I got a good deal on the new tires and my alignment. A panel in the drivers side wheel well was replaced. The only glitch was that the mechanic forgot to replace the valve stem caps but my service advisor , Mike was able to take care of that immediately. There was a plastic portion of a previous body repair that we noticed was not replaced and it does look incomplete, so I'm hoping they will be able to take care of that for me. I've been buying cars and received service from Grieco for a number of years now and always feel valued. I wish they would get the construction over with though. read more

This was my 3rd trip to Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach for an oil change. The dealership is currently under renovation but they have shaded outdoor seating, bathrooms, coffee/tea for waiting customers. The service advisor who helped me asked the appropriate questions and was not pushy selling other services. I waited only 30-40 minutes and then I was notified that the oil change was complete. While waiting, the tech working on the car videotapes his work, which is helpful. The prices of service is fair and so will return. read more

Just like before, my visit for service to Greico Mazda was excellent. My cx50 only needed the 12,000 mile maintenance visit. I was met with smiles and greetings from every employee I saw. AJ was my service assistant. He is very friendly and was thorough on everything my car needed. I went inside to wait for the service. At VW I was used to sitting 3-4 hours, AJ contacted me in 2 hours. I was amazed. They also do a walk around video showing me the service areas and the checks they did on my car, such as windshield wipers and tire tread depth. Yes, Mazda is my new automaker. I was looking a CX5 and the price that was quoted very reasonable. I called other dealers and was quoted at least 1.5K more for the same car; they told me that my quote was not 'real' and that I will be charged more. The saleslady Kiauna assured me that the price will not change. At the dealership I looked at other cars, including used ones - Kiauna answered all the questions in a pleasant professional manner with no pressure at all. Her manager Mike was helpful and the finance manager Anthony offered various options for and extended warranty, etc. also, without any pressure whatsoever. I sold the vehicle I purchased from Grieco over 6 months ago, and still have not received a refund for the gap insurance coverage. The old finance manager never sent in my paperwork to the gap insurance provider. Months later I had to call the provider and do it myself. The provider has since processed the refund yet Grieco never dispersed a check to me. The finance managers are impossible to get on the phone and they literally have never returned a message that I've left. read more

As a repeat customer, I came back to dealership to purchase another car. The experience and time with sale rep was pleasant. However on the way out, I had the misfortune of being introduced to the sales manager who was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Needless to say not only did he ruin a good relationship with the dealership, he also changed our mind with continuing any further negotiations in purchasing the car. However, we will be buying the car, but at another dealership. I don't recall the previous manager being so obnoxious! May want to consider another sales manager change! read more

I Would Give Zero Stars If I Could Do NOT trust Grieco Mazda -- especially if you're a woman. My experience with this service department was nothing short of infuriating. From the moment I walked in, I was misled, manipulated, and outright lied to. They told me multiple falsehoods about the condition of my car, and tried to pressure me into unnecessary services. It was clear from the way I was treated that they saw me as an easy target -- a woman who wouldn't question their tactics. They took full advantage of that. I came in informed and prepared, but it didn't stop them from speaking down to me, using scare tactics, and trying to upsell bogus repairs. When I later had my car evaluated by a trusted mechanic, I was told that much of what Grieco Mazda claimed was either exaggerated or completely fabricated. I highly urge others -- especially women -- to steer clear of this place. You deserve honesty and respect, and you won't find it at Grieco Mazda. read more

I took my vehicle here for service in February of this year. After I got home with my car, I noticed my license plate border that I had over my license plate was now missing and replaced with a Greico Mazda license plate border. I tried to call multiple times to speak with someone in management about reporting this and I never received a call back. I know it's minor the license plate border but they essentially stole my license plate border and replaced it with theirs so I could drive around advertising their store. That is very untrustworthy. I purchased my previous Mazda from here too! I will not be going back to this dealership. Very untrustworthy employees! read more

Not sure what everybody else was experiencing, but I had a great customer experience here. As soon as I walked in the salesman, Danard, was immediately very attentive and patient. Even though I did not know exactly what I wanted, he took his time to show me around the inventory and explain different options and prices. I felt he did the best he could do to work with me on my trade-in value, and to not keep me waiting, despite having to go through the chain of command to make anything happen. The Delray Mazda service facility was clean and organized. You pull into a covered area and the service people are a step away. Yuri listen to my concerns and provided me communication via text messages. Before they worked on my vehicle they sent me a video on the work they were going to perform!! This is a great way to earn trust between the consumer and the mechanic. He proved to me on video what needed to be replaced or repaired. My only recommendation is they wash the car before giving it back. The other dealerships do that and it's a nice touch. read more

They seem to have forgotten the concept of "customer service." Instead of easily canceling a service agreement on a vehicle I no longer possess, they were insisting that I physically go to the dealership to sign some kind of documents, when in fact, I only had to make a phone call to the third-party holding the service agreement to request the cancellation. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I would never go back there and discourage others from going there! read more

BUYER BEWARE: My experience with Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach went smoothly on purchasing day. I was disappointed in the "detailing" that was offered for my new car, which consisted of removing the stickers off the windows, and that's it. My car was still dirty and smudged in several areas. Unfortunately, after my purchase, it was and is pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone via phone OR email there, ever. I was given incomplete information about a very important process they were supposed to take care of for me with the state of Florida, and when I tried to follow up about it via phone days later, I called SO MANY times and left voice-mails with several people, over several days, including my sales lady, the finance guy, and Xavier the manager, who when I persisted and emailed and kept calling, finally returned my call. This return call was weeks after I had purchased my vehicle and started trying to contact someone at Grieco. I was given no apology from Xavier for the difficulty I had reaching anyone and getting a document I needed or any information. In fact, he stated I never left him any voice-mail because he checks it daily.....yeah no he doesn't return the call. I also sent him and others at Grieco emails with zero response. Dont bother writing Grieco staff or managers emails, its a waste of time. Frankly, the entire ordeal was highly distressing. I am so disappointed in Grieco Mazda. After my 10th or 12th call, I insisted to the rude receptionist that I would wait on hold until she found me someone who could speak to me and help me, she said "they're busy with customers so they can't speak to you", I had to gently remind her, I am a customer! I just purchased a car from you guys!!!!! Clearly to Grieco Mazda, as soon as you sign the dotted lines, you cease to exist and they will NOT give you the time of day. I simply want to say I sincerely hope nobody has to experience what I went through and I want to warn others to think twice about dealing with this "dealer" and their unprofessional staff.
