When I asked if they follow up with customers via email the individual said yes, despite no one obviously following up with me for a full week.

He says, "I'll be right with you." And then proceeds to move toward the register at a pace that would make a sloth question its life choices. I've seen dial-up internet move faster. Once we finally get to the register, the real priority becomes clear: not my money, not my time, not my sanity -- my phone number. Because of course, nothing says customer service like interrogating me for loyalty points I will never use. Got checked out, grabbed my mouse, and basically sprinted out like I'd just escaped retail purgatory. We've been renting here for 5 years and the rate has literally tripled from $40 to $120 from constant increases. I understand that rates increase sometimes, but this is really excessive. -The office. There have been several times where we've tried to go to the office within office hours and nobody is there. A couple days ago, my mom got there at 2:45 and there was a note on the door saying they'd be back at 3:00. She waited since it was only a couple minutes and tried at 3:05, and the time had changed to 4:15. She tried the door anyway and someone was there. She canceled the rental and asked for proof, but the employee said she doesn't have any proof to give her, which feels scammy. We've also tried calling (nobody answers), and leaving voicemails which don't get returned. -The facility. It's sketchy. There's always random people hanging around the gates trying to get in and talking to people. When we came to move our stuff out, there was a lady wandering around with no shoes pressing random doors trying to get in. It's also supposed to be climate-controlled and doesn't seem to be. I don't expect it to be cold, but it feels like there's no air on at all. As a heads up, they don't prorate. We left halfway through a month because of all of these reasons, and didn't get anything back.

I researched everything but nothing worked so I finally called Verizon Technical to ask for help. They did diagnostics and whatever and said that they could get my precious messages back. They made an appointment for me with this business for today at 300pm and said that they would take care of the costs. I was greatly relieved from the promises and drove out to this business. I was helped by Nori, who was pleasant and understanding. After listening to me explain what had happened, she gently explained that their business does not work at all with Apps. My mouth fell open. Why did Verizon send me here then? Nori said that I would have to go directly to WhatsApp and get help from them in order to retrieve my messages. She felt so bad for me having to drive all that way and not get results. I couldn't believe what had just happened. She then asked for my phone and somehow magically she was able to reinstall the app but could not figure out how to retrieve my messages or that maybe they were lost. I would have to go to WhatsApp directly. I appreciated Nori for explaining the process and reinstalling the app. I feel she went the extra mile to satisfy me, a future customer. I never even thought that corporate franchise business might do that to you. But here is what…read morehappened. I brought in my ASUS Zenbook for repairs of a screen. There was a huge crack in the middle of a screen, making the touchpad unusable. I brought my own screen, bought from asus website but I was told that in this case the repairs won't be covered. And for a screen from their screen I have to wait. That's alright I thought. Two days later, got a call saying the part has arrived. They fixed pretty quick, no issues here. Bringing laptop home I realized the bezel is not afixed correctly, there are lots of glue all over the screen and small crack in the corner. Not sure if it happened when I opened the laptop or they gave it like this to me. Brought it back. And that's where the circus begun. "Screen functioning with no issues so we can only refund the labor" - their words. So not only the new "broken" screen is never been covered, the broken bezel is not covered as well. Reporting it to BBB and claiming chargeback from the bank.
