Awesome and fast experience. Taylor was amazing and called me at tge perfect time. Kiawana was absolutely amazing and such a great person to do what can be a hard process. I got a good deal on the new tires and my alignment. A panel in the drivers side wheel well was replaced. The only glitch was that the mechanic forgot to replace the valve stem caps but my service advisor , Mike was able to take care of that immediately. There was a plastic portion of a previous body repair that we noticed was not replaced and it does look incomplete, so I'm hoping they will be able to take care of that for me. I've been buying cars and received service from Grieco for a number of years now and always feel valued. I wish they would get the construction over with though. read more

Nothing they need to close there location. I can not believe no one state wise has not done anything about this car dealership. They are rip off company. I look at all the complaints how sad. Is this America how could this be happing. read more

Great experience! Buying a car was a breeze. We came in with a number in mind, and two people in this dealership made it happen. Mark Cato and Mike Finegan. Mark is in sales, and Mike is a manager. Mark went above and beyond at every step of the way, from greeting us at the door, to sending us off in our new CX-70. And Mike is actually there to help you, he gave us a fair price right off the bat. This was the second Mazda dealership we stopped at that day, and Mike's starting offer was other dealership's "final" offer. Needless to say, next time this will be our first and only stop. When buying a car make sure to ask for Mark and Mike. They will take great care of you. Thank you again, guys! read more

Service was efficient first time going and was very appreciative of the video they provided showing the car being reviewed for service and what issues the car had will definitely be back read more

This was my 3rd trip to Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach for an oil change. The dealership is currently under renovation but they have shaded outdoor seating, bathrooms, coffee/tea for waiting customers. The service advisor who helped me asked the appropriate questions and was not pushy selling other services. I waited only 30-40 minutes and then I was notified that the oil change was complete. While waiting, the tech working on the car videotapes his work, which is helpful. The prices of service is fair and so will return. read more

I never knew that leasing a car could be so satisfying. The general manager, Anthony, and a senior sales manager, MO, treated me like a VIP from the moment I showed interest in trading in my current M3. They created the numbers that I was comfortable with, found the car in the exact color I loved, made the paperwork easy to understand and I left the car lot with a beautiful new auto. Since I am not at all tech savvy, Mo spent nearly 2 hours with me going through all the knobs, and buttons until I fully understood. What a great experience. Anthony and Mo are to be congratulated on the extraordinary customer satisfaction that they provide read more

Horrible experiences every single time. The place is in utter chaos. No one has there act together. They let go of key employees who were so service friendly and replaced them with people that barely speak the English language, a service manager Stephanie that never returns phone calls, you have a 90 year old named Walter sells and trying to figure out numbers on a car who can barely see. It's a disaster at this location But your cars elsewhere!!! read more

My 2025 Mazda CX 50 hybrid had a recall to upgrade the software. I called the Mazda dealer and got an appointment for the next day. Greico Mazda appears interested in quality care. They provided a video of my car explaining their service upon its completion. The car ran well afterward. The "Ambassador" (service rep) was cordial and efficient. I was there a total of two hours for the car's first oil change/checkup. read more

Everything from dropping car off to getting the car back in the time they quoted. Service people were very polite and helpful.

Just like before, my visit for service to Greico Mazda was excellent. My cx50 only needed the 12,000 mile maintenance visit. I was met with smiles and greetings from every employee I saw. AJ was my service assistant. He is very friendly and was thorough on everything my car needed. I went inside to wait for the service. At VW I was used to sitting 3-4 hours, AJ contacted me in 2 hours. I was amazed. They also do a walk around video showing me the service areas and the checks they did on my car, such as windshield wipers and tire tread depth. Yes, Mazda is my new automaker. And Grieco is our dealer. Thank you guys! read more

Warmly greeted. Service tech Justin was great. Knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Excellent from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I was looking a CX5 and the price that was quoted very reasonable. I called other dealers and was quoted at least 1.5K more for the same car; they told me that my quote was not 'real' and that I will be charged more. The saleslady Kiauna assured me that the price will not change. At the dealership I looked at other cars, including used ones - Kiauna answered all the questions in a pleasant professional manner with no pressure at all. Her manager Mike was helpful and the finance manager Anthony offered various options for and extended warranty, etc. also, without any pressure whatsoever. It was a very pleasant and easy transaction. read more

