    Amazing customer service! Beautiful store! Friendly staff! Speedy service! I drop my Amazon packages off often and they always get sent out same day or next day!! This is my go to UPS store! I live next to the Sawgrass location, but I don't mind driving a couple more miles to a store that is efficient with picking up and dropping off packages! The owner is so welcoming! And this store is elevated above all the others in the area! Recommend this store 100%!!!

    Ups store was close to me. Easy to get in and out parking wise. I walked in without an appointment and got serviced right away.

    More convenient than Central Park Postal for shipping needs. Open 7 days a week hours are great. Staff is awesome!

They do tend to be a little slow when it comes to trying to get the line down but I don't mind because they are doing their best. The location is always clean but I do think they can do a bit better when it comes to creating an area for a line. There were times where it seems everyone is in a clump that are waiting to be called and it does get very confusing. The staff is friendly and there have been times I see one or two of them juggling multiple guests because it is so busy and they don't want anyone waiting an insane amount of time. I also do wish there was more workers, there only seems to be one, maybe two, working at any given time so it does make the line and wait tend to get a bit longer. When I go it is only to ship out items I need returned or mailed so I have never had to buy anything when I stop in but the prices are reasonable for shipping, depending on what you need shipped and how heavy it may be!

He wrapped them personally, and when they arrived to their location, they were destroyed then I had to constantly go into the store to get him to file the claim, he lied on the claim and said that I packaged them. He also lied on the claim and said I had the Value. He also reached over-the-counter and pushed the button and had the sign and never offered or asked if I wanted an insurance the corporate office is taking his sign on everything they say the requesting more information but I don't hold out any help but I would not use this UPS store ever again. I won't use UPS again because if this is a type of people they have working for them it is a real shame.

    Can't say anything bad about this post office from the multiple times that I have visited it. This…read morelocation is right down the road from where I live and, even during the busiest times, I have never had to wait more than ten minutes at most. The staff here are usually friendly and I can tell they are doing as much as possible with what they are given. They take their time with each person and even have allowed my husband and I to jump back in line after it was our turn and they needed us to fill out different forms to help keep the line moving. The location is very easy to find but I will say that parking can be a little tricky if you are here during peak busyness! It is a smallish lot but the speed they work, cars are usually coming and going very quickly thankfully! I love that I am able to buy specialty stamps here and get a good laugh at seeing some that they come up with. Pricing for shipping out items and their stamps is the same as it is everywhere else but I do wish it was slightly cheaper, but what are you going to do when there aren't many shipping options out there! The location also offers PO boxes and a package drop box if you don't want to wait in the line to drop it off and get it scanned.

When I walked in there was one lady ahead of me that was being served. At the time none else was in the store. I went to the counter, had my envelopes ready with my Amazon label on my phone waiting to be served. The associate was finished with the lady ahead of me and as she was about to assist me a Caucasian gentleman walked in and without saying a word to me to signaled to him to come ahead of me. I'm standing there in disbelief that I have been standing here waiting and this lady just disregard me and took a customer that just walked in. I said to her did I miss something I am standing here he just walked in, she did not respond to me but went to to back and got the gentleman that worked there he came out she said something to him in Spanish and he said it's because the other person only had item. Mindy you he did not Apologize either and was very rude. I said to him I don't care if I had 100 item and he had one I was standing there waiting and as he walked in she did not even have the common courtesy to say excuse me or anything.
