the responsible person. I don't see that as "making trouble". I am a reasonable and responsible person willing to take almost anything.... However... I don't take kindly to being falsely accused of causing trouble. More so when it unfounded. As info, on this day and this situation, I was the 3rd customer in line and each before me had an issues and just stormed out. - ? Who is causing Trouble here? I highly recommend that folks steer clear of this UPS Store (#3600). Appears to be bad news with my recent experience. read more

We use this UPS store often for a variety of things and I love the staff. Family oriented, and always greeted with a smile. I read the other reviews and its amazing people can be so harsh, maybe they walked in with a sour face. Working with the public isn't easy, but this UPS store has always met our needs and with in a timely fashion. We've used others but you tend to go back where you're treated best.
