So yes, you can come to this post office to apply for a new passport or passport renewal. Everything from processing the passport application to taking passport pictures is taken care of here. The forms are displayed on the counter. Schedule your appointment through the post office website - www.usps.com. Appointment days/times is posted on the door. Makes sure you have the necessary documents to show proof of identity. They accept payment for the passport fee in the form of cash, debit, or check. I got all the information I needed. I will return whenever my son and daughter are ready to go through the process.

I don't really come to this post office much, but it was the nearest location since I was on Federal Highway taking care of some errands. I was fortunate to get a parking spot right in front of the post office. All I had was one postage stamp envelope to mail out. I could have simply place the envelope in the mail drop box and be on my merry way, but I wasn't in a rush and I don't mind personally handing my mail to an employee to be sent out There were two female employees behind the counter, and with the exception of two people receiving service, the place was practically empty. I approached one of the female employees when she became available, handed her the envelope, and was on my way out once she stamped the envelope. I'm not sure when I'll return to this location, but if it's convenient for me I will come. Sorry I didn't take any updated pics.

I had an important package scheduled for delivery which originated at this hub. It was supposed to be delivered Friday. I logged into MyUPS app in the morning and there was no indication that a signature was required - I always make the proper arrangements when a signature is required. The delivery attempt was made while I was away from my home and the reason for non-delivery stated a delivery was needed. Fine. I call the local office which was supposed to receive my package and they tell me the hub won't make a delivery until the following business day which would have been Saturday on a next-day delivery. I call this hub and do not get anyone on the phone. I call the 800 number and they tell me that next-business day on next-day packages is Monday. I say the package is important and necessary for work and asked if I could pick it up at the hub. They tell me I can and make the necessary changes. They tell me to arrive no later than 5pm. Half an hour following my call to the 800 number, I get a call back stating that I would need to be there before 7pm, not 5pm. Perfect, more time to rearrange my day. Around 6pm, I start heading over to this location and get a call from a team member who actually works at the location. I tell her I am on my way and she tells me that I shouldn't be on my way because they're supposed to call me before I go. I apologize and tell her what the 800 number told me, and she rudely tells me I am not listening to her and to do what she says. She tells me the truck is running late and that I should be there before 7pm but the truck won't be in before 7:30pm. She told me if I get there at 7, I can wait until the truck arrives. Not the best situation, but fair enough. I get to the location and I tell the front desk rep about my conversations with multiple people. I give her the tracking number and she doesn't say a word to me, she just points at the screen. When I ask what that means, she tells me that the package won't be there until the following day. I get upset and I tell her that I literally just received a call and I was asked to be there before 7pm. She walks away - presumably to speak with the person who calls me - and comes back and tells me the truck was sent back out by the supervisor and that if I am there after 7:30pm, they will escort me out. I was livid and had to make another 50 mile round trip the following morning to pick up a package that should have been delivered to my home Friday afternoon. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because that last representative ensured that when I arrived Saturday morning, my package was ready to go.
