At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I like many people, have had at least one terrible experience with a moving company in my case only one horrific experience...with (NOBEL relocation moving company) Because I was severely burned by Nobel moving company, I was VERY careful about choosing my most recent moving company. Finally, for a variety of reasons I choose SUNBIZ MOVING..in part because they gave me a competitive flat rate...and I am so glad I chose SUNBIZ. Although there were a couple of hiccups with the condominium elevator, these guys took it in stride, never complaining, just doing what needed to be done to get the move finished. I believe the move took them longer than they anticipated, but they never complained and worked relentlessly. At the end they put everything in my storage unit and worked diligently to get everything in the one unit so I wouldn't have to pay extra for another. New horizon did not tell us whom they would be sending but managed to take our money and tell us lies to book today or we would lose the deal. First off these guys don't speak a lick of English which was fine but we had to manage the move, they destroyed our stuff upon delivery boxes were destroyed, they put other boxes on top of our $3000 TV and smashed the screen. Do not use new horizon or Confidant movers. I will ensure everyone I know doesn't ever use them nor recommend them. They should be shut down along with New Horizon.

This company is AWFUL! My experience is still going and it continues to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To keep this brief I will get directly to what I hated about this company. To began, I requested a quote from United Best Movers (a third party company which I didn't know at the time) who contract with Confidant Movers. I requested for the company to come on a Thursday and they showed up on a Saturday night at 9:15! No one ever let us know that they would be 2 days late only saying they will be there between different times and they did not show and when they did show we had to tell them that it was too late to move anything. When they arrived to move the truck was packed. Do not pay for square cubic feet if a moving company charged this way. The drivers told me it was 500 square cubic feet and as you will see it was less than that. After showing up 3 days later, when I asks for a discount they did not give it to us. When we called the party that hired them they said it was nothing they could do about it. It took 2 days for them to move our stuff and the last day was the 30th which we had to be fully moved out. No consideration to me having to clean before moving. They initially told us that they would give us a date to drop off our stuff after we paid the remaining 50% of our items and until this date (30 days later) they have not given us a move date yet they have our money. This company is a joke and should be shut down.
