Went to tire kingdom, military trail, delray, today 9/11/26 to get 2 new tires for my car, when they finished after i left realized the broke the top off of my key barb, went back and the Haitian worker who broke it denied it, probly garbaged the top piece and made believe he did'nt do it. I strongly recommend using another tire place because the Mgr., did nothing and allowed his employee to lie. read more

I stopped by Tire Kingdom in West Delray Beach at 14115 S. Military Trail for a second opinion after Grieco Nissan told me my 2020 Nissan Rogue needed new tires. Brad took the time to inspect them thoroughly and honestly told me I still have at least another year before they need to be replaced. It's refreshing to find someone who values honesty over making a quick sale. Brad saved me from spending money I didn't need to, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and integrity. Because of this experience, Tire Kingdom has earned my trust, and they'll definitely have my business when it's time for new tires. Highly recommend asking for Brad! read more

I had a situation and needed a new tire, ordering was great. I was called for install 2 days later and arrived 15 min after told to come over without appointment. I was not happy with the service process and attitude at that moment for I left to come back later. I left and went to a competitor who had my tire in stock for $10 more but installed it under an hour. Tire kingdom did not inform me that my $25 deposit is non refundable, nor does my receipt have any statement to this practice. Not sure if this is the policy, but I was not informed. Doesn't matter now, because I'll never go back. read more

When I was in NJ, I used Mavis many times for oil changes & tires. Now that I am in Boynton Beach, I use Tire Kingdom in Delray which is part of the Mavis network. Highly recommend. My vehicle was ready when promised and at a reasonable price. read more

The guys there were kind, timely, and they even have a spot to sit under a tree while you're waiting in nice weather. Perfect job, and I'm grateful, I have had bad experiences with oil changes before but they really did a great job so far as I can tell. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. read more

Mavis/Tire Kingdom has an outstanding store manager in Eric. Every time I come in, he's attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to providing top-tier service. His customer care is exceptional, and he consistently goes above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and smoothly. Eric doesn't just fix problems, he gives honest, solid recommendations and makes the entire experience stress-free. This level of service is rare. Highly recommend this location because of him! read more

My new car's low tire pressure light went on. Called Tire Kingdom and was told to bring the car in. The service was quick and efficient. Thankfully, the tires only needed air. But, I was impressed by their excellent customer service. Good to know for the future. read more

Had a flat that I was able to inflate with my portable inflater to drive to them. Stu at the desk was great. He ordered the tire I needed and it came in as stated. But someone forgot to call me as promised so I could return for the mounting and balance so I was without my car for an additional day. But I will use them again. read more

Great experience at Tire Kingdom. The staff was friendly, honest, and thorough--they even caught a wheel bearing issue no other shop mentioned. They clearly explained everything, helped me choose the right tires for my driving needs, and didn't push any unnecessary services. The cost of tires is quite significant when you shop around. I contacted tire Kingdom. I got a high-quality Goodyear tire with discounts for close to $300 less than if I would've gone to Costco or the auto dealership itself. I found the staff to be serious, and to the point and professional. I'm not there to make friends. They did offer me the tire insurance, which made sense and the need for a wheel alignment since I was purchasing four new tires. They also did a battery check, which showed a recommendation for replacement. I put that on hold. However, the price that they're quoting me for a new battery is certainly quite competitive compared to other places. I looked in while I was waiting for my car to be ready . I had no pressure whatsoever to move ahead with anything I didn't want or feel I needed. read more

We arrived for our appointment and were met with fast, friendly and professional service at the counter for a tire repair issue. I wanted to patch a tire that was flat due to road debris. We left the car and was told about one hour. About ten minutes passed and we received a phone call relating they could not patch the tire as a nail went through the inner sidewall of the tire. We were given options for a new tire and made the appropriate choice for us. I am aware of the "rule" not patch a tire sidewall. They were honest and we received another call relating our vehicle was ready for pickup in the time frame quoted. read more

The best and easiest car service experience I've ever had! Eric was awesome! Super transparent, great energy, flexible scheduling, and knowledgeable. I was a satisfied customer for 21 years, then Mavis crew took over, and service is the worst! The manager was verbally offensive arguing with me. his teammate overcharged me .for a tire install. Save your time cash, peace of mind .shop elsewhere! read more

I agree with the other review that say these guys are a scam. It happened the same to me. I want to fix the tire, and they said they can't do it. They just want to sell me a new tire. Besides, they were extremely rude on the phone yelling at me, saying that they already had explained the same thing when they were the ones that were not understanding what I was saying. I don't want to buy a tire now I want to fix it will never ever go to this place again and if you're a woman don't even try to go there they will mansplain rudely and aggressively yikes read more

Sunday, long lines and only a 1 hour wait! Had a nail in my tire, quick and easy and back on the road.

