Opens at 8:30. I'm here at 8:50 and no one is here working. Seems like an ongoing issue that management needs to fix.

Awful. Refuses to open on time, sometimes they don't open the counter for an hour after they open.

Dropped off a package days ago still hasn't been scanned in. Do let me add I went around 3:45-4:00 pm the sign on the door says that they close at 5:00pm Mon-Fri So I was a little confused when I went in and it was closed an hour earlier. Usually when I drop my packages off in drop box mailboxes they are usually scanned with a day or two. But as I stated it's been days including today. Next time I'll go to a locate where I can had the package to someone or just simply choose another shipping company because USPS down here ain't it read more

They dont scan packages in even EXPRESS for over 24 hours after drop off. I have been using usps frequently for over 17 years, moved to different cities and states and this post office is the worst. I have never left a review for a post office. Its that bad. read more

I had a PO Box here for a secure place to retrieve packages but if you have to wait in line to retrieve a package from the clerk, you'll wait forever.. very slow location, always staffed with 1 person at the counter. Ridiculous- gave up the PO Box ! read more

Super friendly and made it fun. Short wait every time I was there. They all seem happy which is a nice change for many post offices.

Never open on time, always super slow. The workers have zero concept of urgency. Avoid this location if you can. Hardly ever helpful

Possibly one of the worst post offices I've been to. One clerk working and it was slow. I turned around and left after ten minutes when she had only managed to serve one customer. Oddly, they do not have an automated machine here. Pity. If you want a better experience, go up to the post office in the Coral Ridge Mall at Federal and Oakland Park, behind the Target. read more

Poor service. Arrived 11:50am, on a Saturday and closes at noon. There was a line all the way to the door with one attendant helping customers. There was a second attendant, but instead of helping customers she was just standing at the end of the line guarding the door. read more

I'm currently homeless. I went here months ago, and signed up for General Delivery so I could get my EBT card. The Postmaster who signed me up was very nice. I told her I was homeless, my ID was stolen, and she let me sign up. I tried getting my EBT card mail one week later, and one employee ended up giving me an attitude when I told her my "ID was stolen". She said she couldn't give my mail and told me to wait until the weekend for the Postmaster to be on shift. So I waited till the weekend for the Postmaster and got my EBT mail finally! Several months later, my card got damaged. So I requested a replacement to be mailed. My mail ended up getting rejected for two weeks in a row (EBT mail takes up to 7 days to deliver). I spoke to another postmaster and she said she was the one who kept rejecting because it didn't say "General Delivery" on the mail. Which doesn't make sense because 1) How did I receive my first EBT card months ago? 2) Why wasn't I told this when I first signed up for General Delivery months ago? So then I changed the address to how it was supposed to be. And then requested it again. I went back in the next week (before they opened), and the first thing I hear is a Postmaster gossiping about her manager out loud (pay, demeanor, etc.) A few minutes later, the retail desk opens and she (same person) asks me "What do I need?" I told her I was homeless, my ID got stolen, and I needed to pick up mail. She replied "Sorry, I can't let you pick up any mail." And I told her that the other Postmasters allowed me to pick up mail without an ID. I even signed up for General Delivery without an ID. She said "I don't know who let you do that, but that is not allowed here. We can't give mail without any ID." And I replied, "Even homeless people?" And she said with a loud voice, "We don't do that for anyone!" I waited another week, praying to God my mail would get accepted. I came in (last week Friday) with a fever. But I still needed my food stamps mail, so I could have something to eat or drink at least. I walked right as they were opening up, with only 3 customers in front of me. The employee who was opening the front desk was the one who gave me an attitude when I told her my "ID was stolen". She saw me from a distance, went in the back, and started talking about me with a Postmaster saying "Hey! Its that little homeless boy who keeps coming back here for mail! Its so aggravating he doesn't have his ID, we have to verify the mail and everything!" I walked right out, and I lost faith after all that. read more

I might be jaded my friends, because I'm comparing this post office to the one in North Miami Beach on 164th. The employees at this post office are overly helpful, terribly friendly and as sweet as a Georgia peach on a Sunday evening after a peach social in the scorching southern sunlight. Whew, yes that sweet! Line can be long, but it moves really fast. People coming into this post office know what they want, the employees know how to deliver it. after coming back and waiting 5 times i find out that even tho i paid 100 online if you dont have home/vehicle insurance or a morgage that u can not have a po box now i get to figure out how to get a refund since the girl said how ever you paid you get a refund, thanks that help alot. I have a great idea, instead of sending bad people to jail, we should send them to the Post Office. Seriously. It's worse than torture. It totally makes sense why they are going bankrupt. Think of the money it would save us. No overnight stays, only open at inconvenient hours when the rest of the people who actually have 'jobs' are working, and only one worker to monitor the prisoners in line *perfect*. I see this as a Win-Win people. I went on my lunch break around 12:15 to mail a package, there were like 10 people in line, and as I was walking in people were walking away from the long lines (i.e. losing customers). They only had 1 lady taking packages and not a single helper or volunteer or school kid helping anyone else out. It was miserable. She was slower than FROZEN molasses and the lady behind me literally looked at me and said "breath" as I was about to lose my little mind. Now I unsuccessfully tired to lose my little mind in college and could not accomplish this task, 45 mins in this place almost did the trick!!!! GOOD GOD I HATE the post office. read more

Monday afternoon, 4:30 PM: walked in and noticed there was only one employee helping customers. Immediately, another employee opened a register and offered to help me. She was professional and speedy. Looks like things have improved. Different day, different experience. Always ample parking here. read more

Usual Post Office service. The people behind the counter are slow, indifferent, and really don't appear to want to talk to anyone but themselves. I wonder why the prices keep on going up, but then I realize it is because of the fact that no one wants to use the USPS. They don't want to have to deal with the poor attitudes and the poor service. Every now and then I find a Postal Worker with a smile and a gleam in their eye. This is not one of those Post Offices. Come because you must, not because you want to. read more
