Love these guys. Easy going, and get the job done. They stand behind their work and have explained to me exactly what they thought was going on both times I've been there. Definitely won't be looking for another mechanic, I'll be going here from now on. Never felt like they were trying to get one over on me, just honest and likable guys. read more

Highly Recommended - Honest, Affordable, and Outstanding Work! I recently had Mazel Auto Repair install a full set of Brembo brakes and rotors on my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They beat every other local quote by a noticeable margin while using high-quality Brembo parts. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and most importantly -- completely honest. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell unnecessary work, and delivered exactly what they promised. What really stood out was the quality of the installation. The work was above dealer standards -- precise, clean, and done right the first time. They completed the job quickly without rushing, and my car has been driving smoother and stopping better than ever. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy auto repair shop that offers great prices and top-notch service, look no further than Mazel Auto Repair. I'll definitely be back for all my future maintenance needs! Thank you, Mazel Auto Repair! 5 stars all the way! read more

I stopped in because my tires were all low. Very gracious and helped me immediately. I will definitely use them again

We've been taking both of our cars to Mazel Auto for the past five years, and we've always had a great experience. The team is reliable, professional, and consistently provides excellent service. They take the time to explain any repairs or maintenance needed and have earned our trust over the years. It's reassuring to know our vehicles are in good hands. We highly recommend Mazel Auto to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and high-quality automotive service. read more

Great experience with this shop after another shop nearby wasn't able to figure out what was going on with our vehicle. They were able to get the part same day vs having to wait over a long weekend which was the original thought and get us on our way. Great communication and honest opinion. read more

One morning, my car didnt start. I figured it was the battery or maybe the alternator. The dealer was booked up for a week, so I decided to look around for a new provider. That's how I came across Mazel Auto Repair. Honesty, I couldn't be more pleased with these guys. The process was quick and straightforward, with no long wait times, which was a huge relief. It's pretty hard to find a mechanic these days where you can get in and out efficiently without having to schedule way in advance. Mazel definitely hit the mark here. What also impressed me was the fair pricing and the honest, friendly staff. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs, which is unfortunately is all too common. It's great to know there's a trustworthy mechanic nearby, and I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs. Five stars. read more

Arrived in Boca from Indiana and had a battery issue. Luckily I seen these guys on yelp. They worked me in the schedule same day and got me back up and running. Didn't feel they took advantage of my situation at all. They provided friendly service at a very fair price ! read more

I found this place after having multiple issues with the Delray Acura dealership. For an oil change at Delray Acura I would have to leave my car all day, which was a super inconvenience for me with my three young children, on top of the million other issues. Mazel is located right across from Mizner Park. When I come here with my children to drop my car off for an oil change, I am able to walk to Mizner Park and eat and walk around there. I've never waited over an hour for my car be finished, which is perfect for getting a quick bite to eat in Mizner. The staff here is always so friendly, and they're always honest! I highly recommend bringing your car here! read more

It's rare these days to find a repair shop that feels like family, but that's exactly what you get with Alan, Alex, and the Mazel Auto Repair team. If you want dependable, honest, and skilled auto care, this is the place to go! read more

I called today to ask for their labor rates and I was asked why I needed to know. They lost my business because I don't feel I can trust a business who will not provide their labor rates up front. read more

I've been using services of the Mazel Auto Repair for the last 4 years. What a great place to bring a car for service. Extremely friendly service and the owner is always honest re: your 'real' car problems. Lately, I had an issue with my car computer that I realized if I have to bring to the dealership will cost me a fortune. Alex explained me all my options after the first try he was not able to fix the car issue. He offered to get a second look that I gladly accepted. He probably spent half a day but was able to find and fix the problem. Can't be more happier with the service . Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone. You will not be disappointed. read more

My father recommend my Mazel auto repair. It hard today to find good company in who you can trust. I told them that I need to fix a trouble in my suspension and that I have a roadtrip in the same week and I don't know how they did it but they were able to fix it in the same weeks. The price was reasonable but for the service that I had it really worth more than money. Something money can't buy time. read more

I've been taking my SUV and sedan to Mazel Auto Repair for about three years now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. A friend's recommendation led me here, and I'm so glad it did. Here's why I trust Mazel: a) Communication: I always speak to the same person who remembers my vehicle history, and they're always reachable by text or call. This makes coordinating drop-offs and getting updates on repairs super easy. (I've worked with Alan at Mazel, highly recommend) b). Transparency and integrity on car repair needs: The Mazel team has earned my trust- they have told me numerous times when my cars need an actual fix, or whether it's unnecessary. 2 different times I've taken my Honda to the Honda dealership and been attempted different upsells, and then I take the car to Mazel and they actually tell me what I need to do. I so appreciate that direct, honest feedback on what my car needs- it has saved me hundreds of dollars each time I need regular maintenance or repairs. c). Reliability: I've never had any issues with the car after I've gone to them- but I know if I do, I can get in touch right away and they make it right. It's clear they want to invest in long-term customers and are there to make things right. I'll continue to take my cars to Mazel for their maintenance and repair needs. read more

After some heavy rains this weekend, I drove through a big puddle of water that was deeper than I thought, and was going faster than I should have been, which caused the undercarriage to come undone, and start dragging on the ground. I didn't have a mechanic and was concerned that as a single woman that I might be taken advantage of, so I looked to yelp for some recommendations. After reading many positive reviews on Mazel, I decided to give them a call. Alan told me to come in and they would take a look and see what they could do. In under an hour they had completely fixed my problem and only charged me for some screws. Now that's some service! I'm so happy and relieved to know that I now have a new place to go in the future. read more

