I don't really come to this post office much, but it was the nearest location since I was on Federal Highway taking care of some errands. I was fortunate to get a parking spot right in front of the post office. All I had was one postage stamp envelope to mail out. I could have simply place the envelope in the mail drop box and be on my merry way, but I wasn't in a rush and I don't mind personally handing my mail to an employee to be sent out There were two female employees behind the counter, and with the exception of two people receiving service, the place was practically empty. I approached one of the female employees when she became available, handed her the envelope, and was on my way out once she stamped the envelope. I was doing an Amazon return, which I have done a gazillion times. The woman stated that I had to purchase a box to return my item when the Amazon return clearly stated UPS will pack and ship and label your items at no cost. The item is in the manufacturers box but not a "shipping" box and she refused to pack it even though the label stated they need to pack it. I'm off to the much friendlier store on Hillsboro. UPDATE: went to the store on Hillsboro and the amazing Aamir (review for his store to follow). Not only very kindly, without attitude and without being condescending and try to "educate" me - gave me a polyphmane bag and reprinted the label and let me know that because they had already scanned the package at this store, that I would have to come back to this store to drop it off. At this point, my less than courteous store opener that I dealt with previously had left the store - according to the person that received my package. Won't be coming back here. Wasted morning.

As he helped a few of us - neither myself nor the other customers felt slighted or not helped. He was patient, kind, meticulous and ensured the items I was shipping would arrive safe and sound. He found the exact fit boxes for my needs, added plenty of protection for the fragile items and adhered special labels for the delivery personnel to see.
