Autobahn Auto Center is definitely a place that you should seriously consider for maintenance and repairs if you have a German Import car! First off, the owner Pablo runs a great, clean and professional shop! Unlike many shops that will try and "churn" you and recommend things that may not really need to be done for another year or two, I have found that he will only recommend services based on what the Manufacturer of your vehicle recommends at that mileage, or years of existence! Unless, the service technicians (who all seem to be great), notice something that needs attention. This is an HONEST BUSINESS that will do the right thing!:-) I have been using them for the last couple of years to service my 2018 BMW X6 and my 2019 Audi A4. And, although it is never cheap when you are maintaining these German import cars, I feel that you get a great price and value at Autobahn Auto Center! Specifically due to the aforementioned verbiage in that they will not try and recommend anything that you do not need at the time of service. This is pretty BIG in my opinion! After all, most of us have experienced other shops try to "churn" additional services that may not need to be done until a later date in the future. Lastly, but certainly "not the least", is that the staff that you interact with (Pablo, Katie & Amanda) are ALWAYS GREAT!:-) They are all super nice & informative if you have questions. If Katie & Amanda cannot answer them instantly, they will get an answer from Pablo pretty quickly and get back to you. I try not have favorites, but Katie is awesome! Management for this business is deplorable. I really have no idea how or why they were placed in that position. They do not care about the customers and I've been going there for the past year. They used to have girls working up front but they lost them. I assume the girls felt the pain that I've observed. beware. I read reviews and thought this was a good choice. I was dead wrong. owner tried to oversell services. he gave me a 2 page list of recommended services one of which was new tires. my tires were premium grade, 2 years old and had less then 20k miles on them. I bought them from Costco. owner said "you're in danger of a blowout" and "I'm surprised you don't hear them" he showed me a false report with low tread of 3/32 and photos which he said were "dry rot". this made me suspicious. I refused the two page list of recommended services, and the new set of tires and called Costco. Costco got me in within the hour. i drove there immediately. I have included photos of both Autobahns false report of a 3/32 tread with dry rot, and the report from Costco with the actual tire tread of 7/32. No dry rot. I concurred with not only the person, but two other people, including the manager at Costco to ensure that their report was correct. I wrote a review of Autobahn on Google and since that date, the owner has not stopped harassing me. He's written me multiple letters telling me that my Carfax report stated that I had not changed the tires. And that all of the things on his two page list of recommendations were all from Carfax. The Carfax report is obviously not up-to-date because I've had all of the services that he recommended recently completed. I come from a family of automotive experts. Additionally, while I was waiting to pay for my transmission fluid service, another gentleman came in saying that he too, was told that he needed a new set of tires. He said this was impossible, because his tires were relatively new and he used to own tire stores. additionally I noticed on my bill that I was charged for two hours of service, not one - which was the agreed upon amount on the original quote for service - Evidently the extra $260.00 hour of service was his shop examining my car looking for more services to add. This young man took over his father's shop, I believe the good ratings were from when his father was running it. But this young man is a thief. beware. read more

I brought my porsche in because I had multiple oil leaks from my engine. I received a car back with even more oil leaks even though I was charged over $4,626.00. When?\nI brought the car back to Pablo.He told me I am voiding your warranty because I will never work on your car again because as far as we all can see , he knew that he messed up and that he would have to redo the repair. In the meantime, my engine is making the car shake and I'm hearing a whining metal noise from my right side, rear tire or engine.Because I have no idea. I brought the Porsche to another dealer. Who told me the repair that they did with? The gaskets are still leaking, even though they are new. So he knew exactly that he messed up, and I would suggest you look into this guy, because from the 2 mechanics that I have seen so far, they said everybody is complaining about him.. If you don't believe me and want his service , then good luck to you. This guy is a con artist. The 4,5 stars are his friends. I will be suing Pablo. I already started the suit. Unfortunately need to wait for the re repair. Then to proceed in a week. All will be informed of results but th I s court system as council said can take another 50 Days. Don' t care. Panlo, it is a factory track car, and i gave uou the factory recommended specs. I had 5 alignments on that car, before you, but you were a lot closer to me, so I gave you a try. your technician screwed up, this was verefied by my mechanic. it cost me hundreds to fix, what your shop did, and you wanted to take no responsibility, for you techs bad work. you would not even answer my calls back we even sent pictures of the poor alignment and the cause of the failur. this guy is dishonest, stay away!!!!! read more

