I am extremely disappointed with this dealership's customer service. I purchased a Corvette from them in January 2025 and also paid for a warranty, which was added directly to my loan. When I attempted to have my vehicle repaired, I was informed that the warranty was never activated by the dealership. Since August 13, 2025, I have repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding this issue. Despite countless phone calls and voicemails, I have only spoken once with Mark Rapp, the finance manager, and Sergio, the sales manager--and neither has returned any follow-up calls. I have even gone to the dealership in person, despite living far away, and the lack of care, urgency, and accountability is unbelievable. Because of their failure, I have been unable to repair critical issues on my vehicle. A functioning trunk is essential in such a small car, and now my seat belt has been torn for over two months. Due to the dealership's error with the warranty, I cannot get it fixed--putting my safety at risk should an accident occur. I have been told the dealership has gone through multiple finance representatives, which likely explains how this situation occurred, but that does not excuse the continued neglect or broken promises. No one follows through, and no one takes responsibility. I strongly do not recommend purchasing a warranty through this dealership, as mine was paid for but never honored. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT LEASE, FINANCE, OR PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THE CRIMINALS OF GREICO CHEVROLET OF DELRAY BEACH!!! These people are LAWBREAKING FRAUDSTERS with smiles on their faces. Valentina assisted me with my purchase. I was told the vehicle I'm financing only came with one key. Valentina advised me that she'd try to obtain the second key. However, I soon came to the realization that this was to no avail. I had to pay $200 OUT OF POCKET to get a second key programmed for my vehicle. The only assistance that Valentina provided me was the contact information for the key specialist the dealership is contracted with. Also shortly after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that on the right-hand side of the bumper, it did not sit flush with the headlight and the gap between the two was increasing. I also reported this to Valentina and all she provided me with was the information for the autobody shop that the dealership is contracted with. After taking the car to the auto body shop that Valentina suggested I go to I was advised by the supervisor that the headlight is cracked and that's why the bumper isn't resting flush. I was given a ridiculous quote of $10,000 from the contracted auto body shop of the dealership to fix the bumper. My vehicle is currently at 77,000 miles. I began financing my "certified pre-owned" 2020 Chevrolet Malibu at approximately 45,000 miles in April of 2023. By early June of 2023, less than three full months after purchasing my vehicle the check engine light appeared steady on the dashboard. Again I reported this to the dealership, and I was advised that although I paid an additional $3,000 for an extended warranty policy I'd still have to come out of pocket for a diagnosis before the extended warranty policy would cover any expenses. Earlier this year my car completely shut off on I-95, the engine wouldn't turn over and the electric wasn't turning on either. In May of this year, I decided to get the check engine light diagnosed so the necessary repairs could commence. This is when I discovered that the vehicle I purchased is NOT in fact certified. I had to go back and forth between Sergio the sales manager at Greico, the extended warranty company Zurich, and General Motors to finally receive a definitive answer. Over three years after my purchase date it was FINALLY disclosed to me that my vehicle is deemed NOT certified because it did not meet GM standards of a certified pre-owned vehicle. Therefore, the vehicle I purchased which I was advised by Grieco Chevrolet of Delray Beach was certified pre-owned in actuality was not. I was refunded the $3,000 I paid for the extended warranty policy at the time of purchase and that was all the compensation the dealership provided. Sergio advised me that the repairs needed were too extensive for the dealership to pay for themselves and that I'd have to self-pay for any additional repairs. Because my vehicle isn't certified and the extended warranty I purchased is no longer in effect there was nothing further the dealership was willing to do for me. I took my car to another mechanic and I was advised that several of the engine's parts were not original Chevrolet parts. The supervisor of the auto shop said he believes that the engine in my car was swapped out and is not the original engine that came with the car. When I purchased the vehicle none of this information was disclosed to me. The criminals of Grieco Chevrolet of Delray Beach swindled me into purchasing a LEMON and a FRAUDULENT extended warranty policy. I am currently seeking legal representation to assist with the LEMON I purchased from Grieco Chevrolet of Delray Beach. Overall, if possible I would give this dealership ZERO STARS. They're LIARS, MANIPULATORS, AND CHEATS who don't care for their customers after they sign that dotted line and leave the dealership. Terrible transparency, communication, customer service, and compassion for the community they serve. (1) choose your "advisor" carefully... ours was inept, didn't know squat about cars, couldn't work her computer, and literally had to tell her ten times what we needed fixed and she still managed to forget half the list, which she never printed; I had to remind her to give me a claim ticket for my car! (2) upsell was so persistent and continuous it started making me sick; like, Geeze, pay attention to the list of stuff I actually need fixed before trying to sell me wiper blades and a battery! (3) they charge for labor but also charge a shop fee, and really just changing a plastic tank that costs $40 at an auto parts store should not be $248 plus another $35 for "use of tools." I worked with Rich Moss - great guy! He acclimated his approach to fit mine and we worked well together to reach a satisfactory deal for both parties. The first place that I went to low-balled me, and the third place wasn't able to pay me out same day. Rich stood out. I'd say the best part about the transaction was that Rich never wavered in his respect for me as the seller. I was open to seeing what direction he would take the conversation and he operated from a place of dignity. I respect Rich, our deal, and both reflect highly on Grieco Chevy in my opinion. Due to being Hospitalized is was well over two weeks before I could even think about making an appointment to even look at the car. After seeing the car I made an initial offer which was rejected. From the evidence I see through my own experiences, GM does not seem at all in control of the battery system problems they use on their Chevrolet Bolt. I had nothing but difficulties with my car, and a complete lack of useful help from the Chevy dealership on Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale. Their Service manager Camilo tried to cover the fact of their inability to fix the problems by claiming that the range of this car is now actually 250 miles when in fact the salesman represented to me when I bought it, that it was 308. It just seems to me that GM is committing big thievery by not delivering what they promise through their dealerships. I feel that if there are any legal consumer organizations they should now get involved to put a stop to GM dishonesty. read more

I purchased my 2018 Chevy Traverse from Greico and had a great experience with the sales team and the service department has continued the great experience with the dealership. Back in November my Traverse started making a funny noise from the exhaust. I took it into the dealership and they found that the exhaust manifold had a broken weld. My service person, Aaron Bonewitz, got the issue fixed and took care of the issue with no hassle. Then last week the exhaust started making the same noise again. I brought it back in and as I pulled up Aaron heard the noise, saw me and said we will take care of it. My car was past the warranty period by 2000 miles and Aaron said that this was not a problem and once again got the cracked exhaust manifold taken care of. (our community is seeking both criminal and civil charges against the recovery company) and less than 3 mins from arriving home from picking our kids up from school they drove away with our car with our belongings including medical supplies for a young child without notice, and now they are not providing us with the location of the vehicle to recover our belongings including car seats, kids back packs, and medical supplies for a child.
