The app is just wonderful. Everything is on there except for before. Where are your unit is at they should probably fix that. The elevators are not in good condition. Same day I was moving in the elevator mechanic had an attitude with me. He wanted to shut both elevators down without considering Customer Service. As for customer service itself, a lot needs to improve. The manager seems to be overwhelmed with three locations and blames it on that. Nobody answers the phone, but she did mention that if I leave a message she'll get back to me. Not very useful when you actually need to speak to someone about something urgent right? Nowadays, nobody wants to speak over the phone, but it is a necessary step to customer service. The restroom was locked and I was on able to remove myself after moving in to the storage. Everybody was parked on the loading zone, even though there's signs that say, do not park.. an automated location like this cannot be ran this way. read more

The value is great for a larger storage unit. The only bad thing is this location doesn't offer after hours access for businesses. I own a bounce house company and I cannot make access after 9pm. If they were to change this it really would be a great place. Other than that the place is clean and the temperature inside is very good for keeping everything in great condition. The lack of after hours access is the biggest flaw in this location so be aware of this. read more

Linda is extremely professional and helpful, making our move in very smooth and easy.

They start you off at an inexpensive rate, Then raise the rate every 6 months by $5. With No cap It's as though they're fining you for renting their units for more than 6 months. I rent a tiny 5x5 unit. They had a special...started off a $28. Great deal. 6 months later I pay $33. I'm now at $42 & change. I called and asked whether they would keep raising the price with no end, which doesn't seem fair being the smallest unit the rent. The person in the office said, "yes" every 6 months with No cap. No one said this to me when I rented the unit, though I'm sure it was hidden in the fine print. Not a nice way to treat customers. I will be moving my few things somewhere that values a customer who pays a month ahead & needs just a small unit. The storage facility itself is clean, the employees nice. I think they should disclose the raising of the rent every 6 months before people store their property in one of the units. read more

We had a wonderful experience with public storage. When I first reserved my unit I had a bad experience with an agent on the phone, who ended up accidentally canceling my reservation and triple booking appointments. When I arrived at public storage on my move in day, the manager Linda was absolutely wonderful. She resolved my issue and assured I was able to move in to the unit I reserved at the same price- although whoever I had spoken with previously made a mistake. Linda has a wonderful personality and it is obviously she truly cares about her customers. I would definitely use public storage again! Affordable, clean, spacious and of course Linda! read more

Good storage. Convenient locations. But PRICES ARE HIGH and they will raise it every single chance they get. Prices go up 10 to 20% per year. They will not wright a long term contract. Everything is month to month. They don't care if you stay or go. I have rented for 7 years and after the most recent increase I decided its not worth keeping the unit and I will be packing up. read more

This particular location is the most amazing storage location you can imagine...and I visited many before making a decision. My top priorities were safety/security, good lighting and accessibility. Not only does this location embody those, but it is super convenient, clean, has a covered area for (un)loading and has Linda! I've rented a unit here for a couple of years and Linda has always been so helpful, friendly, and gone above/beyond in ensuring all is well. What a treasure! The fees are reasonable, and yes they do creep up as do all costs, but here you get value for the money and peace of mind. -Dawn read more
