Unfortunately, I was forced to use this location yesterday as a last resort after my initial reservation fell through. I rent from U-Haul weekly and have never encountered such disgusting, aggressive behavior. Robert is incredibly hostile, interrogates customers, and demanded to know what I was hauling. He literally yelled in my face, "I can speak over you!" and ultimately refused my rental out of spite because I asked why he questions what I will be hauling every time I come to his store. To put the cherry on top of his power trip, he actually called the Sheriff's Department on us. No other U-Haul representative has EVER asked me these questions in the two years I have used this company. He is an aggressive power-tripper who should not be working with the public, especially women. I will be escalating this with corporate to the fullest extent. Avoid this place at all costs!

I know this is a company policy and not the location but I hate that you not only pay per mile but you also have to return the truck with the same amount of gas you got it with. The truck definitely wasn't inspected or cleaned after use because there was trash left in the cabin when I got in. Chips on the floor and a deodorant cap in the cup holder. The seatbelt was stiff and hard to put on. Everything else was good.

It is located in McNab rd off of University dr. The picking up process was also easy, the only thing that we were iffy about is that they take a picture of yoir drivers license. Scrap that, we did have a little bit of a discrepancy with the gas they marked the truck having versus the amount of gas the truck actually did have. But you cannot get something like that past my husband and he was able to get it fix it right away. We are not moving or anything we just wanted a truck to pick up some doors I order at Home Depot and other building materials that would have been too bulky for just a pick up, and Home Depot's truck rental is by the hour and there was absolutely no way we would've been able to get everything we needed in that little bit of time, so this worked out great. We actually kept the truck until the next day and bought some more stuff we needed in the morning. And a grand total was under $50. They have a lot of trucks. Chances are you will find what do you need available, and they also have a storage facility on the premises which I was told to tell everyone I know that the first month is free LOL The lady who helped us the day of the rental was very helpful, very informative,and very nice. It was a painless process. I am definitely using this U-Haul rental again
