Expensive oh expensive I want to start this review by saying that everyone there was very nice and kind--that is not the issue. The issue is how expensive the service was. My vehicle is a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I left it at the shop on a Saturday because the check engine light had come on. In hindsight, I should have asked about the diagnostic fee beforehand. I didn't have an appointment; I simply dropped off the car and left the keys. Again, everyone at the shop was very friendly and professional. After dropping off the car at 8:15 a.m., I called around 12:45 p.m. and was told they had been trying to contact me. In the end, they quoted me approximately $1,400 for a complete gas canister replacement and fuel induction service. When I tried to negotiate the price, they lowered it to about $1,350, but the parts had to be ordered and the repair would not be completed until Monday. The diagnostic fee came to $258.35 if paid in cash. If you pay with a debit or credit card, there is an additional 3% charge. I wish I had known about the diagnostic fee beforehand because it felt like a punch in the gut. I earned less than $800 that week, so every dollar matters in my budget. We've taken our Range Rover here a couple of times. First, to do a full brake job and second to replace the alternator and battery after a charging system failure. Both times, the experience was professional, friendly, and prompt, and Matthew has been incredibly helpful each time. During our brake work, because of the complexity of Range Rovers and the electronic system throughout the car, an issue with the running boards unfortunately happened. Matthew and the world class team were prompt and helpful to schedule a follow-up diagnostic to isolate the cause of the issue and, after determining it, fixed it and covered the costs of the repairs. The brakes and running boards have been working great. For the charging system failure, my husband, baby, and I were stranded after the alternator failed and the battery died. We got the vehicle towed and dropped the keys in the overnight box so the mechanics could diagnose the next morning. He got a call that morning, letting him know what repairs were needed, and they completed the job that same day. We were able to pick up the car by 5 pm! Thanks again to Matthew, Aaron, and everyone at World Class Auto repairs!! Great location + lots of parking + all the work that was done came with a 2 year/24k miles warranty. Once again, World Class auto, produced a timely repair to my 2014 Mercedes, my sun roof drains became clogged, this resulted in water intrusion to the trunk of my car shorting out computer models. Mike the master technician at world class was able to find my issue timely. Mike was able to obtain my new computer and program the computer system to my car. That was pretty amazing and professional exsplaning and showing me the process. The repair was half the cost of the dealer. What I liked that I was made part of the repair on my Mercedes, not being a technician i learned so much about modern cars of today. Was a great experience with this company. I brought my 2017 Mercedes in for a service. Turned out it needed tires, brakes, and some other things i TRULY needed, weren't made up. Matthew called and worked the price out with me explaining everything. I agreed and the work was done in 1 day, feeling like a new car! I parked it at home and 2 days later noticed some type of blue spots around hood and mirrors. Like paint or gum or something. Took back to World Class. They said it doesn't look like something that can be damaged like that there, but they will take care of me either way. Dropped the car off and their detailer came and got it all off for me, FREE! Saved $800 and gained a go-to auto shop! On Labor Day, I discovered a screw lodged in one of my rear run-flat tires--it was slowly leaking air. I called a couple of local tire centers the next morning, and they all told me the same thing: run-flats can't be patched, and I'd need to replace both rear tires for around $800. Mind you, these tires had barely 1,000 miles on them! Something about that didn't sit right. So I called World Class Auto Repair, a place I'd passed by many times but never visited. The manager said they might be able to patch it and invited me to bring the car in. I drove over right away, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The bays were spotless, the staff was friendly, and the service tech got to work immediately. They inspected the tire, put the car on the rack, and--amazingly--plugged the tire at no charge. I tipped the tech happily and was in and out in under 15 minutes, including drive time. Not only did I avoid an unnecessary $800 expense, but I also found a shop that's honest, efficient, and professional. I requested service from the establishment and a tow truck was promptly dispatched to my location. The vehicle was then transported to their shop for inspection. Once at the shop, the staff informed me that the alternator was broken and that the alternator belt was also damaged. They presented me with a repair estimate of $1,750 to fix the issue Include towing and diagnóstic. Concerned about the extremely high cost of the proposed repair, I decided to remove my vehicle from the premises and parked it at a nearby shopping plaza. Shortly afterward, a mechanic arrived in a mobile service unit and inspected the vehicle again. He determined that the problem was only the alternator belt, which he replaced. After replacing the belt, the vehicle was operating properly and I was able to continue my trip to Miami. Despite this, the original shop charged me $229.95 for an incorrect diagnosis. In total, I ended up paying $578, which included the tow truck service and the supposed diagnostic fee, without the issue actually being resolved by that establishment. read more

The name says it all - truly an outstanding service center. They have highly trained staff and state of the art technology, but they are also courteous and generous. I've had major work done there (replacing a transmission) and on a recent visit a tech helped me with a minor issue and the management comped the service. "Beware of Upselling and Overcharging - Dishonest Business Practices" I sent my 18-year-old son to World Class Auto Repair Center for a simple oil change, and they took advantage of his inexperience. Instead of just doing the oil change, they told him the rear brakes needed replacing immediately. "Not even mentioning the price." He ended up with a $1,806.29 bill--far beyond what was expected. Looking at the invoice, the labor costs are outrageously high, especially $620+ just to replace a serpentine belt (a job that should be much cheaper). $459+to replace 1 brake pad. $199 to change oil. This shop seems to prey on inexperienced customers by upselling unnecessary services and inflating labor costs. We regret trusting them and will never return. read more

I brought my car for scheduled maintenance. In addition to the regular fee, I was charged $400 extra for 3-part fuel injection service. I was not notified of this charge in advance. Upon checkout, I asked if it was a part of the regular 2-year service, I was told "yes". When I checked later whether it was, it was not. This service only is recommended if something feels wrong with the car. This was clearly unnecessary in my case. Previous reviews indicating lack of honesty and overcharging seem to be accurate. I wish I had read them before taking my vehicle for the service. read more

Went in for an oil leak and was told $1,400 to repair. This included the oil change. I was told it all checked out and engine was cleaned. Drove home 4 miles away and oil leak was much worse. Returned immediately to have them tell me it was something else and it was $850 more. I doubt the original repair was necessary or even done. To top it off they charged me for ANOTHER oil change. DONT BE FOOLED BY ALL THE CLASSIC CARS they are working on. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

6/17/24 moved up to Boca from Miami about 2.5 months ago. Looking to build a relationship with and find a "go to" car mechanic. One of my tires was constantly loosing air too soon. They have a very nice waiting room with large tv, complimentary coffee and drinks and appears to me their office A/C works well which is important to me and gives me a good vibe.
