You will always be presented with the economical approach vs the more expensive approach to see what works best for you, they will offer advice and most important of all, they are HONEST. I purchased my Range Rover Sport from a Land Rover dealership and have been getting all my oil changes and maintenance done with Absolute Automotive for the last 3 years. I recently brought my car for an inspection at the dealership and was told that I need rear brakes immediately even though the car only has 35k miles. I took my Lexus LC here because they got good reviews online. I told them the car doesn't drive right. It jumps on start. Was told the car needed 2 new control arms, oil change and wheel alignment. Told it would drive great. $1600, 2 return visits and it jumps worse then ever upon acceleration. I chose to bring my car in here after reading all of the good reviews, and I'm glad I did. The dealership I bought my car at had given me a crazy high quote for brake and tire work they said needed to be done "immediately". After Drew inspected my car he told me I had thousands of miles left before I needed to do anything. When I returned later the repair work was only about 60% the cost of the dealership. Went here this afternoon due to a screw in one of my tires and reading all the positive reviews on here. When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice lady. She asked me what brought me in and I told her that I had a screw in one of my tires. She informed me very nicely that they wouldn't be able to right away and while she hated to send me elsewhere if I was in hurry and recommended a couple places. While I was talking to her a guy named Drew which I believe might of been the owner came out and the lady who I forgot to get her name explained things to him. I informed them I had time and asked how long which the guy said about 45 minutes to an hour to patch the tire. I said that would be fine and it turned out I was out in less time then they stated. With the tire patched. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area and need something done as I work in the area but don't live in the area. This is a mom and pop type of place not a big corporation so if you're like me and prefer to do business with a small mom and pop type of place I highly recommend you check them out. read more

Having lived in Massachusetts, New York and Florida, they're one of the best auto repair places I have brought my car for maintenance and upkeep. I discovered Absolute through a search on Google after growing fed up with the treatment I received at Nissan where I was servicing my Altima coupe. Having not wanted to go to a franchise like Tires Plus or Firestone, I looked for a "Mom and Pop" kind of place that had a good reputation. Having just bought and installed tires for my car, I realized I needed them high-speed balanced, and went to Absolute on September 19th. They took excellent care of my car at a great price - balancing all four tires and removing an embedded nail that I didn't realize was in one of them, patching it up for me. As a result of their excellent service, I have made Absolute Automotive my new auto repair vendor for all my future maintenance and upkeep. Definitely give them a chance. My usual car guy doesn't do alignments so I found this place and his reviews were positive so I contacted him to see if he could take care of my alignment. He did and he quoted me one Price and it was a good deal so I took my car in. Hidden away off Boca Raton Blvd, it was a little tricky to navigate to but once I found it, it was good from there. There is a cute office you walk into, currently decorated for Halloween. I waited about 10 minutes because Drew wasn't there but he called to let me know he was running behind. My car was ready when he said it would be, which I appreciated very much as I had an appointment to get to. Drew did do a fantastic job with the alignment though and I will certainly recommend him for that in the future! Edit: Drew had originally charged more than he quoted but refunded me the difference and then some. That is true customer service. 5 stars! read more

Drew (the owner and mechanic) is awesome! He's super friendly but also tells you exactly what is going on with your car- no BS! I brought my Audi A4 2009 to get serviced and get an oil change, get new windshield wipers, and get my tires looked at. Drew was honest and reliable. My car was done when he said it would be and the price was $79 for the oil change and service and $79 for the windshield wipers- no extra charges! After my Audi care plan was done at 45,000 miles, they wanted to charge me $700 for service, wow, that's crazy! So I came to Absolute and Drew did a fabulous job taking care of my Audi! read more