Easy getting an appointment when I could wait for the vehicle to be done. Really friendly and honest service. Good people. Good work.

i don't trust anyone besides the people that work in this shop. Great service and very honest workers. im an international student with no one in Florida to help me or give any advice. I've tried over a dozen repair shops and this is the only one that hasn't tried to lie to me and gives the most honest advice. On top of that their communication and service is great! Highly recommend this shop and no others as it seems most mechanics in Florida just try to scam you read more

I was traveling after having taken my car to a very disreputable location back east. By the time I arrived my car was in rough shape. I was considering selling or trading. I wasn't sure what to do. After the great reviews here, I set up an appt. Alan took the time to call me and let me know what was going on. He helped me with my decisions and gave me time to consider my options. My car is now running great like her old self and I feel confident that I made the right decision. read more

Some jobs are better left for the professionals and in this case I sure am glad I found Alex and the crew at Mazel Auto Repair. Apparently I am really strong because I snapped one of my rear wheel studs when I was rotating my tires. Car still drove but this was something I did not want ignore. Called the shop, spoke with the owner. He was friendly, approachable and direct. They fit me in same day; in fact they fixed the problem in about an hour and the price was exactly what he said it would be. Four years ago, I was referred to Mazel Auto mechanic and I've been using them ever since. What really won me over was getting one estimate at a different mechanic to do a repair for over $3000 and Mazel told me they were scamming me and did it for 1000$. Since then, I've sent all my friends there and we've all been extremely supported and happy with the fair prices, honesty, and Friendly crew, especially Alex the owner. Car repairs are stressful enough. Do yourself a favor and get it done by Mazel Auto Repair read more

I went to see Alex last week for a routine service. When I got there he asked what I needed and said, "oil change, filter, that type stuff". He laughed, asked can you think of anything else. Well I have a nail on my tire. He said, "do you want me to add a nail to the other three". That's my kind of humor. Anyways, service went great, price was great for synthetic, very transparent and upfront. Thanks Alex. read more

Alex at Mazel serviced our car the same day I called him. Excellent service and very professional! Highly recommend Mazel Auto Repair.

It's currently 5:07pm. I had been meaning to check out this place for service on my 2015 Honda Civic as oil change was due (15% left) and tires needed to be rotated, since I get them serviced together. It's the first time I've had a car that requires Full synthetic oil so, it has been a bit pricey since former cars, but in these days, you need an honest shop to go to. Mazel, was referred to me by a Yelper who responded to a question that I sent to him regarding needing the aforementioned services. I am grateful as I was at a scheduled doctor's appointment near the hospital and on the way to do some grocery shopping, 'lo and behold, Mazel was right in front of me on Dixie Hwy. It was fate...so, even though I took a chance they were still available to provide service to my car, I was only going to make inquiries as to when I could return. Well, I didn't have to wait. Alex greeted me and Geraldo immediately took my car in to the lift. I watched timidly outside the garage door to see the inner workings as, I have been wronged by another shop that was closer to home that didn't even bother to tell me that my battery had crusted battery acid on top of it. I ended up getting stranded at a doctor's office at the end of the day waiting for a tow truck to tow my car. It was a nightmare and had to get a new battery too!!!! So, in and out, with very little waiting at Mazel. They also have drop off service with a night key drop. Thank you Alex and Geraldo for fixing my baby up, topping all her fluids and telling me that she's good to go! I highly recommend this shop for service. Make your appointment soon! read more

Let me start with the positives. An individual gave me a greeting when I drove up that was friendly which I appreciated. Despite them not specializing in tires, they did offer to check my tire pressure which was why I came in. Things went south once communication had to be involved. They have a single lane parking lot. I started to do some turns to pull into their garage because I assumed they required me to enter the garage in order to check my tires and top them off. Upon realization that backing up into the garage was the more logical way to go, I pulled into a parking spot and began to back out. The individual who greeted me clarified that he just needed me to pull up alongside the garage. Great, no problem. I pull alongside the garage and he does his thing. I give him a tip, and I pull back into a parking spot to try a three point turn to get out of the lot. Truck with a hitch on the back starts waiting to enter the lot. Ok, good and dandy. I can't back out of the lot so I'm doing the basic three point turn with all of the cars the garage is working on also in the parking lot (to be expected obviously). I am working on doing my turn and it requires me to back up into the garage in order to complete. I didn't want to assume I could just back up into their garage especially if I was told not to before. i pulled back into the parking spot to continue to work on my turn when someone took it upon themselves to reach into my car and put their hands on my steering wheel. I was so shocked. There no was in between communication like motioning that I could go into the garage. Nothing. Just the escalation to arms in the car going through my rolled down window to drive my car for me. I protested saying I'm not comfortable and I knew how to drive repeatedly. I am immocompromised and this man just throws his arms in my car and his hands all over my steering wheel. Thankfully I'm vaccinated from COVID-19 but if I wasn't I was at serious risk. I'm saying, "Hey, i can drive. Just tell me, can I go into the garage." He was having none of it and steered my car for me out of the parking lot while talking in what sounded like an Eastern European language to his cohorts and ignoring me. The whole situation made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. What started off as a great experience turned into something that was unprofessional and made me feel disrespected. I have NEVER had someone do that to me or even imply that. Push comes to shove you do the hand motions instead of just grabbing someone's wheel. I personally will not be coming back which is a shame since it's so close to where I live. I cant recommend this shop based on my own experience. read more
