They have an air blower they can put in your window to keep you cool while your car is off. I declined but next time will take (muggy Florida summers, yuck). My regular oil change service closed and re-opened under the Jiffy Lube logo. We started looking at Jiffy Lube with my fleet vehicles. A lot of my employees didn't like Jiffy lube for one reason or another so I visited this one on Sandlefoot in Boca Raton area and received phenomenal service by the entire team, so I drove over in my personal vehicle. My wife never changes her oil, of course is left to dad. So my visit was on July 29, 2023 around 8:30am in the morning and I was in an out in about 23 minutes that's taking into account. There were three vehicles ahead of me and I needed to do a complete oil change and air filter change out. my wife takes it to Honda every so often but as we know how dealers are, they can be kind of a shady sh1t show . My opinion of this particular Jiffy Lube location is five star service. They are great! Crazy slow, I watched 2 cars get here after me and get out (5 minutes and 25 minutes). No one has even started on my car yet. People walking around aimlessly. I realize they can't control the speeds of the different bays, but after pulling into the bay and seeing another car pull in after and get treated first is terrible. One of the most important lessons was to not allow anyone to rush you into making a financial decision no matter how long you have to make them wait until you feel good about moving forward. That is very normal in this industry involving anything related to the car repairs, I was rather impressed when the gentleman told me that I did not need an oil change. This is a good place to bring your car for an oil change. One suggestion is to always get a GroupOn as you save from between $20.00 to $40.00 per oil change. They do a lot of "upselling" and try to get you to get additional services. Wiper blades, for example, can be purchased for a lot less at an auto parts store or Walmart. The oil changes are fast. There is sometimes a wait so get their early or later in the afternoon. I have had my oil changed there countless times in both of my vehicles and they do a great job. read more

Came in for an oil change for my Mercedes. Next day later, I noticed oil stains on my driveway. Thought it may have been someone who visited or my other car. It continued to happen over a week and noticed every time I moved the car out of the driveway, oil stains were adding up all over my pavers. I decided to look under the car and the entire underbody pan cover was full of oil and leaking. As I drive back to this Jiffy Lube, low oil light turns on. So I explained the issue and they skimmed through it and told me to go somewhere else because they don't check this type of issue... what? They are an oil change shop, how do you not check under the car and see where it's coming from if this is the main area you work on. They did nothing and turned me away. Now I have an issue that is costing 4 times the oil change as it seems they cracked the oil filter housing now costing me $1200. So much for trying Io say money going to the dealer for an oil change... now I'm worse off. Cheap is not always better, specially these chain stores where there is no quality. Be aware, check ratings and reviews before you go to any of these places, these places really need to get quality checked and shut down for using incompetent unqualified techs. read more

The guys here work fast. 6 cars in front of me and a 2 hour wait doesn't seem too bad in my book. If you come here in a hurry beware that there are bo appointments. Get in line and wait. That's the deal. Don't complain about the wait. The guys did a great job on the oil change and made appropriate recommendations for needed services based on my milage. I didn't feel like they were trying to just get more money from me. Especially given the line of cars behind me. The staff were all nice and helpful. Service: very comprehensive and complete Price: a lot of up-selling but nothing shady Decor: they have a smallish waiting room with 5 chairs, a restroom, a coffee maker...bare bones but enough; best is the large picture window from which you can easily see just about everything going in in both bays. You can also see the bins of very clearly labelled Penzoil motor oil types (e.g. 0W-20 vs 5W-20) so there is no confusion. There are two entries on Yelp for this business with slightly different addresses, so I posted on both. You drive up and a worker with a placard asks what you want, offers a few checks, then gives you a price. However, be aware that they will open up all of your filters without asking for permission; they show you the filter and offer replacements if they are filthy, which is fine, but some people may find this technique a bit aggressive. They do a battery check in the same manner; their diagnostic has an easy to read display that they'll show you- my manager was very honest about everything and did not try to pull any tricks (e.g. he warned me my battery was low even though he doesn't carry my size battery). I agreed to two new filters on top of the oil filter & change, but he saw in my face I was a bit consternated at the money I decided to spend, so he took off $25 just because he could, without me even asking. if you're a girl going alone here, RUN. i have gone to this jiffy lube multiple times for oil changes before in the past and have never had any issue. the difference between the past times and this time is that i went alone and without a guy like i used to in the past. when they went to tell me how much i owed them for the oil change, they brought up a LIST of "issues" that my car had. they said i needed front brake pad replacement, front brake rotors replacement, brake fluid replacement, radiator coolant replacement. all of this was going to cost a little under $1,000. i didn't end up getting any of that done without getting a second opinion elsewhere, and guess what... i went to 2 different mechanics and NOTHING was wrong with my car! they actually said my brake pads and rotors looked practically brand new! only go to this jiffy lube if you want to be scammed out of your money :) read more

My girlfriend an oil change here. 2 weeks later I find out that the coolant is low. So I call them and ask why it wasn't topped off, and was told "well that's $3 extra". Well she was never asked about it, nor should topping off the fluids be "extra". She was surely asked about changing her wipers (which I did a month ago so they were fine) and an "engine flush".
