He later claimed that he couldn't remove the spots and that they weren't caused by his services. I find this unlikely, as the spots weren't present before the service. My screen has scratches on it as well. The cleaning of the seats left water marks. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I paid $140 for this service. Photographic evidence of the instrument panels and steering wheel, both before and after, is available and was shared with him.
