Maserati Roadside came to my house and I watched the battery be installed. There is NO programming required. It too about 15 minutes to change the battery and the charge was $380. I received an alert on the dashboard that I had low tire pressure. I discovered it was a screw in my tire and pulled into world class auto repair. The mechanic saw the screw and told me he could fix it but speak to the manager. I did and he was super nice and told the mechanic to fix it so I can get back on the road. I was surprised because, in today's society, it is rare to run across someone that shows understanding and compassion. I will definitely go back if I needed in the future. went in to World Class Auto Repair for a check engine light on my Maserati. Car was on the lot for 5 days before i get a call to say I also need brakes and tires apart from a fuel pump kit. So I did the expensive work and a week later the check engine light came on again . took it back and another 5 days went by as they said they were diagnosing the issue. All these days my Italian sports car sat in the hot sun when it is know the dashboard can be damaged from such exposure. next month the check engine light came on again and this time I took it to Boca Autohaus who figured out the problem is a $ 78 purge valve that needed replacement. Also got them to redo the new tire balance and alignment as World Class did a lousy job. I went back to Aaron at World Class and told him their diagnoses was incorrect and the problem was resolved inexpensively at another shop. He didnt seem to care or offer a credit atleast for the part of the many thousands i spent at World Class Auto. went in for check engine light that was eventually resolved elsewhere. Sorry I had a terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

The guy at U-Haul accidentally did not undue one of my tires when it was driven off the lift and ripped the whole computer system right out. I PAID THESE PEOPLE 1000$ TO FLOOD MY ENGINE I came in here for a transmission issue and came out with my engine completely flooded. As a young woman, it was hard for them to believe that I knew so much about my car. They kept insisting that I was wrong, and they knew more than me. I told them what the issue was going into it, and they kept insisting checking, completely unrelated things. my transmission wasn't shifting into gear because I have a manual car, so they checked the compression of my engine??? then they told me my car had NO compression AT ALL when I had done a compression test weeks before and it was fine. So now, I fixed the car completely by myself after paying them $1000. I paid these people $1000 to fuck up my engine, and then i had to fix it myself. They didn't even fix the problem I sent it in for. I took the car home after they told me it would be $9000 to fix a TINY SPRING in my engine. I know everything there is to know about the kind of car I have, and sent it into this shop as a last resort. I know exactly what happened to my car while it was there. They abused driving my car at high rpms without letting it heat up at all. Which completely flooded my engine. If I could post negative stars I would. Below is a complaint I have filed with BBB regarding my transaction with them in April of 2024. I had used thenm several times when they were European and the were great, but now ??????? See this and proceed with caution !!!!!!!! I own a 2006 MB and had the radio upgraded by another party. They damaged the electrical functions of the car so I took it to World Class to see if they could diagnose and repair. They kept the vehicle for a few days and billed me $4000+ and repaired nothing. In addition, the vehicle has 2 batteries which they "replaced": a) an Auxiliary Battery $272.99 and, b) an InterState $499.90. When I told them I had just replaced a battery, they said my battery had "shorted-out". Subsequently, when I found someone else to repair the vehicle, he discovered World Class had simply moved the battery I had purchased from Advance Auto Repair, from the Aux spot in the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle and there was NO INTERSTATE BATTERY in the vehicle. They charged me $499.90 + fees for NOTHING and disguised it as a repair item. They have literally stolen my money with a fraudulent transaction read more

Hands down, if you need your car repaired, especially if it is a "classic car", you need to take it World Class Auto to be repaired! Long story short, I own a 1977 MGB. Three years ago, my husband started having serious health issues. That meant that my car, which I love, sat in the garage. If you know classic cars, you know that that is the absolute worst thing you can do. Thankfully, after 3 long years, my husband is getting better. Unfortunately, the MG was suffering from serious neglect. Most of my friends, and my husband, were telling me to sell her for parts. That was something I did not want to do. Instead, I had her towed to World Class Auto. Not only did they fix her up, but Terri came up with a "plan" that allowed me to fix her up doing the major problem first, and staggering the rest. That lets me get joy of driving her around (safely) and yet complete all the work she needs without breaking me financially. Now, I only have one more thing to have fixed on her, but it says something that I am looking forward to taking her into World Class Auto for her repair. When was the last time anyone said that phrase? So if you are looking for a place to have your car repaired, you should go to World Class Auto. So the manager called me back and apologized for what happened. He mentioned the mechanic should have diagnosed the car before trying to sell me a service I didn't need. That to me falls in the "no shit..Sherlock" category. He basically admitted they were trying to rip me off. He offered a free oil change for my trouble but what he should have done was give back my money for the other service I'm sure I didn't need. Needless to say, I won't be going back for that free oil change as I'm thinking it would cost me at least $500 after I got out of there for that "free oil change" Be careful if you have to go to this place read more

Stay Away! World Class Scammers! All I needed was a battery replaced. I expressly told them NOT to worry about scanning for codes both when I called and when I checked in. Not only did they charge me for "scanning and diagnosing" they charged 2 hours for it, and it literally only takes 5 minutes to scan and read the codes. I went to Ferrari in Fort Lauderdale / pompano, very rude service dept, and quoted me min $4,000.00 for a basic service, plus plus. We found World-class auto on the web I called them up and asked the cost, dropped my car off yesterday morning, they did a full service and repaired the windscreen wiper tank and did a brake fluid change, found a nail in a tire, and all under $1500.00.
