Our car broke down (lots of smoke from engine) on I 95 during rush hour one Monday afternoon, near to Delray Beach. We were headed for the Miami Airport. We live in Canada. We called AAA to be told they could come in 2 1/2 hrs and there we were on the shoulder of I 95, terrified. I called Jiffy Lube on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. The technician, Yogee, said they could not tow us but he would come and bring coolant. 20 mins later, there he was, in his personal car, with a big jug of coolant. He said it looked as though there was a leak in the radiator but at least now I could drive it to Jiffy Lube, where before, I could not move the car. The mechanic at Jiffy Lube looked at the car and decided we needed a new radiator. The staff at Jiffy Lube were fantastic and said they would look after our car and all its contents for the 12 days that we were to be in Barbados. We re-packed our bags for our trip in the parking lot of Jiffy Lube. Yogee then got Adriel (another technician) to drive us to the hotel near Miami airport. Adriel is also amazing and was a delightful man. He even picked us up on our return and drove us back to Jiffy Lube to pick up our car 12 days later. Yogee is so special and emailed me throughout the trip to reassure me that our baby was fine! Buck, the manager was also a delight. This is a great store and I cannot say enough good thigs about the service, the manner and how safe we both felt leaving our car in their hands. I came here for an oil change and as well as maintenance for my car. I appreciate how thorough they were but it is pricey. Only reason why it's a three stars was because they told me it would be quick but it took them over 45 minutes just to get my car done while everybody else was getting checked out very quickly. They are crooks. I will report them to BBB. Took $800 for brake replacement on the front only. 16,000 miles later the rotors need replacement again. I personally think they were never replaced and charged me for it. They will not be responsible because it is no longer under warranty. Takes forever! No one seems to care that you're waiting. Try going somewhere else. Also very expensive and they always try to sell you something that you don't need. I'm convinced they have fake air filters they show you every time as mine was perfectly clean the last time I was in... super fishy here. read more

Jiffy Lube on Atlantic Ave. Jiffy Lube got a bad rep from that person who bashed them 2 weeks ago..I was hesitant about going because of the bad review, but went anyway..It was the best oil change experience of my life.. I was greeted by a really nice guy named Derek who told me to stay in my car while I get the oil changed because of the pandemic.. Since you have to stay in your car with it off, they put this big hose in your window with air conditioning.. soo cool ( literally).. the service was pristine by my guy Jay... Derek came by to make sure everything was good.. I interacted with 3 great guys Derek, Jay and David that made my oil service very pleasant.. no one pressured me into getting anything I didn't need.. I just had car serviced in November before we tranferred it to Florida - They never mentioned my brakes were worn. Only used car for season. I was pretty sure they were not telling me the truth. While in for oil change they identified a water pump leak and provided an estimate. They charged 3,587.99 for a water pump. I went to a dealer and the price was 190. That's some upcharge. We come every three months to change the car's oil. Their staff is always so nice, joyful and polite. They always have a smile on their faces even when it's 90 degrees outside. We have been in other jiffy lube in Miami and even than the oil service was the same, the whole experience was completely opposite to the great one we had in this jiffy. Usually the service here is great, but I had a brake light out and they replaced it. After driving away I heard something banging on the side of my car. They had replaced the bulb, but they never put the screws back in to secure the lighting assembly. So my entire brake light assembly was just hanging by a few wires and banging against my car. Long story short, this was 2 1/2 months ago. My brake assembly now will not work at all. I've called corporate Jiffy Lube as well as the store customer service line. Corporate passes your complaint to the store, But the 1753 jiffy lube store hasn't contacted me, hasent returned my calls, they are just totally ignoring me. WORST Customer Service Ever read more

Attentive staff who seemed to do a good job on my vehicle's oil change and tire rotation. There are on line coupons that can be found so be sure to search, I found $35 off for synthetic oil. While I was waiting other customers were using coupons too, so it is the norm. They surely try to upsell you, there's a "service advisor" who's job is focused on upselling. Be cognizant of this and do your own research on recommended services for your car's mileage. It is easy to let them talk you into expensive maintenance. read more
