There were two guys instead of three. They moved very slow and did a poor job packing the truck. We ended up moving a lot of our three bedroom house by ourselves in another truck, because the truck was full. Perhaps they have new employees now, I hope so! We were quoted $1200, and we ended up being over $3,000. We moved less than a mile away. We were charged extra for things deemed "fragile." Despite this overcharge furniture was damaged. We called and sent e-mails as instructed because they claim their are insured, but they never responded back. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. We learned a very expensive mistake that day!

The property is open from 6am - 9pm including holidays and unfortunately does not have 24 hour access and does not accept cash.

This FED EX location in Sunrise offers an array of packing items and printing stations. The staff greets you upon entry and are very friendly and helpful while scanning your packages. Sometimes its busy but today was quiet. Parking is tight due to many restaurants and the Starbucks next door, but they do provide two private parking spaces for FED EX drop off. The value of the packing items are reasonable. The store is very spacious and clean. Will return for sure.

"Jenny," a plain-clothes worker at this location, apparently has a tenous grasp of policy and procedure related to FedEx and her role. She posited that a prepaid package prepared by a vendor contracted with FedEx to manage shipping and returns was not labeled or package appropriately, so she wouldn't accept the package. The package was sealed in a Fedex mailer and shipping label was inserted into the plastic window on the envelope as instructed by the vendor. I expressed to Jenny that this has never been an issue and the exact packaging has been used multiple times with no issues at other locations. She was resolute in her poor judgement about the labeling. So the only variable detected is this store's poor performance, or Jenny. Either way, both are disappointing. I left the store, and placed the mailer in a Fedex dropbox at another location. It has been delivered without issue. Later, I called the vendor and relayed to them what Jenny said about the package's labeling. They were flummoxed, and said this has never happened and their packaging is approved by their FedEx contract rep. The vendor was so taken aback, they offered to pay to have a Fedex driver come pick up the package from my home instead. I imagine Jenny and this location would benefit from feedback related to "work avoidance" and developing critical thinking skills. What an abysmal experience.

It's like Frogbox or Bungobox, but it's locally owed and family owned and operated. The boxes are stronger than cardboard, don't require any tape and don't get soggy and fall apart in the rain like cardboard. I'll never go back to cardboard again!

I have had to rent quite a few units throughout the years both for business and personal use. In the midst of this pandemic, our small business which was supposed to launch didn't. We had to move out of our storage to cut expenses. After a few months, we were back to preparation and needed a unit. I called Sheridan Village and was helped by Michelle who turned out to be heaven-sent. Every concern we had, everything we needed to get back to business she made happen.