Short Version: I brought my car here for tires, oil change, alignment, & ABS Sensors. Spent $1630 Now I have an oil leak from my Oil Pan, that just appeared out of thin air....& and this issue was NOT seen during the service and just magically occurred after the service. Upon a second opinion, my car being relatively new, & taken care of. My car should not have an oil pan leak issue. I believe this Autoshop has malicious intent in order to create more work & profit for there benefit &/or has mechanics whom are negligent/ malpractice. I highly advised against using this Autoshop LONG VERSION: I originally came to Autobahn Autoshop for Tire Replacement, Alignment, & Oil Change. I spent $1200 As well, within 1-2 days after my visit I came back to replace my rear ABS Speed Sensors as they went bad and were affecting the safety of my vehicle. I spent $430 Total Spent $1630 However, only the next day my car started to leak oil. I went back to Autobahn the same day, & was simply told by one of there mechanics that my Oil Gasket had gone bad. Yet, there was no sign of it when they worked on my vehicle a couple days earlier (Total 2 Visits with 5 Days), which unfortunately leads me to believe there was malicious intent to create work for themselves or mechanical malpractice/negligence. This idea was further proven upon me receiving a second opinion for the Oil Pan leak, which I was told was very unlikely to occur on a vehicle such as mine only due to normal use of the vehicle. *Please keep in mind my car is a 2016 Audi S3 (60k Miles, Bought Brand New, 4 years of use, & meticulously maintained)* I highly advised against using this Autoshop read more

I drove my wife's Benz down from the north and sure enough, the AC crapped out on RT 95 somewhere in Georgia. Once I arrived in Boca, I searched Yelp for MB repairs and found two shops. I want to the first and got an estimate of around $1,500 for a new condenser, purge, recharge, etc. Then I went around to Autobahn and got a price of about 1/2 the previous estimate from the other guys. So Autobahn it was. They did a great job! Had to boost the price a bit because they discovered that the high-pressure hose was frozen to the condenser and could not be removed, so they had to buy OEM from the local MB dealer. That and the additional labor boosted the price to just north of a grand, but the car was done on time and now my wife has to wear her winter furs whenever she drives to Publix. To make things even better, her car developed a persistent rear-end thump when going over bumps of any size. Another shop, closer to home, diagnosed the problem and told me I needed all new rear control arms and bushings, quoting $1,300 for the job. As a check, I took the car to Autobahn. They put the car on the lift and came back a few minutes later to let me know that the problem was a single loose bolt, which they just tightened and sent me on my way. Let me start off by saying it was probably the most well-kept and clean shop I've ever been to for any car shop. Well mannered people excellent customer service and it looks and sounds like they really know their cars inside out. Can't really say if it was expensive or cheap because anything for me is expensive, although the price they gave me was reasonable in my mind. At another place they would've probably told me I needed other things to be changed instead of what only needs to be changed in the car and not rack up my bill any higher. I've been to many shops before and I got to say I'm probably just sticking to this one in the future. When I told him I was dropping off the car he asked me if I needed a ride, and I told him no thank you I'm taking Uber, he insisted and took me home which is like 10 minutes away; what other shop offers you this kind of customer service? (Probably nobody) On that note I highly highly recommend this place you will probably be as satisfied as I am. Can't go wrong with them at all. Don't waste your time and money in other places. I needed to get a major repair to my daughter's car. We took it to the dealer and they quoted an exorbitant price to fix the car. I searched and tried Autobahn of Boca who quoted the exact same work for about 60% of the dealer's quote. The work took longer than expected because the computer needed reprogramming and only the dealer could do it. The dealer took two days to accomplish a simple task. I know the dealer was trying to get cash from us one way or another. Pablo was a over board for the entire job. I trust him. He did a great job, but I won't go back to the dealer in Delray Beach. read more

Made me feel comfortable and at ease. He had connections with a body shop also and was able to get the car up and running in no time. Another time my girlfriend needed some brake work and instead of offering me the highest price for brake pads, he recommended a few different options and different prices. In addition, all their replacement parts come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty- which is fine by me!
