Scam Alert! Went in for a routine service. They called later and said my rear brake pads were down to 15% and the rotors had to be replaced, all for $1,700. "Better do it now, before it turns into a $4,500 job." It just didn't feel right. I was definitely being pressured. So, I brought the car to my Mercedes dealer. The brake pads were at 60% and the rotors were fine. Since then, neighbors have told me similar tales. They are building a reputation of dishonesty. read more

First off i took my preowned genesis here and they charged me 200 or so and the person at the front desk assured me that they check everything,it is complete bull. I told him that my rear driver side tire is leaking and it will need an oil change. No Jeff, this is not a false review. Again, I had a very disappointing experience at World Class Auto Repair and I do not recommend this shop. I went in for an estimate on a transmission issue, explaining that my car was vibrating between 25-40 mph. They charged me $213.41 for the inspection and handed me a vague piece of paper saying "vehicle is vibrating between 20-40 mph," which was essentially a restatement of what I had already told them. When I asked for more clarity, they told me the transmission needed to be rebuilt and that it would cost around $9,000. However, when I asked them to put that in writing, they refused. Instead, they told me I'd need to pay twice the amount for the job because they would be offering a warranty. To me, this situation raised two red flags: They clearly didn't want to do the job, given the lack of transparency and refusal to provide a written estimate. It seems like they may not have the expertise to rebuild the transmission, as their solution involved charging double for what should have been a straightforward repair. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional and gave me serious doubts about their capabilities. I would advise caution before going to this shop. Good morning Boca Raton!!!!!!! After I realized I had a nail in my tire I drove to WORLD CLASS AUTO REPAIR, my auto repair shop. I have two Porsches and AREND takes care of both. I told him that I had a nail in my tire and he had one of their technicians do the repair. It took no time at all and as always everyone was helpful and wanted to be sure I was pleased. I drive a Tesla Y and had a slow leak in a rear tire. I've passed World Class for a long time now and always thought they only worked on European and Antique cars. I leaned that that was true but they work on ALL cars. I was in and out within 15 min. They patched the tire and gave it to me free of charge. Matthew B was incredible helpful by telling me to pull up to the garage to let his mechanic look at the tire. The helpful gentleman fixed my tire on the spot without me getting out the car. This shop is poorly managed. My 2017 Jaguar F Pace has been in their shop three times for the same repair (check engine light). It sits in the shop for two days each time before they even tend to it. The second time I brought it in, it sat for two days. I told Aaron that my car should have been looked at sooner since it was a return. Aaron replied "don't tell me how to run my shop". Not only are the service managers poor communicators, they are rude. While I was complaining about the service I received, Terry said "maybe you should take it to Jaguar". I said I would if they refunded my money but then he declined to comment. Several times I was told I would get a call back by end of day but never received a call. In every instance of picking up my car, the check engine light came on within 30 minutes. The third time I brought it back, not only was the check engine light on, but it was now leaking oil which has never happened before the repair. Again it sat for two days, so I decided to go there to find out what is going on. After explaining the chain of events to Terry, he told me he was a "master mechanic" and would check it personally. The next day I received a text message to say the car is ready for pick up. Upon pick up, Terry assured me there were no more vacuum or oil leaks. Shortly after leaving the shop, the "check engine" light came on again and the vehicle was now idling very rough. Obviously it was never fully road tested. I decided to immediately take my car to Jaguar for repair as I now have lost all confidence that this shop is capable of repairing my vehicle. Within 30 minutes of dropping the car off at Jaguar, the technician called and detailed several vacuum leaks, one of which was the repair World Class Auto claimed to have fixed. The technician forwarded photos and videos which I forwarded to World Class Auto. I proceeded to call Terry at World Class Auto to inform him what the Jaguar service technician found, and Terry advised me to bring it back in. I explained World Class Auto had three chances to repair it, so I will not return. I then respectfully asked that my money be refunded. Terry proceeded to hang up on me. Jaguar completed repairs, and the car runs perfect! Jaguar also returned all of the original parts. The original valve cover that they replaced was coated with some type of sealer that the previous technician used to try and seal the leak rather than replace the part. See attached photos. I sent a draft of this review to the owner Jeff Kranitz and informed him I would publish it if I didn't get a call from him. Jeff called me and we discussed my issues. At first he was pleasant but then became condescending and belligerent. He accused the Jaguar dealer of removing a hose to make it appear like a leak. He placed the blame on me saying I declined services. I never once declined service, I only questioned pricing. In every instance, when I picked up the car I was assured it was fixed. Jeff asked me what I wanted and I told him I would like a refund. He laughed and asked me if I was a "smart person". For the record, I know my way around cars. I ran a repair shop in the past and have restored numerous classic cars. Jeff proceeded to threaten me with legal action if I posted this review. By the way, Jeff's phone number has no caller ID so you cant call him back. In all fairness, I would have dropped this issue with an apology and acknowledgment of some of the shortcomings I experienced, but Jeff's actions motivated me even more to post this review. I encourage anyone to look at the past negative reviews as they all point out the exact same issues I have experienced. In fact, Jeff responded to one review saying he had a talk with the two employees in question. Apparently Jeff's talk did little good! read more