Just before hurricane Milton came through we found a screw in our tire. We stopped in tire kingdom just before their closing time. The guys working there were friendly, polite & very helpful. The screw in the tire did not penetrate through the tire. They removed it quickly without any charge for their time or work. The guys a Tire Kingdom in Delray are "rock stars"! Thank You to Tire Kingdom! read more

Well I had the unfortunate circumstance of running over a metal nail/object on Saturday, Roadside assistance came & put on that tiny spare, I recently had New tires put on at tire Kingdom so I wanted to return as the service was outstanding at that time. I did not have an appointment so I just showed up " I had no real choice " I needed the tire repair. Although the store was swamped with business, I was informed if I decided to wait it could be some time till they were able to complete the service. I spoke to the manager Eric who I had originally purchased the tires with, he was extremely busy but did hear me out, so I truly appreciate that , I was able to get the tire repaired & get back on the road. As I sat in the store waiting it was very clean, people in & out with similar issues & other mechanic requests so I understood the stress the employees were under to get the vehicles in & out. A big Thank you to the manager Eric for All the assistance & understanding as they were extremely busy yet accommodating .. read more

Get my tires rotated here all the time. They get me in and out pretty quickly and I don't need to make an appointment.

I can't speak to the other reviews but I had a nail in the front tire and needed an emergency fix. The owner had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Guys were courteous and respectful. I appreciate the service. read more

On Wednesday February 5th I went to this location for a nail in my rear tire. I was asked if I wanted a patch or plug and I said either one. About 45 minutes later the service person I was dealing with told me a need 4 new tires. I than told him I only have 15,000 miles on the car and no way four tires are bad. Plus I told him I had my car at the dealer about 3 weeks ago for service and tire rotation. The dealer said my tires were fine. He than told me I could get away with just replacing the rear tires. I told him it is a lease and it goes back in August. He than went and spoke to the technician and came back gave me my keys and said I was done. I asked how much I owed for removing the nail. He told me we filled the tires but didn't remove the nail because they didn't want to take responsibility. Stay away from them just trying to sell you tires and let you leave with a nail in your tire. read more

Excellent customer service. Took me on time and there was no surprises. Bill was accurate to estimate

Dylan was very helpful in assisting me today and helped me figure out what I needed to get done. I recommend this place to everyone.

Pathetic! - Truly an abomination! - Manager should be terminated! - Literally went to this location moments before 5pm with a nail in my tire - Pleading for help! I was told I could leave the car overnight. I offered to pay an extra $50.00 USD - foolish manager told me that he could lose his job. I just am unable to grasp the entire situation. Employees were hanging out in the back and easily could have taken some initiative to help me out - but, opted for the path of least resistance. I would NEVER given them an ounce of business for their lack of unprofessionalism and no compassion. How was I supposed to get back to Wellington/Loxahatchee? - Overall grade of F! - I would not trust them to perform any service on my vehicles - especially my tires. You all have no respect and/or class! read more

I am normally a cautious driver but on Friday I drove over a curbing and totally blew out my tire. Called AAA and they put the spare on. I then drove to Tire Kingdom without an appointment and they replaced my blown out tire with a new one in a timely manner. I drove Saturday & Sunday with no issue. Then on Monday, I was driving to the gym and heard a rumbling vibration sound in the back of my car. My first thought was I damaged my muffler. On my way home, I stopped at Tire Kingdom and they checked my car. I didn't damage the muffler but it did become loose. They tightened the muffler and best part: no charge. This definitely is my go to place!!!!! read more

The manager at this location is incredibaly rude to customers. I recently visited this location and was incredibly disappointed with the behavior of the manager. He is not only rude, but unprofressional. If you want good service, I suggest a different Tire Kindom because this guy has been there for years and each time I have to deal with him, I get the same result. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

My car broke down on a Friday night, so I hade it towed to Tire Kingdom on Military trail in Delray. They replaced the alternator, battery and starter for $1000. To their credit, they got the car running again by Saturday afternoon. Two weeks later the car left me stranded in my doctors parking lot. AGAIN I had it towed to TK and again they got it running the next day ( they said the part the installed was "defective" and apologized) . A week later it left me stranded at CVS, and AGAIN I had it towed to TK, they got it running again by replacing their defective part for the THIRD TIME, charged me $300 for labor and suggested I get rid of the car. I took it to Eric's Wrench in Delray where they told me TK had installed cheap rebuilt parts and replaced the items with genuine Toyota parts. The car now runs fine. Long story short: Tire Kingdom may be good for tires but they are terrible at service. Avoid at all costs ! ! ! read more

"I DON'T CARE" in Flori-DUH". I went on the web this week, trying to find an inexpensive oil change for my parent's Camry, when I came across TIRE KINGDOM. I made an appointment on the phone and arrived at my designated time. I had called to verify the price and there was a discount on a few days during the week. I walk up to the counter and the hair-triggered super-pumped manager (I believe he was the manager/owner), points up at my name on the screen and tells me that I must have called a number from the internet because "they would NEVER schedule me at a half hour time slot", yet there I am on the screen.. He then scheduled me for Sunday at 10am. I show up on Sunday, 10 o'clock on the dot, and he tells me that I can't get the original discount because it is now an off day. Ridiculous, because he knew I was scheduled from the main office (overseas apparently) on a day that they actually do this promotional discount. Who does this? TIRE KINGDOM does.. This place should be avoided at all costs, even though this guy loves to brag about how much business they get in comparison to all of the other locations in Boca Raton.. Telling me "HE DOESN'T CARE" as he ushers me out of the store is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Also, he doesn't know how to spel. read more
