Fix the massive pot hole at the entrance/exit by the gate. It's been like that for years and it bent my cars front rim (that's how deep it is). It's not that difficult or expensive to put some gravel in it. And it's not like you guys don't have the $$$ to fix it. read more

The air conditioning system is very bad, it is not really controlled, the doors of the building do not close well, the cars are in bad condition, bad service and they abuse with the prices and change them at their discretion increasing them beyond what is on the market a few months after renting. read more

I found myself in a bind for storage, thought I had enough space but I didn't. With my belongings in tow, we called Public Storage to get information on renting space. Spoke with Clinton on the phone and truly he could not have been nicer. Upon arrival, everything was as he had promised, he was super friendly and polite. Rented a 10x10 outside unit, the process was very easy online, everything worked out like it was supposed to. Only issue I had was the connection via the iPhone to access the gate, the connection was very slow but it did work. My items all damaged due to rodents, and roaches all over my items. I walked in on Monday with my movers and roaches were coming from every item and I only had my items there less than one year and I had to throw out a perfect Restoration hardware desk, King mattress, and other items that are infested. I will never use public storage again. My rugs smelled like urine, and droppings all over. Probably rat or another rodents feces and urine. I was in disgust. They now had an increase to over 350 a month, and for what. Unless you want your items destoyed, do not go to this Public storage. Not even the light worked and the office was closed for maintenance. read more

I've had my things in storage here at the Weston public storage location for about six years now from time to time I have to stop in to get things and Linda has always been really really great to work with. She's friendly and will do everything she can to make your stay pleasant and productive. on top of that the property is always clean and kept in good condition. We have used this location for many years now, in fact we just rented a second locker. I could not be happier with Eddie and the rest of the staff. They are friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. They also are not trying to push you into more space than you need and can advise you as to what would suit you best.
