    Exorbitant amount this rude lady wanted to charge me for shipping one live bird box. She calls herself the lead in the morning shift(red hair). Her lack of knowledge on how to process this shipment and her inability to be helpful to a costumer in need is unacceptable. I tried explaining to her that something must've been entered incorrectly and there was no reason with her she responded rudely that I should go somewhere else. It is unacceptable to be in this situation because someone can't do their job properly.

    I was graduating on Thursday, December 12th at 9am in the morning. My stole, medal and cord from the National Honor society was delayed to be delivered. I contacted the Oakland Park post office 1 hour before they were closed and I spoke to the manager, Adrian who gave me his personal number to contact once tracking told me it was at his location. He was able to have my parcel for me at 7am in time for me to make it to my graduation on time with my honors. This is way over going above and beyond for a customer. He deserves high recognition for this. His workers were courteous and made it a smooth transition for me. I applaud them for helping in a dire situation.

    Tucked back off of Oakland Park Blvd is a two window US Post Office. The people that man those windows are always pleasant, helpful and fairly quick. There has never been much of a line when i have been there. And when there is a line it moves along at a respectable pace. The other USPS centers in the area have more windows but I do seem to get out of this post office faster.

    Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I have called this placed now almost 30 times today and they keep hanging up on me.

    Absolutely horrible service. 1 person at the window while others are bsing in the back. Just standing there. Slow moving. Very slow moving.

When I walked in there was one lady ahead of me that was being served. At the time none else was in the store. I went to the counter, had my envelopes ready with my Amazon label on my phone waiting to be served. The associate was finished with the lady ahead of me and as she was about to assist me a Caucasian gentleman walked in and without saying a word to me to signaled to him to come ahead of me. I'm standing there in disbelief that I have been standing here waiting and this lady just disregard me and took a customer that just walked in. I said to her did I miss something I am standing here he just walked in, she did not respond to me but went to to back and got the gentleman that worked there he came out she said something to him in Spanish and he said it's because the other person only had item. Mindy you he did not Apologize either and was very rude. I said to him I don't care if I had 100 item and he had one I was standing there waiting and as he walked in she did not even have the common courtesy to say excuse me or anything. O told him that I have been coming there for quite sometime and I have stood in line with just one it3m and not once did they assist me ahead of time additional lu there was no line the gentleman literally walked in while I was waiting..I pointed put that it was not lost on me that it was white gentleman that walked and without and regard she made him come head of me. The gentleman became belligerent that he is tired of "you people" saying everything is racist. Mind you I didn't not call him a racist bit again it is not lost on me the optics when as black person standing waiting to be served and was dismissed when a white person walked in.     This UPS is one of the closer ones to me and I don't mind going to it because more times than not,…read morethe place is great. They do tend to be a little slow when it comes to trying to get the line down but I don't mind because they are doing their best. The location is always clean but I do think they can do a bit better when it comes to creating an area for a line. There were times where it seems everyone is in a clump that are waiting to be called and it does get very confusing. The staff is friendly and there have been times I see one or two of them juggling multiple guests because it is so busy and they don't want anyone waiting an insane amount of time. I also do wish there was more workers, there only seems to be one, maybe two, working at any given time so it does make the line and wait tend to get a bit longer. When I go it is only to ship out items I need returned or mailed so I have never had to buy anything when I stop in but the prices are reasonable for shipping, depending on what you need shipped and how heavy it may be!

    WARNING ABOUT SHIPPING A VEHICLE WITH USHIP…read more I want to share my experience so hopefully it does not happen to someone else. I booked a vehicle shipment through UShip. Once my vehicle was picked up, things immediately went wrong. My car disappeared and I had no real information about the company that picked it up. When I contacted UShip for help, I was told to stop calling and only communicate through email with their legal department and customer support. After that, no one returned my calls, no one provided answers, and no one helped locate my vehicle. To make things worse, whoever had the car disabled my OnStar, so I could no longer track where the vehicle was going. When I asked UShip for the transporter's information, they claimed they did not collect or verify basic information such as insurance, DOT numbers, or even proof of who the transporter actually was. In other words, someone can pick up your car through their platform and they may not even know who they really are. Another thing people need to understand is this: when you voluntarily give your car to a transporter, many police departments will not list it as stolen if the vehicle disappears. They often treat it as a civil contract dispute, meaning they say no crime has been committed and tell you that you must sue the company yourself. If that happens, you may never see your car again, and in many cases your insurance company will not pay the claim because it was never officially listed as stolen. In my situation, I was fortunate that one detective took the time to review all the evidence I had gathered. Based on the information I provided, he agreed that this was not simply a contract dispute and had the vehicle listed as stolen. After doing my own investigation and working with law enforcement, I was able to obtain historical OnStar location data showing where the vehicle had traveled. That information led police to an operation where vehicles were being loaded into shipping containers to be sent overseas. My car was found inside one of those containers, and law enforcement recovered around 30 stolen vehicles that were returned to their owners. If that detective had not taken the time to listen and list the vehicle as stolen, I likely would have never recovered my car and my insurance company would never have paid the claim. My advice: be extremely careful about who you trust to ship your vehicle. Make sure you know the transporter, their insurance, their DOT registration, and who is actually responsible for your car. Based on my experience, *using UShip can leave you completely unprotected if something goes wrong.
