I then took the car to my trusted auto repair facility and mechanic for further inspection. I was told that not one item on the list needed repair or replacement. We showed the lady in the front office the insurance on the phone and she wouldn't accept it because "I'm not scrolling through your phone". We offered to email it to her and she wanted to charge $5 to print it!! we called ahead of time to see how it'll work and they didn't mention anything over the phone about a paper printout of the insurance. This place was recommended by two different people and seeing that I needed a tire for my I decided to try them out. Money was tight so I opted for a used tire. I know used tires generally run from $35-$50 (depending on the tread life) so when I was charge $65 I was quite taken aback. Seeing as I did not ask the price prior to having the service done I bit the bullet and paid the $65. I was pleasantly surprised to see [what appeared to be] a practically brand new Michelin tire waiting for me. I told the person how happy I was to which he replied "Give me another 10 bucks". I wish I was kidding but he actually was demanding that I gave him another $10 for the tire. I took the tire back to my car, not paying the extra $10 as was rudely demanded, and I was loading it into my backseat I found a large screw stuck in the tread. I took the tire back and had them "fix" iwith a plug, which I later found out is not supposed to be done. ALL tires are supposed to be patched from the INSIDE. Moral of the story: if you're going to buy a used tire always check it before leaving and maybe try a different place than this one. Again I took my Mercedes in for a battery and oil change appointment was 8:15 and at 8:18 they had my car already checked on, ordered an auxiliary battery which got delivered within the hour, oil changed, filter and all checks and balances that go with that and I was out of there in 2 hours. I've been bringing my car and a truck here for years now with all sorts of issues including tires, dents, oil changes, needing paint on truck and have had nothing but a great and truthful experience. As for the staff and customer service they are top notch not just for an auto place but they are kind and willing to go the extra mile to fix or get you what's needed and better yet they don't overcharge for it-if they can pass on a savings to you they will. As a woman or anyone without auto mechanic experience getting ripped off is a daily occurrence... well not here I trust them more then I trust my dentist! I recommend them highly and for any of these negative comments on yelp, I'd look at the person posting before you make a mistake and go anywhere else. UPDATE FROM MY REVIEW I was told that the hole in the tire was too large to patch, and we needed a new tire. I just returned from Nissan of Delray on federal where they patched my tire!! TIRES 4 U ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW HERE I could give ZERO stars then I would. Had a slow leak in rear tire so dropped it off for a patch. We walked over to Bagels With for lunch. 45 minutes later they called and said it couldn't be patched and they didn't have a tire for us. We said ok and that we'd come get the car. We assumed that 45 minutes would be enough time to NOT DO ANYTHING. We walked over and the car was still on the jack with no wheel on. RIDICULOUS!!! 1 HOUR and not a damn thing done. We went to Tire Kingdom 45 minutes BEFORE they closed with an emergency tire split and about to blow while driving on 95 from Miami to Vero and they sent us away without doing anything to help us ... we then went on to Tires4U2 30 minutes AFTER they closed and they took very good care of us! Told me my pirelli is not covered for any warranty by manufacturer even though it is but they don't deal with it cause legally they're not authorized dealer. Tires 4 u 2 does NOT offer to help when I asked if they can measure the tire tread because at first I thought the tire that had an issue was purchased from audi (I have 2 from audi 2 from this tire shop) I was in the area and asked to measure the tire so I can know if audi would cover it and they said no because of some dumb reason that the measurement may not be the same if they measure which was an excuse cause it's mathematics numbers will be the same. They just didn't want to help because I thought the tire was from audi but next day come to find out it's actually one of the tires I purchased from this tire place that had an issue. The place next door called PRECISION TUNE auto care helped me in a second checked the tire and measured the tread, tried to find what was wrong with it and organized my trunk to fit the tire in nicely. They cared even though they didn't have to and that shows integrity! They have way more and a lot more 5 star reviews than this scam company!!! Don't waste your time here there's much better places that treat you and your car well!! In addition! When I first went to Tires4u2, I got an alignment done and when I test drove it it was still pulling a lot so I asked for the paper with numbers on it and asked them to tweak it more and they did, once I test drove it it was a little better and I asked for the numbers again and it was closer to being on point , they don't work to satisfy they work to get to the next customer and don't care about doing the job right! read more

I didn't even get a chance to see how good (or bad) their actual service is because the woman who answered the phone was so bad! I called to see if they could get tires for my high-performance car and the woman who answered had a heavy accent and couldn't understand a thing I was saying and I had to spell and repeat many times the tire make and model. Our phone call was dropped (was probably my cell phone in her defense) but I called the store right back and had to call back 8 times before she picked up again. Each time I called, I got their answering machine and each time it simply said "the mailbox was full". When I finally did get her again, she was very curt and just said we don't have that tire. Horrible phone service - maybe if you drive in the service would be better, but I certainly am not going to even try after the horrible service on the phone! Don't waste your time! read more

I just had 4 tires installed at Tires 4U2 as these guys are a highly recommended installer for Tirerack.com. Lucy at the front desk was excellent to work with. Their prices were unmatched in the Delray Bch, Boca Raton, or Boynton area. I have a car with expensive tires and rims and usually will only alow Infiniti to work on my car. In this case, I made an exception and so far am very happy that I did. I recommend calling in and making an appointment for your install a day in advance. 2 items of note...there is limited parking in the front of their plaza and this business no longer accepts Amex which is a big deal for some people. read more

The guy who is in the picture holding the tire right on this page plugged a tire for me. After, he came out and told me that my brakes pad and rotators needed replacing at that it wouldn't be safe to drive the car much longer. This car had about 15,000 miles on it. He quoted me 800 dollars. I thought that sounded a little off and felt funny about it so I left. I went to the Lexus dealership a few days later and they told me there was absolutely NO need to replace anything with the brakes! I guess this guy from tires 4 u thought he could pull one over on a single young woman with an expensive car. Watch out for this place. A bunch of scam artists! read more

DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased 2 used tires 2 months ago & had no problem. Then Saturday I purchased 2 more. They always charge me 2/$100. So I felt good about buying the remaining 2. This time they gave me 2 tires that were dry rotted. As soon as I drove off the car began shaking violently because of the condition of the tires they provided. I couldn't take the car back right then because they had closed and were closed on Sunday. So I took the car to a Walmart and Tires Plus store because I thought maybe they forget to balance them. All locations removed the tires and showed me the dry rot from the inside of the tires.Today I called and the lady who runs the desk she said "Look, they are used, you take your chances. We are not going to do anything to help you. We must have bought them rotted. I won't help you or give you any money because you people take your chances buying used." This is what she said VERBATIM.
