I politely declined and he said that they would put it all back together for me to pick up. Turns out they hadn't even taken it apart to begin with! Be alert w/this Auto repair shop. I know U see some good ratings BUT, the ratings are only from their friends. They are full for Monkey business ! I have been doing repairs for about 1 year. Be super careful of Robert. A real con-artist. Not to be trusted. I brought repairs for one thing, they found plenty of other things just to pad your Bill ! Not many people post like I do which is why they ONLY have a few ratings from their buddies but believe me, they have had plenty of complaints. We were about 8 (eight) who were going there & now, "0", go there anymore. I personally did a repair only less than three months ago w/fan belts. They both ruptered again. NO guarantee & refused to accept responsibility. A very crooked operation. Not so much w/the owner Mike BUT that Manager Robert is a complete con-artist just to make more commissions w/the Boss. For those that don't want to believe me, go there till you find out for yourself. Robert will suck you in the first time. Then will suck you dry. You have been warned !!! 4040 NW 1st Avenue..Boca Raton.... Good Luck ones that don't believe !!!! We used GEICO for the repair and they conned themselves w/other causes of issues. The good thing is that GEICO has now been warned of their intentions and will be keeping an eye on them for future performance !! These guys are awesome, the last of the honest mechanics. They attempted to repair a hard to diagnose issue on my car, unfortunately it didn't resolve the problem. But, they refunded 100% of the bill when it could not be solved. And they recommended proper course of action. Honestly alone I would trust all my car repairs with these guys. read more

I was referred by another local auto shop with excellent ratings, because they didn't do the type of repair I needed and I was not wanting to use any Toyota Dealerships in the area due to horrendous service ratings, so I called Edge and the owner was able to get me in, complete the repair to my leaking sunroof and it was all done earlier than anticipated and at a reasonable cost! I plan to use Edge for future repairs and maintenance as well. I spoke with several satisfied customers whose cars were within the warranty period to be taken to the dealership, however these people preferred Edge for their high end autos. We've had our 2 cars serviced here for the last year or so after having to find a dependable mechanic. Our previous experiences were awesome. My wife's car turned up with an issue on a Friday where her tail lights were on all the time. Couldn't figure it out, so we waited until Monday to take it in. Had it there as early as I could after taking the wife to work. By the way, did send them an email over the weekend telling them I was coming. Walked in, handed over the keys, and was in the process of calling an Uber when Mike told me "Hold off on that Uber". Turns out it was a disintegrated plastic piece holding a wire that connected to the brake pedal and the switch. They replaced the ".15 plastic piece" and sent me home. Wow. I can't tell you how honest that was. Go anywhere else and they would likely hose me for a few hours labor and a new switch. NO CHARGE. We have found our mechanic, and won't go anywhere else. read more

I started bringing my BMW 528xi here six months ago after poor experiences at two other shops. My work keeps me on the road a lot, the car has 125,000 miles on it and I get an oil change/ service check every 4-6 weeks. Robert and Mike have a great team. The work is solid, the price is competitive, but the reason I give them my business is their honesty. They are good at telling me what needs to be done now, what is coming up and never try to "pad" the work order. I brought my Mercedes there 3 times. I needed new tires, and I didn't realize instead of putting Pirelli or Continental they put FALCON, I had to replace all 4 tires at the Mercedes dealer-$2000. I went over a speed bump and my rear seat head rest popped up and they charged me $400 to take my seat apart, when at Mercedes they have a tool that the valets can use to fix in 1 minute, no charge. I needed 4 new break pads, THEY PUT THEM ON UPSIDE DOWN, and I had to go to Mercedes and have new break pads done again!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! read more
