I stopped by Tire Kingdom in West Delray Beach at 14115 S. Military Trail for a second opinion after Grieco Nissan told me my 2020 Nissan Rogue needed new tires. Brad took the time to inspect them thoroughly and honestly told me I still have at least another year before they need to be replaced. I had a situation and needed a new tire, ordering was great. I was called for install 2 days later and arrived 15 min after told to come over without appointment. I was not happy with the service process and attitude at that moment for I left to come back later. I left and went to a competitor who had my tire in stock for $10 more but installed it under an hour. Tire kingdom did not inform me that my $25 deposit is non refundable, nor does my receipt have any statement to this practice. Not sure if this is the policy, but I was not informed. The cost of tires is quite significant when you shop around. I contacted tire Kingdom. I got a high-quality Goodyear tire with discounts for close to $300 less than if I would've gone to Costco or the auto dealership itself. I found the staff to be serious, and to the point and professional. I'm not there to make friends. They did offer me the tire insurance, which made sense and the need for a wheel alignment since I was purchasing four new tires. They also did a battery check, which showed a recommendation for replacement. I put that on hold. However, the price that they're quoting me for a new battery is certainly quite competitive compared to other places. I looked in while I was waiting for my car to be ready . I had no pressure whatsoever to move ahead with anything I didn't want or feel I needed. read more

We arrived for our appointment and were met with fast, friendly and professional service at the counter for a tire repair issue. I wanted to patch a tire that was flat due to road debris. We left the car and was told about one hour. About ten minutes passed and we received a phone call relating they could not patch the tire as a nail went through the inner sidewall of the tire. We were given options for a new tire and made the appropriate choice for us. I am aware of the "rule" not patch a tire sidewall. Just before hurricane Milton came through we found a screw in our tire. We stopped in tire kingdom just before their closing time. The guys working there were friendly, polite & very helpful. The screw in the tire did not penetrate through the tire. They removed it quickly without any charge for their time or work. The guys a Tire Kingdom in Delray are "rock stars"! I agree with the other review that say these guys are a scam. It happened the same to me. I want to fix the tire, and they said they can't do it. They just want to sell me a new tire. Besides, they were extremely rude on the phone yelling at me, saying that they already had explained the same thing when they were the ones that were not understanding what I was saying. Well I had the unfortunate circumstance of running over a metal nail/object on Saturday, Roadside assistance came & put on that tiny spare, I recently had New tires put on at tire Kingdom so I wanted to return as the service was outstanding at that time. I did not have an appointment so I just showed up " I had no real choice " I needed the tire repair. Although the store was swamped with business, I was informed if I decided to wait it could be some time till they were able to complete the service. I spoke to the manager Eric who I had originally purchased the tires with, he was extremely busy but did hear me out, so I truly appreciate that , I was able to get the tire repaired & get back on the road. On Wednesday February 5th I went to this location for a nail in my rear tire. I was asked if I wanted a patch or plug and I said either one. About 45 minutes later the service person I was dealing with told me a need 4 new tires. I than told him I only have 15,000 miles on the car and no way four tires are bad. Plus I told him I had my car at the dealer about 3 weeks ago for service and tire rotation. The dealer said my tires were fine. He than told me I could get away with just replacing the rear tires. I told him it is a lease and it goes back in August. He than went and spoke to the technician and came back gave me my keys and said I was done. I asked how much I owed for removing the nail. He told me we filled the tires but didn't remove the nail because they didn't want to take responsibility. Stay away from them just trying to sell you tires and let you leave with a nail in your tire. read more

Pathetic! - Truly an abomination! - Manager should be terminated! - Literally went to this location moments before 5pm with a nail in my tire - Pleading for help! I was told I could leave the car overnight. I offered to pay an extra $50.00 USD - foolish manager told me that he could lose his job. I just am unable to grasp the entire situation. Employees were hanging out in the back and easily could have taken some initiative to help me out - but, opted for the path of least resistance. He is not only rude, but unprofressional. I am normally a cautious driver but on Friday I drove over a curbing and totally blew out my tire. Called AAA and they put the spare on. I then drove to Tire Kingdom without an appointment and they replaced my blown out tire with a new one in a timely manner. I drove Saturday & Sunday with no issue. Then on Monday, I was driving to the gym and heard a rumbling vibration sound in the back of my car. My first thought was I damaged my muffler. On my way home, I stopped at Tire Kingdom and they checked my car. I didn't damage the muffler but it did become loose. They tightened the muffler and best part: no charge. My car broke down on a Friday night, so I hade it towed to Tire Kingdom on Military trail in Delray. They replaced the alternator, battery and starter for $1000. To their credit, they got the car running again by Saturday afternoon. Two weeks later the car left me stranded in my doctors parking lot. AGAIN I had it towed to TK and again they got it running the next day ( they said the part the installed was "defective" and apologized) . A week later it left me stranded at CVS, and AGAIN I had it towed to TK, they got it running again by replacing their defective part for the THIRD TIME, charged me $300 for labor and suggested I get rid of the car. I took it to Eric's Wrench in Delray where they told me TK had installed cheap rebuilt parts and replaced the items with genuine Toyota parts. The car now runs fine. Long story short: Tire Kingdom may be good for tires but they are terrible at service. Avoid at all costs ! ! ! read more

"I DON'T CARE" in Flori-DUH". I went on the web this week, trying to find an inexpensive oil change for my parent's Camry, when I came across TIRE KINGDOM. I made an appointment on the phone and arrived at my designated time. I had called to verify the price and there was a discount on a few days during the week. I walk up to the counter and the hair-triggered super-pumped manager (I believe he was the manager/owner), points up at my name on the screen and tells me that I must have called a number from the internet because "they would NEVER schedule me at a half hour time slot", yet there I am on the screen.. He then scheduled me for Sunday at 10am. I show up on Sunday, 10 o'clock on the dot, and he tells me that I can't get the original discount because it is now an off day. Ridiculous, because he knew I was scheduled from the main office (overseas apparently) on a day that they actually do this promotional discount. Who does this? TIRE KINGDOM does.. This place should be avoided at all costs, even though this guy loves to brag about how much business they get in comparison to all of the other locations in Boca Raton.. Telling me "HE DOESN'T CARE" as he ushers me out of the store is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Also, he doesn't know how to spel. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! COULD DO A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE! Took my car in for a simple oil change. They forgot to put the cap back on so the oil exploded while I was driving on the freeway. Had to pay for towing and miss work. They promised to reimburse me but are now going back on their word. UPDATE: Took car to Tire Kingdom in No Miami to fix and clean. Extremely unprofessional... they were actually laughing that this happened. Took them ALL DAY to "clean" it. 2 days later my car is still leaking oil. Contacted corporate at the link they provided... I've been coming to Tire Kingdom for years ( in different states as well) and have never had a problem. However the older gentleman who worked the desk today was rude, condescending, and would not listen to the customer. Instead he acted/ talked as if he was G-d! I was so infuriated. There is absolutely no reason for this attitude-especially when there wasn't even a problem. It was one question. Disgraceful! As I'm waiting for my oil change, and the manager comes over to me and apologizes for the worker. This made all the difference in customer care. He comped my oil change as well! read more
