This location is an absolute joke, they always have the carts filled and when you need one they…read moremake no effort to move with a sense of urgecy to help you. I run a business and visit this location multiple times a week, a lot of my deliveries have been damaged in shipping and i have had to refund my customers. The online claims department is a scam. The store manager was supposed to reach out to me, the supervisor Jose took my information and i have been waiting for over three weeks and have yet to receive an email or call. the management is unreliable and disappointing.

Disregarding the fact that I came in well ahead of time and I'm paying full price. How is a lack of preparation of someone else my responsibility? He was so concerned about the customer arriving at closing but didn't offer to print that customer's item. I know this can be done because I've seen the clerks extend this service to customers before. I had to stop my prints and will take my business elsewhere. This is not customer service.
