This location is nice because there's never really long lines. But the main employee there is pretty bad. She's not friendly and always seems in a bad mood. And they are not reliable. Sometimes it will be closed randomly for 2+ hours in the middle of the day with a note on the front door saying "Out for Lunch". I would avoid this Post Office if you can. However sometimes there is a man working there and he is wonderful! I believe he works at a nearby location and comes help out at this location once in a blue. I live in the area and most time when I go there, especially if there's this one particular female the experience is just always nasty. The last time I was there, my mail was definitely tampered with and I strongly believe that she is behind it. She just have a very nasty attitude and I don't know how somebody like her could be working in a job that has to do with customer service and dealing with people. People like her should definitely not be in any customer service job. I really hope that this matter can be addressed and fixed by management because I'm definitely not going back there as long as she's working there. read more

I always go to this Post Office and usually get good service. Not anymore!!! I was the only person behind one other person that was at the counter. The pkg I mailed is missing somewhere. New girl there is awful!!!!! I will go to UPS store for my mailing needs from now on. I understand why there was no line a week before Christmas. Lousy service. Lousy service. The girl in there was rude.. she told me to stand behind a piece of tape to wait in a line that had nobody else in it and proceeded to tell me I need to buy supplies to ship my package when it clearly states on the return label I have that everything is prepaid by the manufacturer. Worst post office in America. The witch doctor behind the desk is the rudest, least helpful, unfriendly woman on the planet. If you get packages shipped here expect them to be 3-4 days late you're better off shipping them at any other post office in the nearest hundred miles. If you have any other option go elsewhere otherwise prepare to be angered and made to feel incompetent. Even if your tracking information says the package is there they will deny the package is there for multiple days (this has happened on more then one occasion, in fact every single occasion). Last visit there, the line was 12 strong and more customers pouring in, after serving the customer at the counter Frank decided to ignore all the 30 people built up waiitng and to stamp and throw boxes in a bin, then came out and wandered doing anything but aknowledging the faces in the long line. Everyone was shaking their head, asking where to file a complaint, which i did. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Shipped perfume. Ground shipping required. Although there were no brown boxes available for sale in the size I needed, an employee gave me a perfect sized box free. Lines are long at every post office nowadays but that is due to cutbacks which is not the fault of the employees.
