This morning I discovered I had a screw stuck in the back tire of my Ford pickup truck. I drove into All4Tires and Mohammed immediately helped me just as they were about to open. He immediately removed the screw and professionally plugged the tire. Fee was very reasonable and I was able to go on my way. Great, professional, friendly service. If you like being robbed, this is the place for you. I don't even know where to begin. Two years ago, this shop was great. Well something has changed, because now it's easily the worst tire shop I've dealt with in all of South Florida. I was told they didn't have my exact tire size, but they could put on two comparable ones. I did my own research and gave them the green light. When I showed up, not only was the work not done, but they rushed to slap on one random tire (not the one discussed) and patched the other then charged me almost the same as if they'd replaced both. What? It gets worse. The two tires feel completely different on the road. My car doesn't drive or stop the same. I don't feel safe. That's not just bad business that's putting someone's life at risk. You've got to be seriously a lowlife to do that to a customer. When I confronted the mechanic I'd been speaking with all day, he completely backtracked. First, he said my patched tire was "better than anything else they had." Really? Then why was he trying to sell me other tires all day? Total nonsense. To top it off, they stole a flat tire I had in my trunk -- a good tire that just had a nail in it. I never gave them permission to take it. When I demanded it back, first he denied having it, then claimed he disposed of it. Only after pressing him did he say I could come get it. I show up and he hands me a totally different tire, not even the same size. UNBELIEVABLE! The "replacement" was trash. And the nail in it? Clearly planted and looked nothing like the one that was in my original tire. I'm no expert, but I'm not an idiot either. The guy clearly thought I was. And the owner? Told me to call back Monday, promised to make it right, even admitted his employee was in the wrong. Then ghosted me no calls, no texts. Who does that? You're running a business. Your word is supposed to mean something. This whole experience has been disgusting. I don't have time to list every lie I was told, but I'll just say this: I was treated with such blatant disrespect and dishonesty. I wouldn't treat a stranger like that, let alone a paying customer. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. In October 2024, my husband took his vehicle to All 4 Tires for a routine oil change. The technician failed to properly reinstall the oil cap, which caused the engine oil to spill out overnight and led to the engine seizing. When we returned to the shop, the technician admitted fault -- but the owner refused to take responsibility. For months, we were strung along, lied to, and laughed at when we asked for accountability. We've since filed a lawsuit against the business and the owner due to the serious damage caused and the lack of resolution. The level of unprofessionalism, avoidance, and disrespect we've experienced has been staggering. The owner's brother eventually got involved, but instead of offering solutions, he simply made excuses in a more polished way. What should have been a simple, affordable service turned into a financial nightmare. We strongly advise others to stay far away from this business. read more

I had to tow my car , rent a car and if they will do the job properly I can avoid all this ! A very pleasant environment (the waiting room), with coffee and some snacks available (and freshly-repaired AC). I felt no pressure (hah - tire/pressure!) to do anything other than what I came in for, and I felt like they were honest with me. I went in to get my tires balanced, and they communicated with me that there might be other issues causing the symptoms we were experiencing, and it might not be worth doing the balance. Mixed review . Quality of tire is very good. And very good price The main mechanic (will not mention name) very rude upon subsequent visit I never been there before . I visited on a Friday . Greeted by main mechanic and treated me like I'm his best friend , so I gave them a chance and returned for the tires on Saturday . Same mechanic - treated me poorly . As if didn't want my business . I almost walked out . But I assumed "maybe he's having a bad day" All others there (maybe 3 others) treated me with great respect as they should . Especially Omar . I did nothing wrong. On Monday , I returned cause had further questions as I was confused and needed help . This same guy cursed at me, called me names, bullied me, demeaned me, and literally laughed at me . I thought I was on candid camera! All I wanted was certain questions answered as I was confused. Tires is not my specialty. I have GREAT referral ability as with one email have access to 4000 local people. Until Saturday and Monday happened , I would have sent out a positive email to those 4000. This is the best place to buy tires! I will not go anywhere else. The crew here has gone above and beyond even coming out to my place to change a tire. They actually can service you on site at your location. They will bring out the truck with a used or new tire for your car and change it on the spot. My car needs other repairs and I am going to have these guys do the brakes for my Jaguar. I took the car last week to "my mechanic" that changed the rotors but did not change the brake pads. I am upset because it would only it only makes sense to do the rotors and pads together plus now the car is unsafe drive. The brakes feel awful and I can't wait to have them fixed properly. Used tires are a decent price (compared to other used tire places) so you aren't getting overcharged. This place is a small tire business tucked away in East Boca Raton but they carry all size tires. Used and new. I have bought several used tires from them and other than normal wear and tear they had good brand name cheap used tires. I could not afford to buy new so I had no choice to go with used tires. If they don't have them at the shop they do have a warehouse where they can order them a day ahead of time and will put them on for you too. read more
