Rewrite this is for a yelp reviewThis location has the most disrespectful people working there and yesterday was was the worst. I walked with 3 amazon envelopes. When I walked in there was one lady ahead of me that was being served. At the time none else was in the store. I went to the counter, had my envelopes ready with my Amazon label on my phone waiting to be served. The associate was finished with the lady ahead of me and as she was about to assist me a Caucasian gentleman walked in and without saying a word to me to signaled to him to come ahead of me. I'm standing there in disbelief that I have been standing here waiting and this lady just disregard me and took a customer that just walked in. I said to her did I miss something I am standing here he just walked in, she did not respond to me but went to to back and got the gentleman that worked there he came out she said something to him in Spanish and he said it's because the other person only had item. Mindy you he did not Apologize either and was very rude. I said to him I don't care if I had 100 item and he had one I was standing there waiting and as he walked in she did not even have the common courtesy to say excuse me or anything. O told him that I have been coming there for quite sometime and I have stood in line with just one it3m and not once did they assist me ahead of time additional lu there was no line the gentleman literally walked in while I was waiting..I pointed put that it was not lost on me that it was white gentleman that walked and without and regard she made him come head of me. The gentleman became belligerent that he is tired of "you people" saying everything is racist. Mind you I didn't not call him a racist bit again it is not lost on me the optics when as black person standing waiting to be served and was dismissed when a white person walked in. At no point no one apologized the gentleman was not there when it occurred he was I tha back and came out after she called him and all he did was make excused saying sometimes they will take someone woth one package ahead of the other person again i was standing there no one else heard or behind me when the man walked in and wothout a word to me she told him to come over and assisted him first. I also pointed out that I've been coming to this location for quite some time, and there have been occasions where I only had one item while standing in line, yet no one ever offered to help me ahead of some What made the situation even worse was the way the employee reacted when I expressed how it looked from my perspective. I mentioned that it wasn't lost on me that I, a Black customer who had been waiting, was bypassed when a white customer walked in and was immediately helped. The employee became defensive and said he was tired of "you people" saying everything is racist. For the record, I never called him a racist, pointed out how the situation appeared. I originally went to another UPS store that couldn't process my order before because it was "too close to closing time." Per the store employee. So, I called store 2720, spoke with Sean Cephas who said not only can he process my transaction but the other store should have processed the order. I arrived within minutes of our phone conversation and Sean greeted me with a warm smile and said he was expecting me. Sean is the best and made my transaction smoother than I could've expected. Apparently, the Amazon shipping label that I presented was limited in capacity and I had to have the shipping label sent to the store to be printed. After reviewing my receipt, I was charged $2.00 for them to receive my email. $2 bucks that's absolutely ridiculous!! read more

Never have I ever been treated so rudely by any store personnel than this place. I am carrying three boxes in, already labeled and tagged just to drop off and I get hollered at by some guy At the counter that told me to get out until I get a mask to drop my boxes off. Do I need to remind you that the CDC has told Americans to takeoff their mask they're no longer needed. Also I just got out of the hospital after having heart surgery and I'm 75 years old and I need to be talked to by some piece of trash like that. I will never recommend this UPS store . On April 8th a package was dropped off here to be returned to the sender. The package was handed directly to the manager, Anne S. Here it is more than two weeks later and I've been informed that the recipient never received the package. After placing numerous calls to no avail, I visited in person. The manager, Anne starts to make statements " I know the package was on the counter but I'm not sure if a driver picked it up".. " Have the other party call me and I will straighten it out. She is just completely clueless as to what happened to the package! I've contacted the corporate office, and will be filing a police report Saturday. Do yourself a favor and AVOID! read more

I start by saying I go to the ups stores all the time, and always have a great experience. But this time I went to a store I have never been to before. Since I am in Florida and since the Governor lifted the mask mandate, I never wear a mask. I go to the UPS store without a mask and there is never a problem, I go in give them my package and leave. But today I went to A UPS store I have never been before located at 1830 N. University Drive, Plantation. FL 33322. I walked in and this older man started yelling at the top of this lungs - "Leave" and than went to the back. Than a younger guy came up to the desk and I asked, "What is wrong with him? The the younger guy started yelling "you have to leave we can not serve you because you are not wearing a mask. I said can I just sit the package down here and you take it - he yelled get out and take the package with you. What a way to treat a customer read more