Purchased a used vehicle from Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach in January 2026. As of June 2026, I still have not received my title or registration, and my temporary tag has expired. The dealership advised there was a Wells Fargo lien issue, but the matter remains unresolved months later. Very disappointing experience and lack of communication. read more

I sold the vehicle I purchased from Grieco over 6 months ago, and still have not received a refund for the gap insurance coverage. The old finance manager never sent in my paperwork to the gap insurance provider. Months later I had to call the provider and do it myself. The provider has since processed the refund yet Grieco never dispersed a check to me. The finance managers are impossible to get on the phone and they literally have never returned a message that I've left. read more

On my 2nd lease with Greco Mazda. Great experience overall...no hassles and no games. Ask for Walter! He made it a great transaction.

The service person was friendly and helpful. They took me in a timely manner and the car was ready when promised.

I was looking to buy a car from this dealership, but they kept saying this car was in service everytime I would head there saying they'd call once it was off, I never got a call nor a text and they sold the car next day. very unprofessional would not take my chances with them read more

As a repeat customer, I came back to dealership to purchase another car. The experience and time with sale rep was pleasant. However on the way out, I had the misfortune of being introduced to the sales manager who was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Needless to say not only did he ruin a good relationship with the dealership, he also changed our mind with continuing any further negotiations in purchasing the car. However, we will be buying the car, but at another dealership. I don't recall the previous manager being so obnoxious! May want to consider another sales manager change! read more

VERY LONG WAIT FOR SERVICE . This is the 2nd. Time this has happened. I emailed them and they have not responded??????

Major Finance Screwups on my car purchase ( Even thought I've bought Multiple Cars from them) have made me rethink this dealership. Sadly will never go back! Promises made that were not kept. Biggest disappointment is Tyler. Had proof of their error and all he said was "Well you signed" - Ridiculous way to approach business. read more

I Would Give Zero Stars If I Could Do NOT trust Grieco Mazda -- especially if you're a woman. My experience with this service department was nothing short of infuriating. From the moment I walked in, I was misled, manipulated, and outright lied to. They told me multiple falsehoods about the condition of my car, and tried to pressure me into unnecessary services. It was clear from the way I was treated that they saw me as an easy target -- a woman who wouldn't question their tactics. They took full advantage of that. I came in informed and prepared, but it didn't stop them from speaking down to me, using scare tactics, and trying to upsell bogus repairs. When I later had my car evaluated by a trusted mechanic, I was told that much of what Grieco Mazda claimed was either exaggerated or completely fabricated. I highly urge others -- especially women -- to steer clear of this place. You deserve honesty and respect, and you won't find it at Grieco Mazda. read more

Not sure what everybody else was experiencing, but I had a great customer experience here. As soon as I walked in the salesman, Danard, was immediately very attentive and patient. Even though I did not know exactly what I wanted, he took his time to show me around the inventory and explain different options and prices. I felt he did the best he could do to work with me on my trade-in value, and to not keep me waiting, despite having to go through the chain of command to make anything happen. I felt he was honest & in was really satisfied with my purchase from here. Ill be coming back to him for all my future car needs. read more

I took my vehicle here for service in February of this year. After I got home with my car, I noticed my license plate border that I had over my license plate was now missing and replaced with a Greico Mazda license plate border. I tried to call multiple times to speak with someone in management about reporting this and I never received a call back. I know it's minor the license plate border but they essentially stole my license plate border and replaced it with theirs so I could drive around advertising their store. That is very untrustworthy. I purchased my previous Mazda from here too! I will not be going back to this dealership. Very untrustworthy employees! read more

The Delray Mazda service facility was clean and organized. You pull into a covered area and the service people are a step away. Yuri listen to my concerns and provided me communication via text messages. Before they worked on my vehicle they sent me a video on the work they were going to perform!! This is a great way to earn trust between the consumer and the mechanic. He proved to me on video what needed to be replaced or repaired. My only recommendation is they wash the car before giving it back. The other dealerships do that and it's a nice touch. read more
