I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change without an appointment... They took me right in... I noticed they had a computer board on the wall that showed you how much time you are sitting in the dock... I was actually sitting in my car and they put an air conditioner hose in my car to keep me comfortable,as you can see in the picture... The place was like a fine oiled machine... my oil change only took 14 minutes and 17 seconds ..I don't know who took the place over but the guys there were fantastic, especially Dimitri, who handled my car, he was the best. read more

Jiffy Lube - The air conditioner hose that keeps you cool - Auto Repair Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

I came here for an oil change and as well as maintenance for my car. I appreciate how thorough they were but it is pricey. Only reason why it's a three stars was because they told me it would be quick but it took them over 45 minutes just to get my car done while everybody else was getting checked out very quickly. I am not sure if I will return again in the future. read more

They are crooks. I will report them to BBB. Took $800 for brake replacement on the front only. 16,000 miles later the rotors need replacement again. I personally think they were never replaced and charged me for it. They will not be responsible because it is no longer under warranty. Meineke charges $400 Don't be had like they did to me. read more

If there was an option of leaving 0 stars I will prefer it, I went with my car just for an oil change and what I get was a there was a bump on the bottom of my car and after 30 minutes I returned to complain and they refused to take responsibility for it. read more

I was visiting Boynton Beach from out of state and the people at the Jiffy Lube on West Atlantic in Del Ray Beach took great care of my vehicle. The staff was fast, friendly and knew what they were doing, and had me in and out in a jiffy! They did not pressure me to buy extra stuff and they provided very friendly service! read more

Takes forever! No one seems to care that you're waiting. Try going somewhere else. Also very expensive and they always try to sell you something that you don't need. I'm convinced they have fake air filters they show you every time as mine was perfectly clean the last time I was in... super fishy here. read more

needed an oil change and air filters replaced. They wanted to charge $275! I stuck with the oil change for $89. they also tried to sell me a battery. my battery is less than a year old and not even 2,000 miles on it. Never again. don't appreciate being taken advantage of. read more

Extremely slow!! Here nearly an hour before even starting service! Only 2 other cars were in front of me. 2 hours for regular maintenance is insane. Go to another location if you don't want to have to cancel your lunch plans while waiting to get your oil changed. So much for 15 minute service. read more

Got a oil change in this location excellent service. Explained everything. Good inspection.

Our car broke down (lots of smoke from engine) on I 95 during rush hour one Monday afternoon, near to Delray Beach. We were headed for the Miami Airport. We live in Canada. We called AAA to be told they could come in 2 1/2 hrs and there we were on the shoulder of I 95, terrified. I called Jiffy Lube on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. The technician, Yogee, said they could not tow us but he would come and bring coolant. 20 mins later, there he was, in his personal car, with a big jug of coolant. He said it looked as though there was a leak in the radiator but at least now I could drive it to Jiffy Lube, where before, I could not move the car. The mechanic at Jiffy Lube looked at the car and decided we needed a new radiator. The staff at Jiffy Lube were fantastic and said they would look after our car and all its contents for the 12 days that we were to be in Barbados. We re-packed our bags for our trip in the parking lot of Jiffy Lube. Yogee then got Adriel (another technician) to drive us to the hotel near Miami airport. Adriel is also amazing and was a delightful man. He even picked us up on our return and drove us back to Jiffy Lube to pick up our car 12 days later. Yogee is so special and emailed me throughout the trip to reassure me that our baby was fine! Buck, the manager was also a delight. This is a great store and I cannot say enough good thigs about the service, the manner and how safe we both felt leaving our car in their hands. If you live near to this Jiffy Lube, use them for anything and everything. They know what they are doing and go the extra mile for you. Thank you to Adriel, Yogee and Buck read more

Had my oil changed and was shown result of battery test indicating that I needed a new battery. I took the print out of the test and called AAA because I had gotten a new battery 1 1/2 years ago and it tested fine. It was a scam to sell me a new battery. read more

Went in for an oil change and was told my rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced! All I'm going to say is that after you get their diagnosis and quote , you must compare! Don't fall for some10% on the spot discount, if you do it there at that moment. Turns out their "deal" was almost double the others, including the dealership! RIP OFF in times where $ is tight! You're welcome! read more

Jiffy lube has always gotten a bad wrap and I'm here to tell you the one inDelray Beach is awesome. Way better than Royal Palm .. The gentleman Terry with the cool 70s dude hat was great .. was respectful, full of life, honest and accommodating. The whole group is always nice and polite .. was greeted by a pretty little lady and she took my info and the next person started the oil change process.. Ling story short , they were better and. Healer than the Lexus dealer !! Thanks Jiffy Delray !!! read more

BEWARE!!!! took car for oil change - was told I needed brakes rotors...for over $2700 was offered a 10percent discount.. I just had car serviced in November before we tranferred it to Florida - They never mentioned my brakes were worn. Only used car for season. I was pretty sure they were not telling me the truth. I told them I would take car to dealer -- The gentlemen helping me (he initialed quote -) RJ told me he hoped I made it home because brakes were that bad. Took to dealer today - Brakes not even 1/2 worn got thousands of miles before they need to be serviced!!!! Wow read more

We come every three months to change the car's oil. Their staff is always so nice, joyful and polite. They always have a smile on their faces even when it's 90 degrees outside. We have been in other jiffy lube in Miami and even than the oil service was the same, the whole experience was completely opposite to the great one we had in this jiffy. The staff is 6 stars!!! read more

Fast talkers They play fast an loose with the pricing Up sell unneeded and unwanted services They were fast and reasonably efficient with the work Just be careful when they are trying to sell you useless services Oh and they are convenient but expensive When confronted about an extra 99.00 charge I didn't want They took 20.00 off the bill Trying to tell me that I had now lost the package discount Not cool Not good business Very very bad communication read more

I went for an oil change. Really quick service, great customer service. Will be back.

Oil change took less than 15 minutes friendly service no hidden fees no unnecessary add ons

Jimmy the attendant was so professional he answered all my questions. His service was great and amazing.

Usually the service here is great, but I had a brake light out and they replaced it. After driving away I heard something banging on the side of my car. They had replaced the bulb, but they never put the screws back in to secure the lighting assembly. So my entire brake light assembly was just hanging by a few wires and banging against my car. Long story short, this was 2 1/2 months ago. My brake assembly now will not work at all. I've called corporate Jiffy Lube as well as the store customer service line. Corporate passes your complaint to the store, But the 1753 jiffy lube store hasn't contacted me, hasent returned my calls, they are just totally ignoring me. WORST Customer Service Ever read more

While in for oil change they identified a water pump leak and provided an estimate. They charged 3,587.99 for a water pump. I went to a dealer and the price was 190. That's some upcharge. While every time I go for an oil change there is always an up sale, this one has ended my relationship with jiffy lube. read more

Went for an oil change this morning, was fine got my oilchange. Then said my "radiator fluid" needed to be changed and it would be 150.... you mean my coolant? i can get that at autozone for 30$. Attentive staff who seemed to do a good job on my vehicle's oil change and tire rotation. There are on line coupons that can be found so be sure to search, I found $35 off for synthetic oil. While I was waiting other customers were using coupons too, so it is the norm. They surely try to upsell you, there's a "service advisor" who's job is focused on upselling. Be cognizant of this and do your own research on recommended services for your car's mileage. It is easy to let them talk you into expensive maintenance. read more
