Horrible customer service. The woman who works here is consistently passive-aggressive and seems to be in a bad mood every time I visit. This isn't based on one interaction it's been multiple visits, and the energy is always the same: rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily demanding. On one occasion, I brought three Amazon returns inside a single box just to carry them. None of the items required packaging, but she immediately assumed there was only one item inside and kept repeating, "Put it back in the box." I politely explained that I had more items to remove, and that she could use the box if needed. Instead of listening, she continued to demand, "PUT IT BACK IN," in a tone that was completely uncalled for. Today was no better. I walked in to an empty store no greeting, no acknowledgment. She didn't address me until I said "hi," and even then, she ignored me for another minute. When I finally said I was there to return an Amazon package, she replied with, "I'll be with you in a moment," despite the store being completely empty. Her attitude is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Customer service should never feel hostile, especially when the store isn't busy. Unfortunately, experiences like this are the norm here, not the exception. read more

I have been trying to resolve the issue of UPS worker Devin mailing the wrong package with my shipping label as a return. I have spoken with Sue at the store multiple times who tells me the owners are out of town or are unavailable to resolve the issue that Devin caused. Since February of 2026, the store has admitted to having this problem with Devin multiple times and has fired him since then but still refuse to compensate me for the item that is lost and that I can no longer get a refund for. read more

I have visited this store three times already. The first and most recent time sort of did not count since I was shipping Amazon items. Well maybe it does count?!?! This location is very convenient for me since it is in a plaza within walking distance to my home. They provide a variety of different services that I did not expect. I did not have to wait long to be helped by an employee each time I visited. The second time I visited here was because I had to fax something and someone referred me to here. I was not even aware they provide faxing services! I was helped by a gentleman and he told me to wait for the confirmation. It took forever but I paid in the meantime. Holy crap, it was over $8 to fax 8 pages! I think that is outrageously expensive! Especially since no one uses fax anymore because of easier and faster technology options. Usually the only places that use fax services are medical establishments. As I waited, I observed everything in the store. They have boxes to purchase. Even shredding documents! There are also mailboxes at the entrance and they keep that part open after the business closes. I have seen all different mail carries come here. FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and I think even DHL. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service at this store. I called about shipping an item. Got info from them. Complied with their guideline and timing. They misinformed me on delivery dates and then have the audacity to say I'm confused. I'm sorry you were able to get by on rejecting my request to refund $190 in shipping cost when your staff person gave me wrong information. It is pathetic that you are able to simply be "too busy" to follow basic customer service etiquette. The fact that you told the BBB that you're training staff to handle "indecisive" customers is a cop out. I asked for confirmation from your staff member who himself said he made an error with my shipment. When you say: Also the staff members have been additionally trained to be on the outlook if customers seem undecided in order to repeat the shipment options for clarifying. That is acknowledgement that you have not invested training in your staff. You will note that I was very respectful when I came to your store. And that you were simply too busy and the refund paperwork would take too long. Those are your own words! Completely disgusted with your service. read more

I always have had great success with UPS until today. Waiting for a package that needed a signature and was emailed that it would be here between 2 and 5 pm. It is now 6:15 and still waiting. An email was sent at 2:47 stating driver should arrive soon. Updated email says delivery between 2 and 7. I wasted most of a day waiting. Normal shipping price is over $30. You would think delivery would be a little more accurate. read more

The employee that helped me mail back my prepaid Amazon package was AWESOME!!!! We got into a random discussion about how one of the DVDs I was mailing back was the best show ever, and he was super helpful and somehow made mailing a box an enjoyable experience. I went to get a document notarized with a previous appointment. I let the person at the front desk know I was there to get a paper notarized and she said the notary should be there at 9:30. It was 9:36 and she just stood there waiting to see if the person showed up. I asked her if she was sure they were coming. Her answer was: "well, she is scheduled to come"... So, I said: yes, she was scheduled at 9:30am and it is past that time. Can you call and see if she is coming please? To what she answered: "yes, I can". Let me clean my hands and find my phone". She then checked the employee schedule and realized the person was not coming till 10:30am. Which means if I hadn't asked if she could call her, I would still be standing there. I call that lack of customer service. And while I was walking out she said: "life happens, she had to change the schedule". Hmmm interesting way to handle a situation. read more

Not even sure where to start . Was it the fact they charge 1$ to tape a box , or the fact they actually told me to buy tape else where if i didn't like it .