This establishment is a fraud, a scam, and the most rude customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They racked up $8000.00 in unauthorized parts for a repair of a single headlight. Re: World Class Auto, Boca Raton, FL Don't make the mistake of going to this place! It was such a horrible experience and waste of lots of money!!! And they have a terrible attitude!!! They are full of shit!!! I went there when my car wouldn't start and they should have just said, "We have no way of figuring out exactly what is wrong because we do not have the Audi computer system" which would have told us exactly what it was making the car not start. Instead, they kept throwing random new parts at the situation, so after the first time when they replaced the battery, they told me they had done a full diagnostic of the entire car, and they told me that now it would be fine and nothing else was a problem and that the car was in great condition and after the battery replacement I would not have any problems for a while. Then it broke down again within a week or two and wouldn't start so I took it back and they replaced the starter motor, and then it broke down again (after I had paid World Class Auto $4,000 and $1,000 in Ubers), so I finally took it to the dealer and they figured out that the car was fine and there was just a loose wire in the steering wheel starter area. And that the Starter Motor part that World Class Auto installed was bad and had to be replaced AGAIN...the dealer treated me with respect and kindness after all I had been through. And the guys at World Class Auto have ADD or something so when you try and talk to them about how you've already paid them money twice and the car is still breaking down which is perfectly reasonable to be upset, not only do they not care or have any sympathy, not only do they refuse to give any money back, but they don't even have the patience to listen when someone speaks, constantly interrupting and gaslighting, sometimes saying things to defend themselves that don't even make logical sense. To think I brought them banana bread and brownies after the first time they fixed the car and they still treated me this way!!! GASLIGHTING!!! GASLIGHTING!!! GASLIGHTING!!!! They like to verbally and emotionally abuse women. And they will keep telling you that things they do are under warranty, which means that the crappy parts (that you sometimes don't even need) they put in your car are under warranty, but you still have to pay them to keep installing them over again...and pay for the Ubers and inconvenience of breaking down over and over. read more

Do not use World Class Auto!!! My tail lights were out so I brought my car to World Class Auto for repair. I was given an estimate of $1077.83. This was for Fuse box w/circuit board and relays, Engine control module-remove and replace-powertrain control, 3rd brake light assembly LED and flash & reprogram. I said I didn't want them to do anything. They charged me $213. I picked the car up and took it somewhere else. All it needed was one fuse. The fuse cost $5.03. Stay away!!! They hung up on me when I called back. RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! I do have a copy of the estimate and also the invoice to replace the fuse from a reputable certified automotive shop. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst shop I've ever been to. I ordered a tire and not only did they order the wrong model. They also ordered the wrong load which makes my car not drive how it usually does. They also charge me the price of the correct tire which was $100 more than the tire they ordered me. I come in the next morning ask them to order me the correct one and they said no and that this is the only tire that is fit for bmw which then I showed them my tires and they said well you're just splitting hairs. I trusted this company to do what they said not write and now after paining $25000 more than was verbally quoted and promised my car is no longer working. I complained and they said pay and have it towed back in and they will fix problems that has nothing to do with why I brought my car In for.
