Daren R.

Easy United States Post Office to drop off packages. Plenty of packing supplies to purchase. Buy stamps here too. Next to the Target store in the Sawgrass Mills Mall. Professional staff but no laughter here.

No one to help with a lost package.

Can't say anything bad about this post office from the multiple times that I have visited it. This…read morelocation is right down the road from where I live and, even during the busiest times, I have never had to wait more than ten minutes at most. The staff here are usually friendly and I can tell they are doing as much as possible with what they are given. They take their time with each person and even have allowed my husband and I to jump back in line after it was our turn and they needed us to fill out different forms to help keep the line moving. The location is very easy to find but I will say that parking can be a little tricky if you are here during peak busyness! It is a smallish lot but the speed they work, cars are usually coming and going very quickly thankfully! I love that I am able to buy specialty stamps here and get a good laugh at seeing some that they come up with. Pricing for shipping out items and their stamps is the same as it is everywhere else but I do wish it was slightly cheaper, but what are you going to do when there aren't many shipping options out there! The location also offers PO boxes and a package drop box if you don't want to wait in the line to drop it off and get it scanned.

The staff was their greatest asset. We even got to chat a bit. So, personality and efficiency at the same time. Wow. And they knew what they were doing. And they had the materials I wanted. And the experience was fast and professional. I just wish I lived closer to this branch as I'd choose this Post Office as my favorite one.

I was surprised at the quick and pleasant service I received after seeing so many crappy reviews. I…read moreguess those sleeping reviews are people who have nothing better to do than to complain. Taking into consideration that today is the last day to file taxes which is the equivalent of the Super Bowl when it comes to USPS imagine my surprise to see a line of maybe four people ahead of me and having them work quickly, efficiently and even in a pleasant mood. Greatest service I've ever had at the USPS five stars all the way.

This is a small boutique USPS store located in the rear of Coral Ridge Mall in East Fort…read moreLauderdale. The agent was polite and helpful, and I was happily surprised that they provide different types of black markers and packing tape for their customers to self-serve their shipping needs. I came in with my box ready to ship, but because its contents were fragile, I asked if they had stickers or tape labeled, FRAGILE, for added protection. That's when the agent directed me to the self-serve counter to use the fat marker and label my box accordingly. In addition, there weren't a lot of customers in the store. I was the second in line both times and the wait was good, compared to other USPS locations. The one thing which is very confusing is that the entrance is the exit and those who go into the entrance to access their PO Boxes, have to walk all the way around, instead of simply across (one set of doors is to the left and another set to the right) to enter the store. There is probably a purpose in having done this but it's not common logic for their customers--and it's inconvenient to have to walk around on the sidewalk to get to the entranceway. Withal, it was a positive experience!
