So long as there is any sort of picture or signs of previous use on the box they will not accept it, it's quite frankly ridiculous because it is a box being used to ship an item, it is not like you were presenting the item in the box it was shipped in. I really do not know what is up their asses at this location but it is really stupid and very annoying, avoid this location and just go to the one in Davie instead or the main one in Miramar.

I (being technologically-impaired) thought that sending a picture of what I wanted printed would suffice, but the owner's son called to explain that the design had to be done in a certain format so it could be enlarged without getting grainy. Since I was unable to do it myself, he graciously had another employee design it properly and sent me a proof within the day. I made several changes, but they worked with me in a quick manner until it was exactly what I wanted. I had the shirts/sweatshirts shipped from the supplier directly to them and they had the entire order done in about 6 business days (as promised). I was a little nervous that the lower price would mean lower quality, and also nervous because there were no Yelp reviews for them, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how great everything turned out!! And I have washed the shirts without the print fading or peeling. I will definitely be using them again, and wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is having similar doubts about the lack of Yelp reviews. Thanks again GN Signs!!

I had to return a package and although I have a UPS Store down the street from me, they close at 3pm on a Sunday, as do majority of the UPS Stores. The time was 3:15pm so I missed the window for the location closer to me. This Pembroke location closed at 4pm so I rushed there before they closed. There were two young ladies working when I arrived. Another thing, it was empty. UPS Stores are usually chaotic. What a nice change. This might be my new go to location.

Honestly this man tone and demeanor is nasty. When Running a business sometimes the client make…read moremistakes but as an owner you should be a bit lenient especially if the client is apologizing . I sent a flyer to be printed and I told him the wrong size. I got there and I immediately told him "oh no I wanted this smaller" he proceeded to tell me "this is what you told me, how are you a business owner and you don't know what an 8.5 x 10 is" I found that comment to be very rude. It was an honest mistake , I told him he should not talk to his client like that and he told me I don't have to pay but he will not be doing future work with me. This WAS MY FIRST TIME!!! I was really looking forward to working with a local printing. I asked "do I have to pay for it ?" I did not say " I'm not paying for it" You reply "you don't pay for it but I'm not doing any future job for you" You could've easily said " I will reprint the correct size but it will not be the same amount I were told before" Instead of going back and forth , come up with a solution with the client, you don't know who I would've referred to your business. It was my mistake telling you the wrong size but mistakes happen I was still willing to pay whatever price but for THE RIGHT thing. The way you were going back and forward and not willing to help made this experience unpleasant.
