I'm newer to the area and had a 5 star, first time experience with MFK. Max and Raymond took care of me from start to finish, replacing the oil pan, valve cover, spark plugs and fixing other leaks from my vehicle. Max went above and beyond with his customer service and communication, considering he had a flight out of the country the same day that I dropped my vehicle off. While out of the country, he was reaching out to me and providing updates on my vehicle, etc. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to MFK for service in the future. Really great service - I will never take my Audi anywhere else again. The guys at MFK gave my car front and back new brakes at incredibly reasonable rates - over 50% less than the $4700 that the Audi dealer quoted me. I also asked for the routine service per my mileage milestone and they did that, too - part of that included changing out the spark plugs. When I came to pick up my car they said they didn't do that because mine were fine - I appreciated the honesty on that. They also fixed a loose bolt on my door at no charge. The office is clean and the staff - in particular the owner - are very personable. Really nice, honest, kind and well-skilled people at MFK. They also offered to stay late to accommodate my schedule so that I could pick up my car that night and not the next day. read more

I contacted MFK after a frustrating search to find someone to do the work needed and seeing the reviews, it was nice to see some women being treated with respect. We were looking to install exhaust and long tube headers on a 2025 Mustang GT. Compared to several other shops I called, Mike was Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The estimate laid out the scope of work clearly and was reasonable. As soon as the parts arrived they got us in immediately to do the install. All along the way Mike sent photos and kept us informed. We ran into a couple of hiccups which was expected with a 2025, but they were diligent, patient and helped us to work through solutions. They did an fantastic job on my 2025 Mini Cooper S installing H&R lowering springs. I am very happy with the results! From an honesty standpoint, I told Raymond all the issues the dealership claimed my car had. MFK Auto could have easily charged me a lot or made up problems that didn't exist, but instead, they were straightforward and transparent. They explained what was actually going on -- including that my wheels weren't balanced -- and fixed the issue at a minor cost. They didn't invent any unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciate.
