Excellent and very informative much better faster and offer you much more for your car than CarMax…read more They explained to me that my payoff as I saw it was not my payoff if they purchased it for me it would be less as they didn't have to include taxes etc. I thought my payoff was $18k and once they logged into my finance company it was actually $16,7 They offered me $16,4 so I only had to come out of pocket $300 to get rid of a car. Amazing deal I did not end up going that route because the Cadillac dealer offered me another $100 so I walked away from the car only paying $200. If I waited to turn the car in after end of lease I would have owed one more $600 car payment plus $2800 because I was 14,000 over mileage plus a down payment for the new car. So thanks to Car Drop educating me on my options I walked away winking. . I highly recommend them.

Final Update: Your response doesn't change my experience…read more The same vehicle that you described as having "thousands of dollars" in undisclosed issues was later inspected by CarMax, which offered me $4,500. That alone speaks volumes. Your entire response is based on your opinion of the vehicle's condition. Another national buyer evaluated the exact same vehicle and reached a very different conclusion. My issue has never been that you inspected the vehicle, it's that the preliminary expectation changed dramatically after I made the trip. If the vehicle truly had the extensive defects you describe, that should have been communicated more accurately during the appraisal process instead of after I arrived. This will be my final update. Readers can review both sides, compare the facts, and decide for themselves.

The only glitch was that the mechanic forgot to replace the valve stem caps but my service advisor , Mike was able to take care of that immediately. There was a plastic portion of a previous body repair that we noticed was not replaced and it does look incomplete, so I'm hoping they will be able to take care of that for me. I brought it in for an oil change wipers and a general check up since it was a while since I've had anything done a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. And was planning a bit of a long drive. They were prompt and the Hospitality was great. They found brakes that were metal on metal in the front . When I asked them about it, they asked me if the brakes fell soft and indeed, I have had a problem for a month or two with the brakes. They now feel perfect. The only Glitch was on the way home I realized the wipers weren't done though the car was riding better than it had since I bought it. I called the next morning. They said come in and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. You can't get treatment like this anywhere.

Also it is unfair to the hardworking well intentioned workers to be blamed for the errors of corporate owners when they are trying hard to do their jobs. I went into Mercedes with a minor problem and Michael was quick to help, friendly and offered insight and knowledge into my S Class that I was unaware of. My overall opinion of the dealership is still a sub zero - as reflected in my prior review but I would be remiss not to mention and respect employees like Michael.

I have purchased numerous vehicles from this dealership. Over the course of that relationship, I…read morehave encountered repeated issues with the service department, including pricing practices that were inconsistent with representations made at the time of authorization, as well as deficiencies in the identification and handling of required service. The most recent incident involved hood latches. The component at issue should have been covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty, or, in the alternative, repaired at a cost not exceeding approximately $500. Instead, I was charged $1,449.75 just for the part. I retain the receipt documenting that charge and intend to present this matter to the manufacturer and to corporate ownership. Prior to the transaction, I conducted independent due diligence regarding warranty coverage and customary pricing. The service manager thereafter made representations that were inconsistent with those facts. I will not conduct further business with this dealership.
