NOT properly climate controlled since new management came in August 2023. It used to be 74 degs…read more+/- and 47-52% humidity inside. Now, new management raised the thermostats to 78 degs which lets humidity climb into the upper 60s to 70s. Mold and mildew ranges that are not good for fabrics, furniture and bedding.. I've run a recording thermometer / hygrometer since day one and it was very consistent before August. New manager says corp made them raise thermometer to 78 and won't budge. Also, he said he was "not allowed" to share corporate contact info. WTH? We like this location; it's safe, clean, convenient, and the staff have been awesome. Now, it is starting to smell bad inside and other tenants have commented the same to me.

There was one gal working and she was helpful, although most items are basically self serve. It wasn't very hard to shop as we sort of knew what we wanted. I was packing up some fine china -- a wedding gift from my first wedding (IYKYK ha ha). And needs some cushioned/padded covers for these dishes plus a special packing box. They had a perfect "kit" with all the items together. While we were there, we also got a couple extra boxes to store some of our stuff (junk?). The process was fast. We paid and left. Glad to know they are not far away should I need additional supplies.
